Scam alert. They promise a number for leads and when they can not deliver what they promised (2 leads in 5 months) they are not refunding any money. Also there was misrepresentation when they signed me up as to referral commissions involved. Rep called me after 60 days and said " sorry we can not deliver the leads we promised and I will se if we can refund your money. The manager called after that and said they do not offer refunds. He wanted to expand me area which is not practical. Now they seem to ignore me mostly because I am no longer playing nice. Pretty poor company /service with zero integrity!

This service is absolute trash. Was told there were exclusive leads and live transfers that they would take a 20% split on. There are no live transfers and the leads are given to multiple agents at the exact same time so that the prospect gets bombarded from calls referencing the same organization. Customer service is awful and their attitude is ridiculous. DO NOT waste your time or $$$ on this trash.

I had two separate appointments they scheduled with me that they first didn't keep and second was very late for. Then their rep just thought it was a laughing matter! Any company with the name "setschedule" should never miss or be late for their own presentation! I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone!

They email you offering "referrals" at a 20% referral fee. What they're actually selling is leads for $5,000 plus 20% referral fee if one closes. Very dishonest in emails and calls until you sit through a one hour sales pitch, then they hit you with the fact that it's just leads. THEN they'll tell you about their "free" program. Totally free leads! Which is also a lie. Any leads you're offered you have to lay for. And these are typical leads.

The initial contact for set schedule promised myself and my sponsoring broker a test run of their system and promised us all legitimate leads. Every single lead has been fake names, fake numbers, fake email addresses and when I called to complain about it, the customer service rep refused to let me talk to a manager. Eventually someone from the company called me and said verbatim "it is not how you start it is how you finish." Well that doesn't help me when I am been sent phony leads. I think this entire operation is a scam and I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a lead generation system.

SetSchedule is a waste of money - it has an interesting pitch and is offered at a price point that allows you to say 'Hey, even if I get one, it's worth it.' The issue is the leads that come in are questionable at best. A lead comes in that you accept and immediately follow up on. Typically, the email address is bogus and a lot of times both the phone number and email are bogus so you never hear back. Additionally, the data you get when using their 'prospecting tool' that 'identifies potential home sellers' is low quality as well - after a number of physical mailings I stopped sending to the lists because of the amount of no forwards, bad address and return to sender. You're better off with hitting up Adwerx or mailing to farm areas using a company such as The Personal Marketing company than wasting your time and money with these guys. Plus, you're locked in for a full year so you get to relive the bad purchase for months.

This company is a joke. They give terrible leads and force you to sign an automatic renewal. I spoke to several people on the phone after texting that I did NOT want to continue working with them. Every time the person I spoke too would tell me I had to do this or that to recoup my money but all they sent was garbage leads. I lost two teammates over this who said the same. When it was prior to the year I told 2 people on the phone I did NOT want to renew and also texted but this didn't work. They took without authorization my money and now will not refund it. CROOKS!

This company promises exclusive unlimited leads. Not true at the very least. Leads have already been to other sites before registering into SetSchedule database. I claimed several leads immediately and they had already been working with other agents. Save your money!

Do yourself a favor and save your money. The site doesn't provide any real leads and the app is sketchy at best. I'm a week in and NOT impressed with anything so far. I am not sure if they have better results in other areas but the "leads" have hung up on me, not had real phone numbers, voicemail that is not set up... seems fishy to me for "verified" leads.

I joined setschedule about four months ago, I am genuinely delighted by the relationship with the company and I can assure any reader that I was not compensated to put anything online (feel free to DM me). I recommend that agents that either have any experience with online lead management, or genuinely have an interest in growing their business outside of the sphere of their immediate influence to give this thing a shot. It works for me I was able to put two deals under contract.

These people have been bothered so much by the that came through. They did not wanna talk to you at all. This is a total scam do not pay $2000 for the year I really am trying to fight for a refund this is not fair at all. I consider myself really good at cold calling Leads that came through. At least get somewhere with them usually. I've been an agent for 16 years so it's not just that I couldn't close. Don't trust this company. I hope they make it right with me.

Leads are old/outdated. Terrible experience. Some leads have already sold before coming available in this system. Had different team members work the leads to try to get different results and same thing. Seems like old leads being resold. My opinion, invest elsewhere for a quality lead service. In addition, I have tried to cancel multiple times and well before my term was up. I was told they would call back before the renewal and that is when i could do it. They never called back and I was charged another $1700. I spoke with a manager who was then supposed to call me back and didn't and now they say that cancelling the account is not an option. Not sure how to stop this company from charging my card at this point. Yuck

I've been selling real estate for over 25. This has got to be the absolute worst generation company I have ever been associated with! Not only was everything they told me about live lead transfer bogus but they charged my credit card another $1800 after a year of zero deals and a year of me telling them over and over do not renew, I am not pleased with the service, I do not want to continue my relationship, after countless phone calls and emails they charge my card another $1800 and told me that they will cancel it next year! Please RUN from this absolutely unscrupulous company! Every lead that was transferred to me was a total lie. People were begging to be taken off the list saying that they were looking for houses seven years ago and they don't understand why they keep getting these phone calls. My phone was ringing all hours of the night with computer generated calls where they were waking people up. It was absolutely horrible and insult on top of injury. They charged my card another $1800. Don't fall for it! Don't take the bait! You'll be very sorry!

Answer: I originally agreed to their system because they lied about how good it was.
Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
Answer: You have to pay upfront and they don't deliver any lead. If you get a lead it's sincerely inexistente fake or very off in what they are looking for. Do not use this service they scammed me and stole my money they delivered zero leads.
