I paid for a year up front. I started getting leads. All of the leads were dog squeeze. I'm in Las Vegas and I was talking to people looking for property in Iowa? I would call the appointments and they would have no idea what I was talking about. Some of the seller appointments that they "set" for me were people renting apartments! It was unprofessional and hardly worth a 25% referral fee or $1600 per year. After a few months a cancelled. I never talked to them for months. A year later - They charged my credit card for an automatic renewal! I called and told them I cancelled months ago and they just acted stupid. They told me they have a no cancellation policy. Bad business.
