They do not help with anything the leads are bad numbers are worthless. When you want to get your Lead Allotment refreshed they want you to prove that you are nurturing your leads. Even the ones that never respond to calls, emails or text messages. I am stuck with them until 15 June 23. I hope that at least one of them pan out.

Had a meeting with a *. This guy was rude and did not value time. I am happy I read the reviews and avoided the pain and anguish that so many others have went through. I am already receiving verifiable leads from the companies they stated they were verifying. When it came to the most important part which is price and benefits which he avoided until the end. He tells me I have to pay them almost 2k dollars for leads I am already getting. I respectfully declined and then this guy has the audacity to tell me I was looking for a handout. I wasted an hour of my day. Yet I am glad others posted reviews so that's all they will get from me. I suggest everyone else avoid this company.

Not one good lead so far in 2 weeks! The only returned calls I received was from a couple of the supposed opportunities saying stop calling them. I let the company know that I was told that the leads would be approved buyers and that I would get live calls. I was also told that I would get 100 leads per month. Not even close so far under 30 non-leads and all of them are duds! I want my money back! They will not give me my money back. They hide behind the contract they have you sign up front while they are really bragging about how good their company. They say they don't have a return policy even though they lied to me. I would not recommend them at all.

They promise good leads and at market price points but all you get is crap or people upset because they want off the call list. No support after they just want to know when you are closing something. Ones they promise to connect you with do not connect or are taken in seconds. Average price point in my market around 500,00. Majority of the leads I get are under 200,000.

This system promises a delivery of verified and qualified leads... they simply do not deliver on this. I have had more success with systems they "piggy-back" off of for $75/month. My dedicated "Agent Success Consultant" Brandon Ogren insisted that there is nothing he can do to let me out of the 1 year commitment BUT then quickly responded with "I'm pretty high up in this company... there's no one else to speak to" when I asked to speak with an escalations department... simply, they don't want to take responsibility for their false advertisement. They were quick to provide false advertisement and take my money, but now there is no one to speak to about this matter. The entire company is fraudulent bull****. Don't waste your money, don't waster your time; you're better off purchasing your own data and nurturing those leads yourself.

I signed up with SetSchedule over a year ago. After attempting to work the leads for months I finally lost hope. The only good thing they offer is the warm transfers. Well, one was someone looking to lease a property for which there is no monetary compensation to help someone find a new home to lease. I have tried to work the leads and it seems like many of the numbers are bad and many others have already transacted. Not sure if they recycle leads, but I felt like I was wasting my time by trying to jump on their new leads. The worst part is the account auto-renewed on me and now they will not refund my $1,800 for a service I will not use!

Do not sign up with this company. I made the biggest mistake by even thinking about signing up with them. This company has countless amount of computer generated numbers that will harass you daily to sign up with them. Even if you tell them you are not interested or can't afford the $2,700 upfront sign up fee they will continue to harass you simply because they have your number. I'm not sure which business school the CEO went to that taught him to harass customers to death with different numbers daily in order to get their business. The sad part is you cannot get those texts to stop since they used so many different numbers and you are not able to block all of them. Check out their negative reviews under the better business bureau. Their Instagram comment section is turned off because they are a scam.

I have try setschedule bout for 3 month I have paid for leads if is no good I can return it get money back or get 2nd one for free my point is dont matter leads are fake 95% of the time no email address ever bout 80% of the phone number is none working 65% of the time name is incorrect as well means they getting these info from yellow pages or some other public records stay away. Try FB to generate leads watch YouTube video to learn how to generate leads... stay away from set schedule... it is a scam

Steer far away from this company! I have currently obtained a lawyer and have other realtors involved for a class action lawsuit. They fraudulently charged my account, set up in the wrong name, they would not refund. I talked to several people all the way up to the VP and he was as worthless as the company itself. Had given them the benefit of the doubt. I tried to be smart and do my homework. Considering they take referral fees, it seemed like a company that would have some skin in the game. However, I was wrong.
1. Their lead generation sources are nothing short of spammers as most of the leads I got that I was actually able to connect with told me they never requested an agent to contact them and didn't understand how I got their information.
2. They were unable to provide the promised number of leads in my area
3. Despite them breaching their own contract with me, they offered no resolution and became irate with me when I confronted them about their shortcomings.
4. I was also lied to about what I should do to "appear more active to the algorithm". This in turn is now being used to claim they fulfilled their obligation.

Unfortunate that I can't rate a -5. We spent a good amount of money for 3 year old leads and people that have closed 2 years ago on property! They now have us restricted from our account with no explanation, they haven't gotten back to us in 2 days about the problem! We have lost all hope with this company and realize we have been taken for quite a bit of money. Save yourself the aggravation and headaches and just set your 2k on fire in the yard.

Acuity is fantastic! It is intuitive, easy to use, and there are so many settings that cover a wide range of needs. I love how customizable it is, everything from the appointment options, automated reminders, confirmation / intake emails, to the payment options and interface you can customize with your branding. I also love how responsive the customer care team is. They are nice, funny, and have even implemented some new features that I (+ others) have requested, and updated me when the new features went live..

This company will not stop texting me multiple times a week after being asked to be removed from their list multiple times. They text from multiple phone numbers so there is no way to block them (and I think they probably know that). Completely shady way to do business and I'm tired of being harassed by them and spoken to rudely in responses when I demand they stop contacting me. I've never done business with them and never will so they have no reason to keep contacting me.

Horrible experience, overall the leads were either unaware of how I obtained their information because they never input their information on a website or simply wrong numbers. The few that were valid leads already had an agent, when I tried to contact set schedule about this concern they simply said to keep making the call. Tiro al waist of time and money.

Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
