All hype no results
November 15, 2023

$1800.00 wasted! Bought into all the hype, but that's all it was. Not designed for rural markets! Had to laugh, first lead even remotely close to my market was a property I had closed on weeks earlier! 1 year I have reached out several times and they promise they will mine for leads, but nothing! Cant speak for Metro Markets but avoid wasting your money if you are in smaller or rural markets! Use my $1800 loss as your lesson!

Worst Company to Deal Wtih

This was the biggest mistake I have ever made regarding purchasing marketing and leads for my Real Estate Career. For the first year I only received unqualified leads in towns that I was not working in at price points that I was not wanting to work with. They automatically charged my card for another year and refused to refund me when I tried to cancel with them. You would be better off to take your money and burn it! Stay clear of them!

“You hereby authorize SetSchedule to charge the provided credit card for all Purchased Services listed in this Order Form for the membership term and authorize SetSchedule to automatically charge the provided credit card for the annual membership renewal. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to SetSchedule and notifying SetSchedule of any changes to such information. You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at billing@setschedule.com. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date). “

Your written cancellation request has only been received last 01/06/2023. On 12/29/2023, your account will be a starter account, but until then, please feel free to continue to use the premium benefits.

Our system also shows that you were granted leads within your area. It is our regret that the leads did not prosper into successful listings. We transferred your concern to one of our Agent Success Consultants and they should reach out to you to discuss the issue further and to help you optimize your membership.

Run. Don't walk. Run away

We all know internet lead can be nurture or now leads. This system is the second worse I've ever had. Mainly because of the lies you are told when you sign up and then how they don't care to after much customer service after. Most of the leads... about 90% we're not in my state or we're renters.

The first lead was someone who bought a house a month prior to me joining 6 weeks ago the others had not ever expressed a desire to sell/buy anything. Buyer said she remembered being cold call by someone but never said she wanted to buy anything. In general what they provide are expired listing and cold I mean really cold leads. Also there customer service departments does not respond to service requests. Black hole for your money.

The salesperson lied, he made up scenarios on what SET SCHEDULE would do for me getting verified leads. I would have a sales team funneling leads. Blah blah blah. Lies. I have been compromised and hacked more times this last year than ever. I had zero intention Re-upping my membership to this fake referral company but guess what they automatically do it for you! I complained after three days and was NEVER told I needed to unsubscribe and physically end my service. One week into my second year and $1,570 later this good for nothing service successfully stole from me. Learn from my idiot mistake.

Run away from this company-worse than terrible in all aspects accept taking your hard earned money! They are nothing more than a bunch of scam artists! Buyer Beware (caveat emptor). You will NOT get verified leads. Bunch of section 8 rental leads! Garbage leads stay forewarned!

Failed To Fulfill Their Promises
SetSchedule promises nine (9) listing appointments in a year for $1,800, but I received only one (1).

They also provide "exclusive" Buyer or Seller Leads - some free, others you have to purchase. Almost every person I called had already been called by many other agents and was angry.

I signed up for only one year and called them to tell them I would not renew. The result? They charged me $1,841 for an "automatic renewal" for another year. And they gave me the run around when I wanted to cancel.

I filed a complaint with my bank and they are looking into this.

Very efficient

Great company for realtors that are ready to work to secure listings and new clients. I will get my first listing on the market in a couple days. Very efficient.I called the service team and requested a replacement set schedule was agreeable to do it.

This is another lead generator company that has only been around for 8 years. They are only baiting you with unproven leads and you give up 20% plus upfront fees. There are 100's of these companies that do the same thing loading upfront fees. Spend your money with a company that has a professional attitude about partnerships. Win win or no deal. 0 stars if it was an option.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a lead generation company and I have been in the business for over 15 years. They don't tell the truth on what their leads end up being. No way to take your grievance to management, reps lie right and left, and watch out for an annual auto renewal.

Set Schedule

I paid close to $1500 in the fall of 2019 for supposedly good leads. This was a complete waste of both my time and money. I did the onboarding, downloaded the app and called the leads. As of March 2020, I haven't received one good lead. The ones I do call say they haven't requested any information, don't know what I am talking about, etc. This company has a good sales pitch but realtors beware. Save your time and money when they call.
While they replied they have sent me over a hundred leads the actual is shown in the photo. All of which were bogus.

Horrible in Every Way

I paid for SetSchedule "leads," which were the worst I've ever received from any lead generation company. When the contact information was incorrect, it was like pulling teeth to get a refund. After I stopped using SetSchedule their reps continue to send me emails and text messages, despite me asking repeatedly to stop contacting me.

Not only is this a scam MOST OF THE 5 star reviews are too! Let me see closes from true 5 star reviews with original lead. They can't do it because it is not real. Ask to talk with the title company or attorneys that closed these deals, they give some bs run around. As to speak With the leads and realtor brokers NOTHING! Just crickets... but they will stop calling if you ask questions like this. The was to close you, not help you with real leads, you want business start networking or go door knocking!

We are the #6 Real Estate Team in Massachusetts and we have gone through plenty of lead generation platforms and this is by far the worst system we have ever had. From the car salesman pitch, all the way to the worst leads imaginable, this is a company to stay clear from. Once you submit the payment, this company falls off a cliff. Do yourself a favor, run in the opposite direction, and thank us later.

Considering their ethics and how they conduct their business, this company should not be in business. I signed a contract in December 2021 (Dec 13 or Dec 14) and they said it automatically renews unless I cancel. I understand that but I believe it's common courtesy that they connect and give me the heads-up first before they charge me for another year which they just did. Bottom line, I would not have renewed because doing business with them was miserable and their program is not a successful fit for me. I honestly have no use for their services.

They called me and got me at a weak moment and i signed up for a year; and paid their fee. Big Mistake. The APP is clunky, does not work well, the leads are very very very tenuous to be generous. Their concept is a valid one, but poor execution and no qualification of leads. These are people that visited other real estate sites for ANY reason and these folks buy them or scrape them from the floor (as the good leads are already sold directly). May be good targets for a long term direct mail drip campaign, but mostly a waste of time and money. And, after a lot of work, if you are lucky to close one, you owe them 20%! My phone app would not load using my email and password after a while. It took me days to get through. I now want to get my money back. Let's see if that happens. I am having better results elsewhere.

Wasted my afternoon listening to them about benefits of the their programs, etc. And then they hit you with annual fee... Why don't they be upfront about their fees? All that non-sense presentation comes with heavy fees... I am not going to fall for it if they are not transparent now they won't be later... Save your hard money and spend it on other tested tools.
