I placed an order from Canada for three items on October 24th, 2018. As of today I have still not received anything. Through Facebook Messenger I would contact them... yes it has been delivered, we lost your order, we have to send it again, it was delivered again, you must have received it. These were all lies.
I will never order from Sherop ever again... and u shouldn't either.
They take your money and don't VC delivery. Be cautious. They operate under lots of different names in China but sell out of the same address. Don't be fooled.

Sherop SCAM website!

Its a total scam. They advertise and accept payment for items they dont have in stock and then give you the run around when you start asking questions. Then they will try to offer you a refund of only part of the total you spent. If you say no they will ask you several times more before they will actully give you mailing address where to send them for a refund. Or they just stop replying to your inquiries. They do not accept refunds. They say they do but they make it so incredibly difficult to refund things it will cost you more to send it back then what you paid for the items. They force you to use slow mailing companys so that the item will take more than 30 days to reach them. Then they say it was too late for refund. They keep your money and the returned item. Website advertises "easy refunds if for any reason you are not completely satisfied" Total LIE!

Worst service i have ever experienced! I ordered 5 dresses in Jan/19 for our holiday Feb/19 b/c Sherop advertised I would have my order with 5-7 days... WRONG! When I did not receive my order before my holiday, I cancelled to find it, it had not even been processed. I received my order in Mar/19, the quality of the dresses was cheap, inadequate and tacky! I immediately returned them which cost me just about half of what the order cost me, at my expense! I received several different emails, stringing a line of bulls hit and NEVER did receive my refund! Now I cannot even signin and no one is returning my numerous emails. This company is a SCAM, LIERS AND THEIEVES, do not order from them, save your money and the anguish

Hopeless Service

I ordered a top from Sherop in early October and three weeks later I still hadn't received notification of it shipping, so I emailed the company. They responded quite promptly telling me the item was no longer available and to pick something else. So I swapped the item and waited another three weeks, still no notification of shipping. I then wrote and asked them to refund my money, which they said they would do.

It's now mid December and still no refund. Don't waste your money with them!

I ordered september 25 th and still waiting for my clothes. The tracking number they gave me never actually worked when I emailed them many time they said its the china post website that takes a long time to update. Well after 2 montha it still doesnt work. Then they said one of my item was backorder and will refund me. Also 2 months and no refund have been made. They basically just stole my money. I am gonna call visa tommorow and get a full refund. I ll never order from china again

The sizing of clothing is not consistent. Quality of most of the clothing was cheap. Easy to order but almost impossible to get it in a timely manner. I ordered in the 1st of Dec. And only a couple of items have been delivered. Waiting on rest of items and it is now Jan 3rd so I can ship this crap back and never order from Sherop again! Beyond frustrated

DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEROP!

I order alot online. This is the absolute worst online shopping experience. The order was placed at the end of November and 2 of the 5 items arrived today. (Feb 28) I wouldn't have minded if I had received what I ordered. BUT, the sweater was a thin cotton not a cotton sweater and a size large when I ordered a size small. The dress was the right size but the embellishment on the collar was print screened! No texture at all. Probably a photo stolen off the web from another site that actually sells that dress. The fabric of the dress is so thin that it is see through. I would have to wear a body suite underneath! I believe they make to order and have someone with a picture in front of them trying to duplicate it. I have sent an e-mail demanding a refund for the items that have not even been sent but I am not hopeful. Please do NOT order from them - it is total crap!

Wow. Geart dress!

I recieved this dress on Tuesday and have been so excited since I put it on! The dress is perfect! Let's be honest, sometimes clothes from the internet look beautiful in photos and arrive completely differently than expected. This is NOT the case with this dress! It is very lightweight, flowy, so comfortable, and is completely opaque!

From start to finish this company is a scam

The clothes I ordered were not the clothes sent. It has been over 6 months on useless back and forth communication. THEY SAID THE CLOTHES WERE DIFFERENT BECAUSE OF PHOTOGRAPHY LIGHTING
And refuse responsibility

They claim they have client help available- they don't. They only have someone sending generic information that doesn't apply to the situation

They offered me a refund of 1/5 of the money I spent. And they have yet to place the funds back in my account. It has been four months since they said they refunded the money and that I check with my bank

Now they do not even reply back to msgs
Scam! This business is full of thieves

The will not do a straight out refund. They only offer you a portion of a refund or a discount on your next item. Even if they were in the wrong. I would not buy from them again.

I had to email 3 people before I got a real response about a top that was suppose to be medium but looked like a 5 year old could fit in it. When I finally got a response I sent it back to the return address on the package, and they said that wasn't the correct address. I finally got it back in the mail as return to sender then had to mail it back again, I paid for shipping both times and paid for shipping to receive it. When I said I was told I would get an extra $4 back which wasn't even the cost of one shipment. They had no clue what I was talking about because I talked to so many representatives they didn't know. When I was a dollar off what I said the price was of the item plus 4 dollars the representative was a smart $#*! and said you will find I'm right. Wow poor customer service so I told them they should think about all the shipping I paid for, and as a professional could have not responded as a child. I was unhappy with communication skills now I find their representatives are also rude. Have class and make better products if that's how the representatives are allowed to talk to customers

SCAM!

I have made a purchase on January 12th, paying an additional fee selecting the express shipping to make sure I received both dresses before a trip. According to the shipping method I selected I should have received my shipment on February 1st at the latest.
I have contacted them on March 1st to ask them for a refund, and they basically answered that one of the dresses was in their warehouse at the moment (so not even shipped!) and that they could send it now and provide a tracking number. They also added that the second dress was not available yet but that they would send it as soon as it was, and "would be nice" by not charging shipping for this one (well, thanks?).
I replied that I did not need them anymore, as I needed them by February 1st - that I would not have made the purchase knowing I would receive it 3 months later.
They then replied that they would ask their finance department to issue a refund, but that it would take 15-20 BUSINESS DAYS for them to issue it! I am a merchant, and I know it literally takes 2 minutes for us to make a refund via Paypal to a customer.
They are literally wasting my time hoping I will just forget about it so they end up keeping my money.
