TOTAL FRAUDSTERS!... DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY! ABSOLUTE CROOKS!
December 19, 2024

SHAM company! If you are thinking about using this shady company for anything especially lead generation then my very STRONG recommendation is DON'T DO IT! There is nothing good I can say about this so called company, who clearly should be illegal and DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEARTl! They ripped me off over US$3400 promising leads, and do you know what?... In 2 years I have NOT HAD ONE, YES NOT ONE legit lead that wasn't obviously a cold call lead. After wanting to cancel after the first year they refused to cancel my subscription and just took the money from my account! READ THE SMALL PRINT. AS IT SAYS there you have to cancel a few month in advance otherwise you have no come back legally if you wish to cancel close to your expiration date! SNEEKY thieves! These are unfortunately one of those companies that get a way with this sort of thing because unless you read all the small print they have you by the balls! I still have over 70 leads that I have paid for and the joke is they haven't had any leads available in my area for MONTHS! And when I contact support OVER AND OVER AGAIN I get absolutely NO RESPONSE! So all in all! DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THESE GUYS AS YOU 1111% WILL END UP REGRETTING IT! THE BEST I CAN HOPE FOR IS TO DO MY BEST TO NOT LET YOU BE ANOTHER OF THEIR VICTIMS! THIS IS BAD LOW VIBRATIONAL BUSINESS AT ITS BEST! TERRIBLE EVERYTHING! SERIOUSLY I HAVE NOT GOT ONE GOOD THING TO SAY ABOUT THEM DURING MY 2 YEAR EXPERIENCE! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED! KEEP YOUR $$$$ FOR SOMETHING ELSE THAT WILL AT LEAST GIVE YOU ONE LEAD THAT YOU CAN CLOSE FROM IN 2 YEARS! IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY MINUS 5 STARS THEN I WOULD! And just in case you are wondering yes I am a successful Realtor using other lead generation companies and tools the last few years! (e.g. Zillow, Boomtown, Redfin, Realtor.com etc). And by the LONGEST WAY POSSIBLE this has been the worst experience so far...as I do have a habit to trust people first and like to give new things a go...this was my BIGGEST MISTAKE to date! IT BACK FIRED BIG STYLE! So finally just in case you are still debating it! Don't do it! You have been warned!

SET SCHEDULE SCAM!
December 13, 2023

Buyer Beware! You want to stay away from SetSchedule at all costs as it is not as promised. They send e-mails and calls promising verified leads from Buyers and Sellers but they're not legit! We dealt with Cody Cunningham, *******246. He talked us into signing up explaining what he says was the way it works and informed us to E-sign a contract and charged $1,497 for a one-year term. You're promised that you pay 20% of the closed transactions to them and that they will refund $300 back on the Gold Premium memberships for each closed transaction. They fail to disclose that within the e-signed document in very small print they embed a link that gives all these terms and conditions that are not explained. Upon doing further research we tried to cancel and left messages for Cody for 3 days with no response. We were finally able to reach him and he hung up when he knew we were calling to complain about their so-called business practices and to cancel. When we tried to call back again the number is no longer in service. We tried to dispute the charge with the credit card company and they send them the e-signed document so the dispute is denied.
Upon further research of the company it's disclosed they were the subject of a Class Action Lawsuit filed March 2,2020 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California "to stop SetSchedule from violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by (allegedly) placing unsolicited, autodialed phone calls to consumers." Their so-called verified leads were obtained by less than legitimate means. These leads are unrealistic as they show the people have budgets of ridiculous amounts under $100,000 to less than $200,000. Where is anyone in any state going to find a property for that amount? They are non-existent. It tells you how many other agents have clicked on that same lead and the majority of them show "0" because no one wants such a ridiculous lead and it shows they are not dedicated leads either. You are "forced" as part of your sign up process to make connections with other SetSchedule realtors where all of them are out of state and nowhere near you so that you can make an actual connection or get referrals. Some of the connections are their own SetSchedule employees. After calls to their Customer Service on October 20 we received correspondence from Steven Newton, Territory Manager per his e-mail signature with a phone number of *******578. We called that number and it's the voicemail for Greg Smith, another bait and switch. The message was never returned. The same day 30 minutes later we get a correspondence from Jhon Angelo San Andres, Agent Success Consultant, *******683. It's a letter acting like we're trying to sign up for their services instead of responding to our concerns.

