I've been selling real estate for over 25. This has got to be the absolute worst generation company I have ever been associated with! Not only was everything they told me about live lead transfer bogus but they charged my credit card another $1800 after a year of zero deals and a year of me telling them over and over do not renew, I am not pleased with the service, I do not want to continue my relationship, after countless phone calls and emails they charge my card another $1800 and told me that they will cancel it next year! Please RUN from this absolutely unscrupulous company! Every lead that was transferred to me was a total lie. People were begging to be taken off the list saying that they were looking for houses seven years ago and they don't understand why they keep getting these phone calls. My phone was ringing all hours of the night with computer generated calls where they were waking people up. It was absolutely horrible and insult on top of injury. They charged my card another $1800. Don't fall for it! Don't take the bait! You'll be very sorry!

This is a company thrown together and sells old or fake leads to agents then once the agent complains or requests a refund you're deleted and blocked from the system and all communications are cut off. They take the money and run!

One star because I had to. This company is a SCAM! I paid for one year of leads and never received a single lead in my zip code. NOT ONE! The leads that I did receive, not even in my area, we're all garbage. Not one lead even replied or answered a call, text, email, nothing. I told the company I was done with them and they renewed my subscription and charged me $1570 again! I am beyond upset and filing a compliant with the BBB today. Do not give them your money or time! I have had over five leads from SetSchedule and all BAD! They either did not want to talk to me or were not interested in talking to a real estate agent but moreover, they are homeowners who don't have ANY plans to sell their home & were surprised by my reaching out. Once they wanted to know for what their neighbors home sold. Beyond frustrating.
I truly believe they paid for those 5-Star reviews because no one I've talked to has received a single lead that was legit. It's a total SCAM.

Set Schedule is 100% a scam. They will not respond to your emails for support. Every lead is false information and/or months old. Don't waste your money. If you try to cancel, they will ignore your written request and charge you an additional year. They are a bunch of thieves! This is by far the WORST lead generation site.

I received a cold call in the middle of the day from somebody claiming they wanted to introduce me to a buyer, they would just need to transfer me to their manager. I asked them directly if they were soliciting a product to which they replied "this is not a solicitation call". The manager I was transferred to had no idea the connection was being made. He proceeded to pitch me on their $2000/year product the next day at the end of a 30 minute presentation. These are slimy scammer tactics that aim to guilt one into making a decision after agreeing with their salesperson over a drawn out presentation. If this is the experience they approach their potential partners with, I imagine it is similar for their customers who will be the "leads" you work with. I would not choose to have my reputation associated with this company and I would definitely not sign any sort of contract with them.

I have been with them for a year and not one lead ever turned into a client. Most leads had no idea how I got their information. I think they buy old leads that no one wants and sells them to us. I was also automatically charged for another year without my permission and they said I can only talk to their legal department. I have tried several times and no one has ever gotten back to me. This company is deceptive and Do Not Recommend using them.

Leads are old and haven't gotten one in three months that was even viable. Then they want you to spend your time to do monthly optimization calls rate their leads and all this other stuff and their leaves are not from good sources at least in our market we haven't found that to be the case.

I agreed to work with them for 1 year. It was fine, but not worth continuing. They gave me a process to follow for cancelation which included clicking "Cancel Subscription" button in my online profile. This button was not available. So they scheduled a "Cancelation Call" with my agent care manager. They rescheduled multiple times until it became time to bill me again.

Very easy to use at setschedule services. I have tried other platforms, also spending a lot of money on assessment. Some of them have too high prices, others don't seem to listen to the request for new features, still others the support is slow to respond. In all the cases I tried something was missing But setschedule nothing is missing and the costs are very affordable. I am so happy to using their services

This company is so deceiving. Please do yourself a favor and stay away form this misleading, lying and unethical company. I paid about 2,000 for their service for one year and the leads were all junk. After a year of not using their service they charged my credit card another 2,000. I lost a total of 4,000 on this company. I am sure they have some success but for the most part most people will have zero success. If you are a current member make sure you cancel at least 60 ( the tell you 30) day before you membership renews

I was promised 200 leads per month with my $1,500 commitment. Received ZERO for the first three months and was promised things would change. I received one bogus lead and requested my money back. Their legal department refused so I had to go through my credit card company. After battling these guys for about four months after that the credit card company agreed to refund my money. Wasted a lot of time and energy with this outfit. They did not perform and would highly not recommend their services. Wished I could give them a ZERO STAR rating but it doesn't go that low. Read other comments and you'll see similar experiences. Wished I read them first before giving them my money, but at least I got it back with a fight.

6 months later I have had a reduction in the number of texts but have had an increase of missed phone calls from their representatives. They don't leave a message but when I call that number back, it. Thankfully I have my phone always set to "focus" settings on my iPhone but most real estate agents don't do that. Today I had my phone's focus setting off as I'm trying to get technical support for my internet and I got a phone call from them that I answered. Sure enough it was SetSchedule. It's the end of May 2023 and I've now been getting calls from them for about a year with my Sitejabber complaint (with SetSchedule response) about 6 months ago. Again, if it is such a good service or product, why do they have to be so aggressive and consistent with their cold calls?! A good product or a good service doesn't need aggressive sales people violating the FTC do not call list (which I've been on for over 15 years).

I have been contacted by 7 different sales reps or "Product Educators" by SetSchedule, many 2-3 times each even after I have requested no more texts. I've texted each one and have left voice messages (none of them answer their phone). I finally got a hold of one after I scheduled a meeting with them and they told me they did indeed get my messages. I asked them to take me off of their list and put me on a do-not call and do not text list. They said ok. The messages continued so I made another appointment to talk to them. They told me they saw two different profiles for me with only one of them stating "do not call". I asked them why I have two profiles and they told me that the sales rep creates a profile for me. I asked for both of their profiles of me to be marked as do not call. I got another text last week and again, set up a meeting with them (every text has a "calendly link" to schedule a meeting any time). I asked them to not contact me. He got mad at me for scheduling time on his schedule and told me that they wouldn't bother me if I don't schedule which is a bold face lie. He proceeded to hang up on me. I called the customer support line and told them about that conversation and also asked them to make sure no more texts get to me. The customer service rep said that both profiles they had for me stated do-not-call. Today, I got another text a week after all of that. This is my 12th text from 7 "Product Educators". This needs to stop.
They have good salesmen- so be careful out there! The minute you pay them- this is the time they don't care anymore. They have these "couches" that can do nothing (and leave the company very often, without letting you know your couch is not working with you anymore). And when there are leads- OMG- these people don't want to talk with you at all and so angry with you calling them. Do yourself a favor and keep your money for better things. Actually, everything is better than this "service"

Like it says in the caption, this company is the worst. They are happy to take your money and then provide you leads that have been sold or old leads that everyone has called on already. I called to get my money back after i told them what was happening but they would not refund my money. I deleted their site off my phone, and then they tried to charge me a second time. I had to call my bank to remove the charge. And still they keep trying to call. Horrible company. I cannot believe they are still in business.

Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
Answer: You have to pay upfront and they don't deliver any lead. If you get a lead it's sincerely inexistente fake or very off in what they are looking for. Do not use this service they scammed me and stole my money they delivered zero leads.
