MASSIVE SCAM

Total scam service that will keep any money you send them and offer 0 actual genuine leads.
They are not in the business of lead generation at all, just a slick scam operation that employs staff specifically to try and fight chargebacks by credit card companies once their clients find out the service is bogus

Worst company around

I never take the time to write reviews but this time I made an exception due to how terrible this company is. Last year after speaking with a customer service representative I decided to give them a try. Everything that was promised was not accurate and was misleading. The quality of their leads is terrible. I made over 100 calls and none of their leads knew why I am calling, most of them threatened to report me for unsolicited calls. Fast forward one year they charged my card again for another 1500 even after I expressed my frustration and told them O want to cancel. They refused to refund the payment. Do yourself a favor and go another route will save you a lot of time and headache.

However, both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days PRIOR to termination of the Membership term which is on April 8,2021.
"You hereby authorize SetSchedule to charge the provided credit card for all Purchased Services listed in this Order Form for the membership term and authorize SetSchedule to automatically charge the provided credit card for the annual membership renewal. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to SetSchedule and notifying SetSchedule of any changes to such information. You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at billing@setschedule.com. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date)."
We did not receive a cancellation request to the specified email address above until April 22,2021.

Waste of money and very expensive for leads that are clearly sourced to many people at the same time. Paid for premium service and received one set schedule which ended up they had no clue there was an appointment. I'm 5 months into it and basically just threw away $1700. This may not be the case in other markets but the austin, texas market is a waste of money.

SetSchedule is one big scam. So-called leads are FAKE, wrong numbers etc. They take your money and stop any communication. I have tried to find a solution, no effort on their site.
They do not deliver what you sign up for. My advice - RUN. Do not sign up with these liars.

Complete waste of time and money. The salesperson was no where to be found after initial consult. Multiple conversations with support team. Leads all came from areas hours out of my area. Leads were NOT verified. Multiple agents attached.

Don't waste your money

Been with Set schedule for almost a year now. Here's what they do- they give multiple agents the same leads-therefore prospective buyer/sellers will be instantly bombarded with phone calls from numerous agents... Think about how annoying and off-putting this would be to someone. I would say 95% of the leads they sent me either had an unrealistic price point-for example someone with a budget of $35,000 looking to buy in an area with a median price of $450,000- Or I would call and the phone number was fake or the email address wasn't real. In the very few instances I did actually talk to a lead, they insisted they never inquired about anything and acted annoyed I was calling them. I'm not sure what set schedule's vetting process is for these leads but it's absolutely garbage. To put the cherry on top, they demand a 25% referral fee for any deals you actually do close on.

Set Schedule Real Estate Lead Generation

Update from prior complaint. This company gets an "F" grade. Don't use them. I went a whole year working the leads. All of them are junk. Not real leads. Never showed any of the leads properties. They use Realty Store as one of their lead source. Total garbage. Last week one of the leads I got was a realtor in my area. Said he was never on the site. I think they scan websites and just snatch names and emails. My year is up and i fired Set Schedule. A complete waste of time. Zero ROI. Customer service weak too. You have to email several times to get a response. I read a class action lawsuit will be started soon from another member. A complete scam. So sad.

I signed up in Sept 26,2022. Sales rep Sonny said i would get at least 30 leads per month. Most leads are vetted and 25% of leads are life lead transfer. Its Dec 14,2022 zero life leads transfers. Only 4 new leads in past 12 days. Customer Service is very nice and friendly. They agree I'm not getting many leads. Say they will escalate. I have spoken to only 3 leads. All said not interested, no plans to by. One lead said he was called 4 times today. Clearly their is a miss representation. Most leads put in bad phone numbers and bad emails. Something a really wrong.

We signed up with SetSchedule ($5K) and their leads are absolute trash. We stopped trying after about 5 months. Unfortunately, we forgot that they have you set up as automatic renewal and when we tried to cancel, it was too late. They said they texted us to call them, but we never got an email or any official notification. Not sure how their employees feel good about working for such a trash company. Don't waste your money!

Waste of money

Leads are very old and most leads have already spoken to several other agents through set schedule. I should have read all the negative reviews before signing up for a year which they say is non refundable once you sign up. Very unhappy with SetSchedule!