The Better Business Bureau has a warning message on their website regarding a pattern of complaints against the company. Various other complaints show on the internet! The complaints mention the leads are fake, wrong numbers or the people never heard of SetSchedule. If you want to deal with legit leads companies then please steer clear of this one as it is anything but! Let our mistakes serve as a caution for you so that you don't get taken and pay your hard-earned money for nothing! If you have already signed up with them be sure to cancel your credit card and get a new number assigned so they can't try to charge you a renewal in a year since they're impossible to contact to cancel!

LIARS, SCAM, AND TRY TO KEEP CHARGING YOU EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL!
October 26, 2022

I started with this company 3 years ago! The first year all I got was FAKE leads, people who were not interested at all in buying or selling, and numbers and emails that were not real. When it came time to renew I decide to cancel. I hit the cancel button in my profile, but it wouldn't work. I sent an email and they then had someone call me and tell me how they were changing their system and working all the bugs out and that I should continue and they would be there to help me. I still did not want to keep it, so they scheduled another call and it was a week later, same thing happened they wanted to schedule another call and I said I just want to cancel. What I didn't pay attention to was that my renewal date happened the day of the first scheduled call, so yes, you guessed it they charged me another $1995. 00. So when this year came around I told my account rep I did not want to renew I wanted to cancel and be done. He said he hated to see that but would have someone call me. I never received a call and the cancel button still does not work in my profile, but they charged me again, $1995. 00. I called my credit card company, American Express and told them it was not a charge that I approved. They got right on it, and of course Set Schedule sent them the contract, though American Express had refunded the money, after receiving the contract they recharged me. I had gone back to read the contract and it says that it will be renewed each year until you cancel... the problem is there is no way to cancel. BUT IT ALSO SAYS THEY WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL BEFORE THEY RENEW TO REMIND YOU THEY WILL BE CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO RENEW. I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL THE FIRST TIME NOT THIS TIME! DID ANYONE ELSE ON HERE? OF COURSE NOT, BECAUSE THEN THEY WOULD LOSE ALL THAT MONEY BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD RENEW! When I got a call from someone to talk about my account I told here I don't have an account nor will I ever have an account with Set Schedule as they send FAKE leads with FAKE numbers and emails, and if you get someone on the phone they are not looking to purchase or sell! I canceled and do not want anyone to call me! She said the only way to cancel is the send an email to *******@SETSCHEDULE.COM! So there it is folks in black and white, if you are trying to get out of this SCAM that is your ticket! Good luck, as I am still fighting to get refund. DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS COMPANY IT WILL COST YOU AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REAL LEAD... MAYBE WE SHOULD ALL FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THEM! AS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER ON THEIR PRODUCT AND THEY DON'T! And by the way you have to give a rating or you can't post your review... I tried to do without any stars! I will be posting on all my social media for others to see DO NOT FALL PREY TO THE SCAM CALLED SET SCHEDULE!

BEWARE: THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
September 8, 2022

SCAMMERS! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM... I CANCELED MY SERVICE WITH THEM, THEY STILL CHARGED ME AND NOW I AM NOT GETTING MY $$$ BACK... READ BELOW:

Hello Roy,

Hope all is well! Your company's customer service reps in the Philippines are really pathetic.

Anyway, I signed up for your service last year. Paid $2000. I was excited to gain some biz out of it. Nothing happened. I lost motivation to use your AI portal, as the quality was really poor. I may have contacted only 20 leads the most.

Long story short, I never wanted to sign up again, as I am not rich and don't have funds sitting around to pay for something that did not work for me. Maybe it was not what I was looking for. Now your firm took another chunk out of my account for 1995. 00 on Sept 1st. There was no email, no phone call or text giving me 30 days notification that my subscription is coming up or if I want to renew or not and not even a receipt of charges.

You all broke the law:

https://www.consumerprotectionreview.com/2021/11/california-passes-updated-automatic-renewal-law/

I went to pay my rent on Sept 5th, and all my rent money is gone. I take care of my parents. I have called your office, emailed them and I even reached BBB pretty much all day yesterday. I apologize I lost it... and I was furious. Basically, your firm knew that I hate the service and if they notify me I would cancel, and I have the right to do that. But I was not informed in any shape or form. I can provide any back proof you need.

On top of that, your customer service is bad! I have contacted the Attorney general's office and Department of Biz oversight. I will continue this till I get my money back. If you guys are that desperate you can charge me for one month, but refund the rest!

Let me know how you would like to handle it.

