Please do not waste you time with this company. None of the leads, even the "verified hot leads" pan out. Most info isn't accurate & if it is they simply hang up on you or tell you they aren't looking right now. Two have even said they are working with an agent already. It was a healthy chunk of change to be given poor, picked over leads that aren't actually leads. I've always been told not to buy leads... should've listened.

Their Setschedule considerations and friendly suggestions are awesome. Good team and good support but some time they didn't respond. Had to replace several leads but so far have hopes for closing soon. I can't but thank to them also recommend them and gave them average rating.
SetSchedule provides almost no leads in my area - so i take leads 60-80 miles from my home. They make a big production in scheduling zoom meetings for coaching. Then they NO SHOW to the zoom meeting they set up. Overall dissatisfied.

Out of 537,359 of them are one Star. You have to be a truly horrible lead gen firm to have a 67% 1 star rating. You will have to go some to find a worse one. With the garbage I received from them I would have been better off opening a phone book and calling people randomly
Many of the leads have felony records which could lead to agent safety issues, especially for female agents.
Lots of hang ups and no responses. Out of 120 leads, NOTHING. They will not issue a refund. Do NOT waste your money.

Overpromised and underdelivered. I joined over 6 months ago. I have not received the first lead. I have spoken to and complained to three different representatives to no avail. I'm also licensed in two states but I cannot see leads but in the one state. I've also spoken to three different reps about this and it still has not been corrected.
Avoid this lead generation company at all cost. You don't need to read far to find out how many unhappy customers they have had over their business history. Their contract is not voidable, and they will auto renew even when you notify them not to. Cancel your credit card if you do make my mistake and enter into their contract.
My mentor contacted me minutes after signing their contract and said not to due to horrible on-line reputation. He had access to more review sites than I. Too late...
Set Schedule sold me contract for lead generation in a particular zip code. In one year I've received a total of 3 leads. Of those all were unqualified phone numbers or prospects that did not know anything about their supposed interest in selling or buying a home. The company provided me leads to the neighboring state which 98% turned out to have unqualified contact information or they knew nothing about wanting to buy or sell property. When I confronted the company very early on about their failure to perform they hid their contract rather rather than cancel the contract and refund the money.

In 7 months, I have been unable to connect to any lead they provided. Often contain derogatory words and bounce. Phone numbers are incorrect. Pay them up front and pay them a referral for leads that don't go anywhere.

I signed up for real estate leads from this company a year ago. They never delivered! I asked them to cancel and they charged my account anyway - $1,995. I'm kicking myself for signing up for this useless system. $1650 down the tubes. All the leads I've received since subscribing have been bad... every single one, from non-functioning numbers to leads that simply hang up on me... but most don't bother to answer emails, phone calls or texts at all. Now they have revamped the entire platform and it has stopped working. The "leads" they are sending me send me into the internet ethers and all the so-called leads I've been trying to reach for the past few weeks have vanished from the system.

I purchased Setschedule "lead" generation system. They have an impressive pitch and their website and CRM are fine it's just that the leads are complete garbage. It is not that one might not work...someday, but by the time you sift through the garbage, you could have done 10 real deals. DO NOT waste your time or money. I wish I had checked the reviews before I blew $1400 on complete con artist garbage. Don't bother with Setschedule.

I purchased SetSchedule lead generation in Mar 2023. The sales rep Russell could not say enough about all the leads coming to my market share. Since Mar. Nothing. No leads in my area! Today I was supposed to have a call updating me on where all these leads are. No call after spending over $1700.00! I wish I had called a few of the agents in my area that purchased this product. They all are in the same situation with no leads to pick up! Next stop...the Better Business Bureau.

Scam. Many "leads" received, but not one of them was a valid lead - complete waste of time and money. Automatically charged my account for renewal after 1 year, then would not respond to my calls and emails asking for refund.

Dozens of SPAM texts won't stop from many recruiters. No matter how many people I ask to try to get the company to not contact me again, they keep coming. They typically won't even say what company they are with. Seeing reviews that's clear why.

As a Realtor I didn't realize that when you sign up for this service you have to compete for the leads. They hit me for $1800 with a promise of 100 exclusive leads. They are not exclusive. When a lead comes in you have to grab it quick before someone else does. I also told them I just wanted seller leads. They assured me that's what I would get. Not true! They offer consultation to help you then either don't always show up or cancel. I asked them where they got their leads and they told me from other lead services. Most leads don't answer their phone. If I could back out of this scheme and get a refund I would.

One person agreed to an appointment with me just to have them stop calling him - but he had no house to sell he rented. Save yourself your money and time by not joining their scam. Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
