Worst company to do business with in the real estate industry. I purchased their lies and paid for the $1,7760 plan and worked the all the leads very hard. 90 plus precent of the leads were not valid, bad phone numbers, Bad email addresses, if you were able to talk to the person they either didn't know anything about looking for a home or they purchased a home 4 months ago. So there are all bad leads.

Was told I would receive 100 referrals in a year. It's been almost 6 months. Received 2! Neither wanted to even talk to me. One would not respond t all, the other said they were interested a month ago, but not now (I responded within minutes of receiving the lead). Spent $1400, what a waste. I am one unhappy REALTOR!

I wish I saw this before I purchased! Really really really OLD leads! One of these supposed "leads" was 7 years old. Most of mine was 3-4 years old. The "Connect Now" service is supposed to connect you with a real person on the end...what a JOKE! I had 10-15 opportunities and I was NEVER able to connect. My account was suspended for counting down the days to the end my membership within the feed and complaining. Support is next to non-existent. Complete waste of time and money!

I just sat through 5 minutes of the initial setschedule pitch. I asked some bigger picture questions of how leads move from Zillow to SetSchedule and SetSchedule to me. The salesperson told me he didn't feel comfortable saying other than "by email", it "wasn't relevant" and I was asking questions "above my paygrade". It seems the sales pitch is: the only thing you need to know from SetSchedule is 1. Sign up, 2. Pay up, and 3. No refunds. Anything else is irrelevant or for someone higher up the food chain to know.

Set Schedule does not deliver what they promise. I purchased a plan that comes with verified leads. I've receded ZERO! All the leads I've received have have had the wrong or no contact information. When I called to discuss a refund, I was told it's my fault the leads are faulty because I didn't yet take a training. LOL Once I take the training, I suppose all the leads will come with working phone numbers and email addresses? I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

This site does not deliver what is promised and will not refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

The leads are horrible despite what the marketing rep presented. I tried to dispute the autorenewal with no success -so now stuck with another year of sucky leads. I cannot get customer service to call me back to talk about any options.
Terrible company with horrible customer service.

$1800.00 wasted! Bought into all the hype, but that's all it was. Not designed for rural markets! Had to laugh, first lead even remotely close to my market was a property I had closed on weeks earlier! 1 year I have reached out several times and they promise they will mine for leads, but nothing! Cant speak for Metro Markets but avoid wasting your money if you are in smaller or rural markets! Use my $1800 loss as your lesson!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They took $1,295 of my money for a service they did not provide. It is allegedly a real estate lead generation service. I downloaded the app and leads started coming but an error message kept coming up and I could not pick up any leads. I tried calling multiple times. Nobody ever answers the call and when I leave messages to multiple people I get no calls back at all. Run far from this company. Do not agree to their fraudulent service or give them your account information.

I've been selling real estate for over 25. This has got to be the absolute worst generation company I have ever been associated with! Not only was everything they told me about live lead transfer bogus but they charged my credit card another $1800 after a year of zero deals and a year of me telling them over and over do not renew, I am not pleased with the service, I do not want to continue my relationship, after countless phone calls and emails they charge my card another $1800 and told me that they will cancel it next year! Please RUN from this absolutely unscrupulous company! Every lead that was transferred to me was a total lie. People were begging to be taken off the list saying that they were looking for houses seven years ago and they don't understand why they keep getting these phone calls. My phone was ringing all hours of the night with computer generated calls where they were waking people up. It was absolutely horrible and insult on top of injury. They charged my card another $1800. Don't fall for it! Don't take the bait! You'll be very sorry!

I paid for a full year of leads of which I was promised 100 leads in a year for $ 1776. I did not receive any leads from them and then they had the guts to invoice my credit card for another year. I took it it to the Better Business Bureau but got no where. They set me up for a scheduled phone call about 3 weeks out. When they finally called me to discuss the money they owed me, the person was calling to set up my account? I told them I definitely would chalk this up as a very bad experience that cost me $ 3552.

I own a real estate brokerage and I've been working internet leads for well over a decade. Most of the leads Set Schedule sends me are associated with houses that were sold a year ago (+/-). The lead quality is horrible. I would not even give these leads away. I have no idea how they are procuring these leads but they are ice cold. I feel like I've been scammed.

Do not sign up for Set Schedule. You cannot cancel and they take your money and do not deliver. Do not give them your credit card. The leads are bogus. So called buyers wanting ocean front in Hawaii or good neighborhoods for $150K. The transfer hot lead calls do not exist. You answer the phone and they hang up. The interface with the app took a month to get working and then it is all nonsense. Daily emails are a nuisance and provide nothing. Need I say more they are a negative one star. Do not give them your hard earned money. I had to cancel my credit card and report them to my credit card company for trying to charge my credit card for another year. The only positive is you can connect with other agents in other states and might get a referral partner. We are all in the same boat. Bogus leads no results.

Avoid this lead generation company at all cost. You don't need to read far to find out how many unhappy customers they have had over their business history. Their contract is not voidable, and they will auto renew even when you notify them not to. Cancel your credit card if you do make my mistake and enter into their contract.
My mentor contacted me minutes after signing their contract and said not to due to horrible on-line reputation. He had access to more review sites than I. Too late...