Its been several months, dozens of crap leads that when you call them the people have no idea why you are calling. Website is horrible, haven't been able to log on for over a week now. Sending me leads way outside my area after I told them the zip codes I work in. I have asked for a refund and of course they said no but had no problem taking my $700 bucks with the guarantee that I would get 4 listings within 6 months. I can't believe these people are still up and running.
I have made numerous complaints, same response, a manager will call you with-in 24 to 48 hrs. They don't know what the hell they are doing, I hate to say this, but Zillow Leads are better as well as my FB leads. Stay far away from Set Schedule, you will not be happy! All I want is my money back!

Do Not Use!

Leads are garbage, so called confirmed appointments are not true. Customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Good luck trying to get a billing issue resolved. The billing dept must be in a cave with no power or telephones because apparently no one has a number for them. Don't waste your money or sanity on SetSchedule.

Would not recommend

Spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours with my team and I attempting to convert leads from Set Schedule. The last several months this service has provided leads that have already been accepted by other agents, very, very low price points, or technical glitches that do not allow me to accept a lead. When discussed with them several times over the final 4 months of my agreement, they provided no solution beyond sales speak. Very disappointed overall. Happy to discuss with anyone about my experience. I recommend looking in another direction.

Awesome CRM

Set Schedule has become a standard part of my business practices. Every morning, I wake up and hope will get new leads. Every months I got new client's. The CRM is also fantastic! We plan to work with SetSchedule on a contentious basis.

These scum suckers prey on new realtors. They promise you all these leads and an "exclusive" territory which is pure BS! They make you pay for a year in advance, then when you realize the leads are pure garbage, you better make sure you cancel early because these douche bags LOVE auto renew. Better yet, block your credit card too, if you fall for their scam. Biggest waste of my money and now, thanks to their lack of response to my cancellation request in December 2019 a couple months after I realized these were worthless leads from a dirt bag company, they billed my credit card again! Now I am fighting with AMX to get this charge removed.

I received 6 "leads" in the first 4 months. 3 had fake address or phone number, 2 had no idea why I would call them and were not happy about the call and 1 had no intention of selling anytime in the foreseeable future. The monthly call with the company rep seems to have the same word track every time. "We'll have our team get right on this" and "you should have results soon". Just smells like baloney. Probably getting close to small claims court time. They have great excuses, but can't deliver.

SCAM SCHEDULE

Do not sign on to this company. They will sell you lies about providing verified leads exclusively. Leads are not verified at all! I called a "lead" that "preferred to be contacted at 10am" according to Set Schedule's trusted third party LJ Marketing. An old lady answered and stated not only is she not interested in selling but she had been getting several calls like mines. Terrible! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. A company that has guaranteed leads but doesn't provide refunds is a joke! Stay away.

Luckily I didn't pay for the service but have purchased a couple individual leads off the app. Since then I'll accept a SetSchedule sales call, act like I'm interested for an hour then hang up. Set Schedule is a scam

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They took $1,295 of my money for a service they did not provide. It is allegedly a real estate lead generation service. I downloaded the app and leads started coming but an error message kept coming up and I could not pick up any leads. I tried calling multiple times. Nobody ever answers the call and when I leave messages to multiple people I get no calls back at all. Run far from this company. Do not agree to their fraudulent service or give them your account information.

TOTAL SCAM
April 4, 2020

2-3 years ago, I signed up at $1700 and a % of all commissions. I was getting leads on people that had died a year prior to the lead coming in as a "new" lead. Needless to say, I did not renew. The leads were terrible, and the customer service just as bad.
I am now getting contacted by them non stop, telling me that it is much better than before, and will offer a discount based on the experience from a few years ago. I've repeatedly asked to be removed from their system, yet like clockwork, every 2 weeks, it's a different con artist on a different line.
If you are an agent looking to up your lead generation, this is not the company for you. I have done lead gen with the vast majority of companies that do it. And while they all have their problems, SETSCHEDULE is by far the worst.
Don't waste your money and time, any option is the better option.

What a Joke! Realtors Beware!

They promised me at least 1 to 2 leads a day. It turns out that they can't even provide one in 3.5 months! Scammers that promise the moon and fail to deliver. I have seen on other sites all the complaints about them. Their canned answer is stay with us a year. Well, duh, I paid for a year up front. Send me some decent leads, or return my money! Or just close your doors! You are taking our hard earned money and doing nothing for it! They also get 20 % for a referral fee on every deal. I am happy to pay it, just send me the leads that were promised!
