Normally really good, used them a couple of times this time however was shocking. The jack & Axle stand combo i had ordered and paid for was not available so i was offered an alternative, brilliant so far, on looking the alternative was for the Jack only at £16.67 + vat extra, checking on the website adding the jack and then the axle stands on their own, (Same jack as the offered alternative and same axle stands) would only cost me only cost me £20.39 extra, i phoned up to speak to SGS with person dealing with my case, would was a said to get the axle stand and jack combo would be £40 (roughly), i questioned this and was quickly sent to a different team, who also confirmed £40 extra for what i was after, after explaining the price on my screen he confirmed i was correct. It was cheaper to do singularly. If i had trusted them and said yes i would be considerably out of pocket, on asking because i'd been messed about paid out twice (refund takes up to 7 days to go back in) and potentially ripped off £20, for a set of rubber axle stand protectors to be thrown in for my inconvenience i was told this was not possible. £5.99 set of rubber protectors for customer satisfaction i think would have been well worth it. The morale is don't trust always check for yourself.

Being relatively new to the world of compressors, usually use gas / electric operated nail guns. Thought i would give air a whirl. Found the website to be well laid out and explanations were both clear and understandable. Delivery was incredibly fast i. E next morning (paid the extra). I have been using the compressor and nail gun over the weekend and has proved to be worthy investment
