I waited 3 mo. For a "cardigan" type top. When I revived it after that time it was
Size 3 xxx it is at best a size medium. In American fit. I ordered 2 shirts. Both small the first one was a button up shirt. You could see thru it! The fabric was striped but material was like the cheap nite gown u can see thru. The cardigan open no buttons were over a top. The seams were open not sewn. And left to ravel. You could not wash this shirt it will unravel. Never can I trust a Cheep priced store they are from China and not for American sizes. Bad service and make it impossible to return cost more for return than to just toss in trash.
The clothing is not what is pictured. It took 3 months to arrive. Then, A large women's sweater looks like a child large. The clothing is cheaply made as my bottom up shirt was sewn together in the front by mistake. They have refused to refund my money even though I spent $67 dollars to send it back to China. This is a waste of money.
I have been dealing w/ Sherop since I ordered some clothing in December. It took forever to get & was very cheaply made, not correctly sized & some of it back ordered. I must have sent over 10 requests to send things back & was put off. Finally sent it to an address by FedEx to Mrs. Jimmy in San Francisco. Does this sound bogus or not?! Sherop keeps putting off refunding my money & it's now the end of March. Don't ever use them. I am now going to pursue this with The Better Business Bureau. In addition, my rating is less than 1! This is the first time I've purchased from this site and I couldn't be happier. The shirts and their online shop is excellent. The postage was prompt, The fit of the shirt is excellent, the silk flows beautifully but isn't too translucent so I can wear it to work without a slip (I chose a blue colour). It's a very flattering shape. I measured another shirt prior to purchase to ensure it would fit well and bought a small, it's true to size for me. I'm planning on getting every colour and pattern now!
Purchased a dress for vacation, and it took way to long to come in along with the size running at least 2 sizes to small.
I have 3 more dresses coming in and hope they are correct in the size chart sizes.

At you see. The folks at sherop are writing their own reviews on here. The broken English is a dead giveaway. They will take your money and 2 or 3 months later you will receive the cheapest quality and material that should be thrown out. Not even good doe cleaning rags. Dont be fooled by the fake reviews at the top. It's a total scam.
I ordered several items over 125 dollars and they keep telling me it was delivered after one email said backorder, I just got taken and have many emails to prove it. They are computer generated messages.
I received my order and immediately saw that the clothes were of inferior quality. They were cheap and poorly made, nothing like they look in their ads. I contacted them and asked to return the items (I also never received a couple of items I paid for). They tried to tell me I could keep the clothes and they would give me a very small percentage in refund. I did not want the clothes, even if they were free and knew I would just throw them away so I insisted that I wanted to return the items. They gave me an address in China but then sent a different address in California. They told me to to include a list of my returned items and asked me to send the tracking number, which I did. After a month or so, I contacted them to ask when I would receive my refund and I got no response so I contacted PayPal, since I went through them to pay, thinking it was more secure, after all, they promise that my purchase is guaranteed protected. They opened a dispute but without even contacting me, they decided n favor of Sherop, saying I had failed to return the items to China. I contacted paypal and provided this information (attached), showing that Sherop had given me a California address to return the items and proof that the items were sent to that address and received by a human being on that end. Paypal did nothing to reopen the dispute. I have had no recourse to get my money back. I will review this company as many times as I can because I do not want anyone else to be ripped off by this awful company. DO NOT waste your money on their clothing. You will be disappointed and you will lose your money.
Still waiting for my order and getting the run around everytime i contact them it is a different excuse why i haven't received my order they try and give me a coupon to make up for it i dont want a coupon because i will never order from this company again
Do not order from this company! They are a scam! I ordered a poncho on Oct 27th, 2018 and it is Dec 27 and I have to gotten it yet AND I have emailed them several time about a refund and they keep giving me the run around about my order! I am contacting the Attorney General to see if there are any other complaints regarding this company and if so, possibly filing a class action law suit!
The dress I received was cheaply made and took forever to arrive. I ordered an adult size small and my daughter who wears a size 00 couldn't even wear it. It was really more of a shirt. I contacted customer service to get the address of where to send my return and they wouldn't even give me the address. They said they would send a store credit which does me no good as I will never order from them again. The items pictured on the website are very cute but that is not what they send you. Please don't be fooled like I was.
Perfect fit... and comfortable. I'll be ordering the purple. Love this dress, however it fits really large. I highly recommend going down a size when ordering, but I love, love, love this item! It fits comfortable, long and flowing just as shown in the dream!

I have never seen such poor quality and sizes are AT LEAST 2 sizes smaller than NA sizing. Had I know they were located in China I never would have ordered. Giant Tiger has better quality clothes than Sherop. I received after 6 weeks and immediately requested a return/refund. It will cost me too much to ship back to China. They are offering me a $13 refund and said I can "gift" the products to someone else. I told them i would throw them in the garbage. I have investigated filing a dispute with PayPal but unfortunately, buyer remorse isnt covered.
I ordered 3 tops from Sherop and it's taking forever to get all three items in. Today I received the 2nd top and was extremely disappointed, again, in the quality of it. It looks like a cheap Chinese knock-off. Second-rate stuff! Since the 3rd top is the same as the 2nd, I know without seeing it that I won't be happy with it either. I've sewn all my life and the quality of their work is pitiful. Ordered December 1st, just received the second top and today is January 3rd.

Placed an order for 5 items at the end of July 2018, full payment taken from my debit card 3 days after ordering. I finally got 1 item around September 15 with a packing slip saying the other 4 items were "out of stock". I emailed their customer service and they began by trying to offer me 'coupons' in the amount of my refund, to get me to buy other items. When I repeatedly refused and demanded a refund they finally agreed on 9/24 and said it would take 10-15 business days to appear on my original card. It is now 10/26 and still no refund just constant excuses of "system maintenance" etc... and needing more time. The one item I got was a paper thin sweater, horribly made. ***SCAM - DON'T ORDER FROM SHEROP***
The clothing, once you get it (two months to receive two dresses), is poorly made and of inferior material. It is difficult to get ahold of the company and I've given up getting a refund. Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. What a waste.
Sherop was great. I was really scared of ordering this gorgeous dress that I really liked, some of the reviews were really scary, but my dress arrived without a hitch and swiftly. The dress was as described and fitted me absolutely perfectly. I will definitely order something else again.