Disgraceful scammers
November 19, 2021

Every five star review is from with-in the company!
They hire employees to make fake profiles and post fake reviews. They are violating googles terms of use 100%. They are using Google as a tool to scam people. If you search the names of the people who wrote five star reviews. They are all fake. None of them are actually real estate agents. There is a formal investigation starting. So at this point- The best bet is to contact Google with a direct complaint- explaining that "all of SetSchedules five star reviews are fake". A company like this shouldn't exist in 2022. For anyone who's been victimized by them... Let's ban together to get justice. Each complaint helps! Like a lot of realtors- I've dedicated my life to helping others. Which is why I really hate to see innocent people getting robbed.

If you've already been scammed by SetSchedule here are a couple tips:

1: Cancel your credit card immediately and start calling to start the "cancellation process" months in advance. They will ultimately try to charge you the next year no matter what you do! However, it's good to have a record showing you tried to cancel... I've now spoke to seven different people about canceling. Each one tells me "they can't cancel my account, but they will set up a call with a higher supervisor that can". Each time the "escalated supervisor" calls, it's just a person at the same Philippines call center who says the exact same thing! It's sickening. Remember that even if they say "we aren't going to charge you", absolutely cancel your credit card. I guarantee they will attempt to collect payment again the next year. It's what keeps their fraudulent business alive. That's what 90% of the Better Business Bureau complaints about about. It's an inconvenience, but it's worth it. If everyone did this their company would shut down within a year.

2: You will not be able to get through to any of the customer service phone numbers (EVER). However, the sales people will be the only ones who answer. So complain to them. Call the sales line. It's good for the sales people to hear the complaints.

3: They already have hundreds of formal complaint against them with the better business bureau. So at this point I suggest contacting the federal trade commission. I'm creating a report to send the FTC. I would also suggest contacting your local news station. SetSchedule is selling a completely fraudulent product, they offer no way to ever cancel as long as you live, they have hundreds of blatantly fake reviews... The violations just go on and on. This is something that either the federal trade commission or a news station may be interested in exploring!

4: Please understand this isn't a normal company we're dealing with so normal standards don't apply. Their morals & customer service are on point with the Nigerian lottery scammers. So be prepared for anything & do everything you can to get away from them. These are dangerous criminals. Good luck.

Lies, lies, and more lies
November 15, 2021

If I could give this outfit a ZERO Star rating, I would.
About a month ago, 10/25/21, I fell the pack of lies that were presented to me by their agent, who I will not name at this time. I was very explicit when he contacted me. 1) I had had many solicitations very similar to his offer of "get qualified leads and grow your business." 2) I was interested in getting leads only in areas in which I was familiar. 3) I was not interested in getting any leads for property purchases less than $975,000 (as that was an indication of 1st-time-buyers and I had no interest in working with this type of buyer.) 4) I was DEFINITELY not interested in wasting my time chasing leads inquiring about leases.
After his lengthy sales "pitch," I asked him if he was absolutely sure I would get leads that fit my requirements and that I would surely "be successful" in converting these leads to sales. So, my "pitch" to him was:
"Okay. If you're SO SURE, I'll tell you what... Instead of your offer of having me agree to skim 20% off the top and direct it directly to SetSchedule from escrow, I'll make the first sale 25% off the top to SetSchedule and additionally pay the $2750 annual subscription amount from escrow at the first closing. Nope. Not acceptable. BUT! He came back, after taking a short coffee break, to tell me that he had "dropped his pants" and had gotten me the most special deal in the history of mankind: $1,650 for the annual membership and that price would be available for renewal in a year and thereafter until the end of the world.
Foolishly, I bit and gave him my charge card numbers.
At this time, about 3 weeks later, I have been offered, via their website, about 36 "leads," half of which are for leases, and the other 18 having only ONE request for information in the price range I told him I was exclusively ONLY interested in. That's ONE. So I called and that "lead" was to an invalid number. My question was, "How could this lead be validated as a SetSchedule lead?" THE NUMBER IS INVALID! What validation procedure is used to determine a valid lead?
Further on, to today, 11/15/21, none of the leads I "Took" had a phone connection to a person who answered the phone. So I sent a short email message to each stating that I had been alerted that they had inquired about such and such and to please call me or respond to the email. No responses have been received.
So, my advice is to beware. The sales rep will say whatever he (she) thinks needs to be said to get your charge card number and get a "sale."
What a way to live your life. Everyday... lie, lie, lie.
Beware.
P.S. After spending time to write this review, I was prompted to attach a verification of my purchase for the SetSchedule membership. This site would not accept either of my files showing this proof. One was a simple Word file, the other was a PDF. Neither would upload to this site. More frustration. JFC!

