Fraud

This company re-charged my account for a full year then claimed I signed up for it after I was told it was a one time fee for 1 year. I am out 1700.00 Not one lead was viable and there customer service made no attempts to help me or reimburse me. Stay as far away from them as possible.

Not Bad

I would recommend the service just for the fact that I'm able to take over 20 leads a day. The conversion rate currently stands in about 5% and I am absolutely convinced that I'll be able to put seven transactions on the contract. Love it

I've told dozens of their reps to stop contacting me. They are so bad, they dont even respond when I ask them what company they are with anymore. At least a few times a week, someone new tries to contact me. I've reported to the FCC multiple times. They dont care. Don't let the positive reviews fool you, they're obviously fake.

GARBAGE LEADS FROM LIARS

A direct quote from the sales agent, "We set appointments for you. It is up to you to convert them into deals". Not one set appointment as the company name would imply. Every lead offered has been on
Stale leads (inquiry actually made months prior), sold properties, bogus information (said to be verified).
These people are absolute liars and SCUMBAGS! They offer junk and take your money. Don't get
Scammed. It's a shame the DRE doesn't monitor these entities and take actions against them.

I indicated I would be interested in bonafide/vetted, no subscription, paid only at closing. "This might not be the right fit for you", click they hung up quick! WOW. Good thing I looked here first as there are other companies that have real leads. Sorry Charlie, agents tend to be resourceful AND do their homework!

I have used this software for close to 5 years and it's still simply the best in the industry for my needs. There are plenty of scheduling solutions out there but this platform is easy and flexible and consistent. I have never had a problem with implementation and the setschedule customer rep are SO accessible that even if I did, they would be right on a solution. They are constantly adding value for the user and this value translates into satisfaction in our client's experience. Value for the cost is the best perk. You would be hard-pressed to find another product that does as much for as little. I am so so happy that service.

Dont waste your time and money on this company.
Customer service does not return your calls, I tried to cancel prior to the 30 day period for renew and they said that I did not send the right email to the right address?
Terrible leads also, have not gotten one to work yet in 2 years

Avoid at ALL costs

Do not sign up for this service. Customer service nonexistent, NO ONE can or will answer my concerns. I have repeatedly called, texted and emailed--to no avail. No response. After signing up for the year, being utterly and entirely disappointed with non existent leads. I am repeatedly ignored. I cancelled service after being held hostage for a year---and WAS CHARGED for another year---even though I did not sign a renewal contract. My bank account was debited and company will not issue credit. I email every day and I am ignored.

Refusal to issue refund
December 9, 2019

This may be the biggest scam I have come across in my 16 year career. Don't believe a word their sales reps say. The leads are not fresh, they are not vetted, there is no AI or sophisticated algorithm finding you leads. There are no verified leads. There are no scheduled appointments with anyone looking to sell. I was scammed out of $1,640 and have been involved in a 2 month long merchant dispute that I filed after they refused to issue a refund multiple times. Now they threaten arbitration. I want to file a class action lawsuit. Avoid Set Schedule at all costs.

Anyone interested in ensuring Set Schedule be held accountable, I urge you to file a complaint to the CA Attorney General and ask to launch a criminal investigation. https://www.oag.ca.gov

NO USEABLE LEADS
August 10, 2023

Since I have signed up 7 months ago I have not received ONE useable lead. Either not even interested in selling, Buyers can't be reached, don't answer to emails, texts, or phonecalls. ZERO success. When working with the team, they make promises, extend the reach, bla bla bla - still not a single useable lead. The auto-renewal is sneaky, you have to physically go into the account and turn it off. Just not fair dealings. I failed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, just want my money back, at least for half the year (paid a whole year in full!). Many phone calls telling me they will improve the range and nothing happens, still not a single useable lead, even after officially complaining. I would never recommend SetSchedule and am very disappointed.
I keep getting apologies for the leads not being converted. I am not even getting any leads! They are not listening to my complaint. I hope you don't sign up with them!

