This company is wonderful. I do all my buying online and I've got used to unreliable delivery dates and rude staff. SGS is a breath of fresh air. They supply exactly what they promise. Good quality, good prices, on time and with excellent customer service.
I have been a real fan of SGS ever since having received a tool chest as a gift a few years ago. I have ordered several products, my favourite example of their quality versus the competition is the low lifting car jack. It was cheaper and had a far superior build quality to anything I have previously purchased... and better still its UK made and manufactured. This is a great company and the guys that run it are keen to help learn and provide assistance getting all you need. I definitely recommend.
We're using exclusively SGS lifting equipment in our workshop now, the build quality, the delivery time the availability are all exceptional. Just purchased a 100L compressor and parts washer too and so far so good. Customer service when needed has also been second to none, can't say enough good about them just exceptional.

Placed the order of gas struts in November 21,2022, until now the item is not yet receive and there is no tracking update since November 29 to date. Poor service. Upset first time customer.
My purchase was delivered within the time band given. The SGS website described the product accurately, the layout is clear and easy to use. They make internet shopping a delight. Excellent all round service.
Bought a smaller compressor last October, it developed a fault recently so I rang them up to organise return for fault diagnosis. I delivered it on Friday and they rang Tues to tell me it was fixed.it apparently was a foreign object ingested via the air intake. Not really their fault but they fixed it under warranty without charge. That's excellent customer service in my opinion! Will buy from them again!
Ordered 2 gas struts for my car on line. Order delivered very promptly but there was a problem with one of the struts when fitted and this, of course is when you find out if a company is any good or not. SGS were excellent in resolving the problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Tailgate now operates like new. Very pleased and would recommend.
Ordered a big 16 draw tool chest from SGS Engineering which I'm very pleased with. It's excellent for the price, nice n big with plenty of room to store my work tools in. Delivery was very good to as they kept in touch with me about the time and it's where a-bouts. Great value for money if you ask me thanks. ;)
Quite surprised at the quality for the price when it arrived, very well made and robust. As good as trolley jacks twice the price and more, cannot recommend it enough. Lifts my 2.2 ton Chrysler 300C like a toy. I bought this to replace a generic trolley jack that can be bought in the likes of Aldi & Lidl, that twisted under load and almost wrecked the sump and me.

First time buyer from SGS, after looking at the website for quite a while and being a little sceptical as the prices seem quite low, but took a chance.
Received what looks like a really well made impact socket set in a metal case for not a lot of money - next day delivery too with good communication from the moment the order was placed.
I've got quite a shopping list for tools for the near future and will definitely be buying from SGS again. Excellent.
The sales team was brilliant and order arrived as expected. However, one of the items became faulty after a few weeks. Called them to ask for a replacement or refund and what a process I had to go through to prove that the item was in fact faulty and not me operating the item incorrectly. I am sure there are many positive reviews but it will be interesting to hear if anybody else has had such a bad experience in trying to get your faulty item replaced.
Ebay purchase and was kept informed through every step in the order process and shipping, shipped through DHL which was next day with detailed delivery updates and a time specified. Also a top quality product 2.5 ton low profile car jack which will no doubt last a lifetime. Would use again without a second thought.
After searching the web for a Tool Box Chest & Roller Cabinet, I came across this one from SGS engineering. The quality is excellent as is the build finish. I have only being using it for a couple of days but I am impressed so far and now all my tools are easy to hand and find. With it being on good quality casters it moves around without any problem. I will use SGS in the future for my equipment as there service is friendly and delivery is fast.
Got my new trolley jack from SGS delivery was very quick and came well packaged. The quality of the jack its self is superb it is strong and stable and lifts the car with no problem unlike some i have bought in the past which simply could not stand up to the job. I let my dad borrow it and he bought one too, and some axle stands, and have since heard my brother bought a 3 ton one last week also.

I've ordered items several times from SGS, and have recommended others to do so in the past on various car forums. Next day delivery is a great option, great value for money all round. I've bought the cheaper range of car jacking equipment previously, which have been great for home use. The higher models must be special; maybe a new toy for the future!
Absolutely top quality tool cabinet, it is a Birthday present along with 4 x wheel dollies and he loves them. I would have snaffled the tool chest for the kitchen as it is so beautiful but it is now in its new home in the garage. The service from SGS was first class with very fast delivery, extremely well packed and on a pallet to ensure no damage during transit. I have to say the price was excellent and it looks amazing... Highly recommended.
Replaced the bonnet and boot struts of my car as they were getting a bit tired.
The new ones were easy to find on the site and came the next day.
Very easy to fit and about 80% cheaper than buying directly from Bentley so great result all round.