Paid $1,995.00, Cleared my Bank, Membership got Suspended with No Notice
October 20, 2021

I was a standard member of Set Schedule, where the leads that I was sent, I could either accept or reject the lead. If I accepted it, I had to pay for it. Not one of the leads that I purchased panned out. The phone number or email address was bogus. I contacted Set Schedule Support and was told over the phone that I could either receive a refund for bad unsuccessful leads or I could get a credit and not have to pay for the next lead that I would receive, which I was very impressed with, so I decided to upgrade to the pro version.

Within the next fifteen minutes of upgrading, I received a phone call from a sales person from Set Schedule that informed me that the way to receive very good leads was to upgrade even more and become a Premium Gold Member and pay $1,995.00 for unlimited leads for a year. Because I was impressed how the company handled the refunds of bogus leads, it built the confidence I needed to trust a lead company,

The day I paid for my membership, I didn't receive any leads. I attended the training classes the following two day, and still no leads. I thought this was odd because I received leads almost every day before upgrading my membership.

By the third day of my premium gold membership, I called Set Schedule Support and told them that I had not received any leads. I was asked by if I had received any emails stating that my account had been restricted or suspended. I told the gentlemen I had not, where he asked me to check my spam and junk email accounts, which I did and informed the gentlemen that I had not received any emails stating that my account had been restricted or suspended. We hung up, and I still didn't receive that email.

Finally, by my sixth day of being premium gold member and not receiving any leads, I sent the following email

Date: September 26,2021 at 10:27 AM EDT

Hello,
I purchased the gold membership on Monday, and since then I have not received any leads. When I began to research why, it says that my account is suspended. I contacted support, and was asked if I received an email as to why my account was suspended. If I knew why, I would have not contacted support in the first place.
After paying a significant amount of money, this is my results? First my account should never have been suspended at all, and secondly your tech support didn't know why.
I am very dissatisfied with your service and product and want a full refund immediately.

Two minutes later I received the following email from Set Schedule Support:

Date: September 26,2021 at 10:32 AM

Hi,
We are reaching out to inform you that your SetSchedule account is temporarily restricted. To reactivate your account, you will need to click on the "restore account" link in the suspension email you previously received.
You Can locate the suspension email either by searching "temporary restriction of your account" on your emails search bar. If you cannot locate the email, we recommend checking your spam or junk folders.
We hope this email will help you restore your SetSchedule account. If you have any further queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I never received the supposed suspension email, and continue to communicate with Set Schedule asking for my refund. I was told to email the accounting department, which I did explaining the situation, along with sending them the above emails. Here is the email I sent.

On Tue, 28 Sep at 12:37 PM,

Hello,

I was a start up member of Set Schedule receiving leads that I paid for on an individual basis. None of the leads panned out whatsoever. They had wrong phone numbers or the numbers were disconnected. I contacted support by clicking on the upper right hand corner and filled out the form for a refund on approximately September 20,2021 Someone from support called me, and I explained to them the situation. This person stated that I could either ask for a refund or get a credit for my next lead the would come. I said that I would do a little of both. All of the leads that I asked for refunds were refunded to me. There was no communication that my account would be restricted because of it. I decided at that time I would try the pro version, hoping that I would get better leads.

Calvin, a sales representative called me and we discussed upgrading to a premium membership, so that I would be able to utilize all that your company offers and that I would receive 100 leads per month on an unlimited basis. It sounded good to me and on 9/21/2021 I chose to pay $1,995.00 for the Gold Membership. From that day until approximately 9/24/2021 I did not receive any leads at all. I was concerned about it, so I once again reached out to support, and and someone called me and asked if I had received any emails letting me know that my account was restricted or suspended. I told that gentlemen, no I did not. He asked me to check my junk and spam folders, which I did and there was nothing there from Set Schedule. I told him this information and he hung up. Approximately two days later, with leads still not coming to me, on Sunday morning, September 26,2021 at exactly 10:27 am I sent the attached letter asking for a full refund. At exactly 10:32 am on that same day, I received the attached email finally telling me that my account was restricted. I should have at least received that after I informed support that I never received such email.