If I could give a negative star rating, I would definitely do that. I was contacted to get real estate "verified leads" in my area and on a referral basis. About 6 months in, I totally gave up on this platform because the number of verified leads were almost non existent and not in my desired area. The non verified leads were bogus. Not one of the referrals I received were even looking for real estate help in any way. They also auto renewed without my permission and have a "so sorry for you" attitude about removing the charge and canceling my account even though I have followed the instructions online to be removed and it will not go through. Whatever you do, don't fall for their promises. Let my story be a cautionary tale. I loss the initial $2000, but I will not allow them to automatically steal another $2000. I'm considering a class action lawsuit for anyone who has been in a similar situation with this company.

"I spoke to a team regarding a test run to determine if their service was a good fit for me. They insisted that I pay, so I provided my card details over the phone for payment processing. Unfortunately, I didn't like the service and decided to take the loss.

However, I later found out that my card was charged without my approval or consent, and I didn't receive any email notification regarding the charges. I double-checked my login on their website and found that there was no card on file. I have tried calling and emailing them, but no one has been responding.

I hope this message helps the next person."

Overpromised and underdelivered. I joined over 6 months ago. I have not received the first lead. I have spoken to and complained to three different representatives to no avail. I'm also licensed in two states but I cannot see leads but in the one state. I've also spoken to three different reps about this and it still has not been corrected.

Buyer Beware! You want to stay away from SetSchedule at all costs as it is not as promised. They send e-mails and calls promising verified leads from Buyers and Sellers but they're not legit! We dealt with Cody Cunningham, *******246. He talked us into signing up explaining what he says was the way it works and informed us to E-sign a contract and charged $1,497 for a one-year term. You're promised that you pay 20% of the closed transactions to them and that they will refund $300 back on the Gold Premium memberships for each closed transaction. They fail to disclose that within the e-signed document in very small print they embed a link that gives all these terms and conditions that are not explained. Upon doing further research we tried to cancel and left messages for Cody for 3 days with no response. We were finally able to reach him and he hung up when he knew we were calling to complain about their so-called business practices and to cancel. When we tried to call back again the number is no longer in service. We tried to dispute the charge with the credit card company and they send them the e-signed document so the dispute is denied.
Upon further research of the company it's disclosed they were the subject of a Class Action Lawsuit filed March 2,2020 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California "to stop SetSchedule from violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by (allegedly) placing unsolicited, autodialed phone calls to consumers." Their so-called verified leads were obtained by less than legitimate means. These leads are unrealistic as they show the people have budgets of ridiculous amounts under $100,000 to less than $200,000. Where is anyone in any state going to find a property for that amount? They are non-existent. It tells you how many other agents have clicked on that same lead and the majority of them show "0" because no one wants such a ridiculous lead and it shows they are not dedicated leads either. You are "forced" as part of your sign up process to make connections with other SetSchedule realtors where all of them are out of state and nowhere near you so that you can make an actual connection or get referrals. Some of the connections are their own SetSchedule employees. After calls to their Customer Service on October 20 we received correspondence from Steven Newton, Territory Manager per his e-mail signature with a phone number of *******578. We called that number and it's the voicemail for Greg Smith, another bait and switch. The message was never returned. The same day 30 minutes later we get a correspondence from Jhon Angelo San Andres, Agent Success Consultant, *******683. It's a letter acting like we're trying to sign up for their services instead of responding to our concerns.

The Better Business Bureau has a warning message on their website regarding a pattern of complaints against the company. Various other complaints show on the internet! The complaints mention the leads are fake, wrong numbers or the people never heard of SetSchedule. If you want to deal with legit leads companies then please steer clear of this one as it is anything but! Let our mistakes serve as a caution for you so that you don't get taken and pay your hard-earned money for nothing! If you have already signed up with them be sure to cancel your credit card and get a new number assigned so they can't try to charge you a renewal in a year since they're impossible to contact to cancel!

I purchased SetSchedule lead generation in Mar 2023. The sales rep Russell could not say enough about all the leads coming to my market share. Since Mar. Nothing. No leads in my area! Today I was supposed to have a call updating me on where all these leads are. No call after spending over $1700.00! I wish I had called a few of the agents in my area that purchased this product. They all are in the same situation with no leads to pick up! Next stop...the Better Business Bureau.

The sales person guaranteed 50 SELLER leads in one year. He also said I can cancel at any point and get a prorated refund. I specifically told him I do not want buyer leads. They took $2K from me and I didn't get a single seller lead. They took zero responsibility for the lying employee and told me that I can't get a refund. Shame on you scammers. I would give zero stars if I could.

Out of 537,359 of them are one Star. You have to be a truly horrible lead gen firm to have a 67% 1 star rating. You will have to go some to find a worse one. With the garbage I received from them I would have been better off opening a phone book and calling people randomly

This was the biggest mistake I have ever made regarding purchasing marketing and leads for my Real Estate Career. For the first year I only received unqualified leads in towns that I was not working in at price points that I was not wanting to work with. They automatically charged my card for another year and refused to refund me when I tried to cancel with them. You would be better off to take your money and burn it! Stay clear of them!