Horrendous

This company does not know how to vet their leads. Their follow up is absolutely abysmal. When I requested in writing to every department imaginable there, they assured me that my card wouldn't be charged a second time… I look on my credit card statement yesterday… they charged it without my authorization. That's the definition of credit card fraud. Posting a complaint with the better business bureau as well. If they call you… do yourself a favor and run the other direction. Their leads are trash

I DID provide written notice to cancel my account. I provided the notice MONTHS prior to the renewal date. Your predatory sales techniques tried to require that I SPEAK with one of your greasy sales people, who no doubt would attempt to keep my account alive. I refused. I also received a full refund by disputing the charge with my bank. I would now give you zero stars if that were possible. Please put my phone number and email address on your "Do Not Contact" list. It is stated on your invoice that your written request for the cancellation of your account's auto-renewal must be sent to billing@setschedule.com at least 30 days before your auto-renewal which is on October 2,2021. We did not receive your request to the specified email address until October 6,2021. We have also tried reaching out to you multiple times but were unsuccessful.

Junk Leads from a Predatory Sales Company

Company won't turn off auto-renew on my subscription even though I contacted them and made the request months prior to my renewal. Some good potential leads, but no way to filter price/type resulting in a constant barrage of texts/emails causing nothing but interruption to your day.
They billed me for a second year and are refusing to reimburse, so I have to dispute through my bank. Stay away from these predators!

I signed up with this company last December. I come at the sales industry from a different angle then these money hungry people who just blow through leads. During my calls I am able to speak with the leads, many of which say that they filled out an online property request 6 months ago, and there phone went stop ringing. Those are the leads I am able to speak with. Most people just hang up on you as soon as they find out that you are a real estate agent. I have set up an optimization call with Allen who has stood me up on the call. They take your money then leave you out to dry. No one should do business with this disceiving company.

It all sounds so good as they are signing you up. The leads they slam you with are vague and a waste of time. My partner and i paid 1,500$ for a year. We worked so hard to make any of the leads provided work out. It was always a dead end and a huge waste of time. Our rep had promised a money back guarantee but disappeared when we had questions or problems.we told him we were really frustrated and that we would never sign up again. When the renewal date came up, another 1,500$ charge showed up on my credit card statement, completely unauthorized.We have made an exhaustive effort to dispute it, get it reversed, they lie saying they will get you over to someone who can help when they have no intention. We have now paid 3,000$ for an unbelievable waste of our time and absolutelyy not ONE good lead and no customer service for mistakes regarding payment. I believe this is a 100% scam. Please don't fall for it, dont try anything or sign anything. Just hang up! This company is pure evil!

This company constantly sends me unsolicited junk text messages. Not only is this illegal, but it's also very annoying and time consuming for me. Real companies, that have integrity and play by the rules don't have to resort to doing this.

I wish I could give less than one star to Set Schedule. Big promises, not results, horrible customer care. All lies. Total fraud. I paid over $2,000 and 100% of their leads were either fake or angry home owners that even did not want to sell their homes. In one case, the appointment was made by SetSchedule and we did go to the address. BUT the home owner did not have ANY IDEA why we were even there or who SETSCH is! I contacted them many many times. They did not refund my money. $2,000 is really a lot of money. We work hard to make a living. Set Schedule shame on you!

Bad leads
August 14, 2019

I have not got a good lead from this company in 10 months. Don't waste your money. Most are not selling and buyers bought months ago or can only qualify for a mobile home. This is for Southern CA. I hope to get one lead to pay for the service.

FRAUD! Do not utilize

This company is a LIE. They do not provide any services mentioned to hook you in. Do not pay for it. They will not refund even if you are 2-3 days into the service. "Steve" signed me up with false statements. Joko Slava, a success agent assigned to me, informed me nothing was true, he would have a manager contact me, and then completely ignored all further communication. DO NOT USE.