The very fact that I was never told up front that my account would be restricted because of too many refunds and the way things have been handled on my account, I have lost trust in dealing with your company. Therefore, I am asking for a full refund for $1,995.00 that was debited from my account. I am very dissatisfied with your product and service and want a full refund immediately.

Thank you, in advance, for your full cooperation,

The following is the response I received from the accounting department:

On Sep 28,2021, at 7:46 PM,

Hello,

Date: October 1,2021 at 11:49:29 AM EDT

Hello,

I received your response to my email, where you did not address my request for a full refund. This is just more proof of how your business is run. I will be adding this response onto BBB, Consumer Affairs and, it will also be sent to my local television station. Along with all of the other correspondence between Set Schedule and myself including dates and times, which clearly shows the negligence of your company.

As I stated to the Agent Success Team Member last night, if I do not have proof of a complete and total refund in the amount of $1,995.00 by 5:00 pm EST this evening, all of this evidence will be handed over to my attorney, who is more than ready to file a class action lawsuit against Set Schedule and it's owner.

This is my last attempt of communication to rectify this situation. Any other correspondence with go through my attorney and the others attorneys involved in the class action law suit.

Since my last communication with Set Schedule, I continue to get that same answer over and over again, which is that they do not give refunds and that they will escalate my request to upper management, and they will be contacting me.

To this day, October 20,2021, I still have not heard from upper management.

It is time to stop this company from their unacceptable business practices. I will be seeking an attorney.

Tip for consumers:

Stay as far away as you can from this company!

Worst Lead Generating & Customer Service Company...
August 16, 2021

In 2020 I decided to contract with SetSchedule, they provide viable leads and I nourish the leads, convert them to clients and settlements. I understand marketing and I know it requires consistency and some money with that said. I paid SetSchedule $1480nto provide me with 100 leads per month for 12 months.
In addition to paying setSchedule $1480 for 12 months, I hired an ISA to communicate with these leads. I paid the ISA $250 for every 100 leads they nourish/communicated with twice a week for 90 days. All of this and not 1 buyer or seller, all we kept hearing is, I was just trying to see what homes are selling for, or I did not say I was looking to buy or sell or I went on that sit a year ago or I don't know where they got my information etc. All terrible leads. I kept having my monthly success meetings with my rep, each time I told him the same thing over and over. I kept doing what I am supposed to do after all I paid for these leads. I kept telling him this is not working but I going to keep doing what I need to do however I'm not going to be moving forward with this program if it continues like this. Next thing they automatically renewed my service and he no longer works there. I immediately contacted SetSchedul it took 4-5 different times because you can never speak with someone when you call. I had to schedule appointments, after appointments after appointments to find out it's not my department, I can't help you with that. Oh did you read the agreement? So I figured out the only reason SetSchedule has had the same clients for more than 1 year is because of the automatic renewal. Forced retention. The company's customer service sucks, the leads they provide are no good. I'm in Washington DC Metro Area my average price point is $480,000 the leads set schedule are sending me are $114,000, $83,000, $164,000, $158,000 Really? If I said I don't want to renew and you have proof of all I have done to work the terrible leads you sent me, the least you should do is cancel the 2nd year that you automatically renewed and give me my money back. Agents if you are looking for a lead source and are considering SetSchedule call me Nancy *******272. You have a better opportunity in getting good leads from Referral Exchange. SetSchedule is the worst company, their customer service is terrible. You never get to talk to anyone when you call, always have to schedule an appointment. They are making money only because of the automatic renewals. Worst Company ever!

Tip for consumers:

DON"T!! The customer service is terrile and they are scammers. This is a big scam, they get you on the automatic renewal.

Zero Stars. Scam. Do not waste money on their BS "leads"
March 3, 2021

I feel like my complaints would largely be summarized by simply scrolling down to read the rest of the reviews on this site. I call every single "lead" they send, and they turn out to be 100% completely bogus. Snake oil. Run away and hire a real lead Gen company - this ain't it.

Update containing my opinions regarding their canned response:
It doesn't really matter how many "leads" any of your customers may have left. Zero times 1,000,000 is still zero. When your product has no value, you are a predatory, unethical, and dishonest company by continuing to sell the product without any changes. What's truly bizarre is the giant divide between what is promised by your dishonest salespeople and the reality of your platform. It isn't even remotely as is described. Even the "targeted data" - with the bar already so low - is worthless. You say the "targeted data" contains "people likely to sell their home" when in reality it contains "people who have sold their home in the last 60 days, exclusively." Your primary selling point, "leads" in many ways are more worthless. You send people's information that you can tell aren't real before even opening the lead, e.g. the million dollar buyer a that you send countless times looking for a 4 bedroom house with a pin in a neighborhood where the most expensive listing in the past year is $240k. You also send $250k buyers from 500k neighborhoods. This would all be fine - except these "buyers" don't actually exist in real life. They are insurance adjusters looking for values of homes in the area, investors looking for foreclosed property, random people who have never heard of the lead source, and that is it. They will sell you "leads from zillow and realtor.com" but in reality it's the unwanted leads that RealtyTrac can't sell to its own customers. I've received one lead that SetSchedule *claims* is from Zillow- after I complained and was takes down to by your nonsensical VP of sales, who called me "diabolical" for calling out the dishonesty. (I mean really? The head of sales calling clients to tell them they are like the devil. So I guess like, the devil is the arbiter of the truth? Or maybe it was just the insult you use when you get called out, or heck maybe it was plain ole homophobia?) Funny thing is, the "zillow lead" they sent was a real person, who wasn't interested in any type of real estate services, but did tell me flat out that they don't use zillow and then told me they filled out an inquiry form to become a client of RealtyTrac. So, yeah, SetSchedule, your response truly means nothing.

All in all, I just wish I had read these reviews in detail before sending money to this dumpster fire of a company. Sprint away.

Tip for consumers:

Literally don’t use this site. Every second you spend is a waste of time

Misleading, annoying, harrassiing
October 31, 2020

I sent the following email to Setschedule after being with them for several months and asking them to stop contacting me. I continues to get sales calls, even after speaking directly with their vice president, Trevor Butler, and explaining how frustrating Setschedule is:

I am requesting a refund for the following reasons:
1. An unreasonable amount of time to respond to lead notifications. Most (>50%) of lead notifications are accepted immediately (within 5 seconds) and I am told they are taken already. This even happened during my first conversation with Alexis. It was then I explained that I would not be able to continue with this and would like a refund. It was explained the problem would be fixed.
2. Degrading messages like "you snooze, you lose". I get this message after experiencing the previous complaint. Imagine being distracted from whatever you happen to be doing to answer answer notifications as quick as humanly possible, only to be told you're a loser.
3. Calls from Setschedule without any contact with leads. On multiple occasions I received call from Setschedule claiming they have a lead on the other line. After holding and waiting for the leads, I was either disconnected and did not receive a phone call back, or there was no one on the line after I accepted the lead.
4. Incorrect information from accepted leads. On multiple occasions the number I received was either invalid or disconnected. On multiple occasions the name on the voice message did not match contact info and several told me I had the wrong number
5. Outdated or recycled leads. Most (>50%) of the leads I accepted were for properties no longer available (pending, sold, etc.), often times weeks or months later. Most of the people I was able to speak with either already had a Realtor, or even purchased a home.
6. Multiple bugs in the Setschedule platform. Sometimes when trying to be quick and accept leads from notifications, I am directed to the log in page or other error, further hindering my ability to accept leads.
7. Outdated Information from emails. I once received an email sent at 10:50 am for a webinar starting at 10am.
8. Leads that are irrelevant to my business. Many of the leads that are available are for renters. I do not work with rentals. I am an Oregon Realtor, not a property manager.
9. Some listings set unreasonable expectations for leads. Those leads are the most frequently available. Often times those listings are priced way lower than market value and sold much higher than market value, People see a "good deal" and think they can afford a home, only to be beat out by multiple offers well above asking price.
10. None of my meetings have begun at the scheduled time. Admittedly once was my fault. My phone overheated just before the meeting. I am unable to verify whether or not I was the only one late.

This is a brief list of reasons I believe I am entitled to a refund. I can furnish a long list of emails, screen shots, and recordings, but you should have all of the documentation yourselves in emails to Alexis and the feedback given after every contact with leads.
As far as being unsatisfied with Setschedule. It all comes down to wasting my time. Time and time again I have been interrupted by notifications, phone calls, and emails from Setschedule, only to be beat out, called a loser, hung up on, disconnected, fed incorrect information, insulted because I was the #th agent to call them, etc. In addition, I have been called by sales on multiple occasions, trying to get me to sign up. Each time I politely explained that I had already signed up with Setschedule and to please put me on your Do Not Call list. The third time, when I asked the name of the individual that called, he hung up on me. I am on the do not call registry.
