This company utilizes unethical business practices. In December, over a month ago, we followed the process provided by the account rep via phone to cancel. We sent multiple emails and in January were charged for another full year. We have made multiple attempts to contact and today when we finally received a call back, the agent laughed at us over our request for a refund. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This company lies to trick you into paying their high dollar leads service, then refuse to refund after being called out on their BS. Basically, it does not matter what lies they tell or laws they break, if you are dumb enough to sign that contract and pay them, they own you. I was totally unhappy with them in the first year with their program and had NO intention of renewing. UNFORTUNATELY I failed to read the fine print and they renewed my subscription without my approval. $1650 charged! They insist they are unable to refund my money. The leads they send are garbage... people that have clicked on a website but are not seriously looking to buy or sell... and more often than not the emails and/or phone numbers provided are bogus. They initially promised they'd be sending me live transfers. I received two in the past year. One of those was viable and I closed on that transaction... with a commission that was half of the annual fee. The second was someone looking to purchase a single particular property that was not even for sale and they had no interest in looking at any other property. I have spoken to several people in the company attempting to get a refund... they absolutely refuse. DO NOT SIGN UP with SET SCHEDULE unless you absolutely love throwing money away.

I'm one of the many VICTIMS of SetSchedule! I'm in an ongoing battle with them to receive a FULL REFUND of the $2,250 I paid them for a service they know they DON'T PROVIDE! I've seen hundreds of bad reviews about this company and the CEO. SetSchedule's CEO was involved in a Ponzi scheme and conned many out of millions of dollars. I signed in on April 3,2019 for the silver platform and leads are not as good, why. I get leads that are rental and leases only and I was told by SSchedule that for me to get extra leads on my contract that I have to service those rental/leases and I told them that my contract says buyers and sellers and not renters. I get leads that are below $200K or $300K below, my area, the price range are way above that price. I have not receive my scheduled opportunities of 4... so far no good leads... will update this later... hoping to get something good out of this...

I signed up with this company with the solid expectation that I would be getting solid leads that were looking to buy and sell homes. Almost all of the leads I have gotten never respond to phone calls, voice mails, text messages or emails. I have spent so much time reaching out and I have been unable to convert even a single lead since I signed up June 10,2021. They have a great sales team to give you a great expectation, but once you have signed up it's terrible after the fact. They have people that reach out to you to see how things are going, but when I express my frustration and explain that I have not even gotten a single deal they only reply with "I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time and lets set something up with 'someone else' to try and get you successful" and nothing ever happens. I have had verified leads that tend to be so low in value that I can't even find them something and there have only been a few of those. I am so pissed that I was swindled into paying such a large amount for 0 return on my investment. This is a scam and I want my money back and even then that doesn't cover all the wasted hours I have spent chasing people that don't respond, purchased months ago, or aren't even looking to buy or sell.

Do not do business with this shady company. Beyond all the fake positive reviews (they are obviously fake and paid for, look up the other reviews the members have provided to other notoriously shady companies), they will never leave you alone once they have your contact information. Doesn't matter that you didn't give it to them. Doesn't matter that you've gone through every channel to make them stop. They still continue with a brand new phone number or representative.

Set schedule appeared to be a good opportunity with all of their promises from the start. Unfortunately, the promises have been empty. All of the leads are from sources that push leads but are of the absolute worst quality. When I explained this to my account rep, he said yes I am sorry, we are trying to open up more sources in that market for you. Then he explained he would push for more facebook, realtor.com. Leads and set phone appointments. Well, every lead I call is usually upset that numerous agents have called them and they are not sure how we got their info:-( On top of that, I did get one pre set phone appointment which I was excited to get because I thought, finally something worth working. Well, it turned out to be a couple who was absolutely bewildered why I called and said they did not set any appointment.
Now here is another rub, I have emailed and called numerous times my account rep and no return call or email except pre set emails saying schedule my monthly support call. Well, I've done that and guess what, They did not meet the appointment both times as I rushed home to make the call and make sense of why they would promise so much and deliver nothing. I am not saying any of this out of spite. It is absolutely true. I am completely shocked Set Schedule remains in business.

I tried out Set Schedule several years ago. Saw ads saying it was SO MUCH BETTER and gave it a shot. IT WAS NOT. Not one viable lead, most were either bad contact information or if I did reach them, they had no idea why and were not looking to buy or sell. I received no leads for the last 2 months, and now, suddenly, I am receiving 8-10 leads AT A TIME - which is logistically impossible. This can only suggest somehow these leads are gathered and then distributed which makes them old and worthless. I also noted that the dollar amount suggested went from being very low $100-300k to very high $500-900k. Its a load of crap. I reached out dozens of times to 2 sales people who sold me and received NO RESPONSE from them, EVER. So tacky. I am a 20+ year seasoned agent with automated follow up for 6 months and I have seen absolutely ZERO VALUE FROM SET SCHEDULE.
I joined 10/22. Worst real estate lead generator ever. Bad leads, low $ amt, areas I did not sign up for. Terrible customer service. Stay away, beware! They lied about everything they promised.

I have purchased several leads since started. Not 1of them has been a real lead.Fake numbers, no call back from set schedule after several email messages to them.Very disappointed.
I downloaded its app from our company email. Once I installed the app, I receive tons of notification of leads reminder per day. I paid for 6 leads. All fake leads except 1 lead that woman was in a hurry to tell me she is not interested to hire an agent. Not only did I wasted my valuable time to call and email these FAKE leads. I noticed whenever I take a new lead, the setschedule representative call me immediately with crappy phone signals. But it doesnt mean anything or any valuable information they provide! And it doesn't matter whatever feedback I provided them, every time I told them no one answers or reply that lead, I never heard back from them. WHAT THE HECK IS THE POINT OF CALLING YOUR CUSTOMERS?! No complaint or survey I provided in their app had ANY feedback ever. Zero. This is a $#*!TY SCAM company. All they want is your money! You will not only waste your time and money with them! They responded to my initial review as if they were going to do something to make things right. When I talked to someone in the phone, after sending multiple messages through the "Customer help" message on the website, I was told they rep would take care if it. Well, it's been months & they still have my $$$. After charging me for a second time, when I was promised that would not ever happen. But once they have your CC info, all bets are off. They already have standard for letters ready to rebuttals any complaints, probably because they have so many complaints for taking peoples money with false promises & never delivering. Think about it, if their service was legit, they wouldn't have to con people to get them to sign up. If they actually delivered on what they promised, agents would be beating a path to their door. Instead it's just the opposite. Agents can't cut ties soon enough, and they are still coming after you, for mire $$$. Complete criminals, there should be a class action lawsuit against these frauds!

Yeah, your customer success agents now tell us we need to use the platform from anywhere between three months to a year in order to see results, interesting that no one motioned that during the initial sales call, because I would expect no one would sign up then. Compare this to other platforms that require nothing down to sign-up and consistently bring in quality leads from the get-go.
Oh and they refuse to issue a refund.

After four months of using this platform we did not get a SINGLE tenable lead.
The last straw was when for the third time a lead did answer, they had no idea what I was talking about.

I signed up with SetSchedule on January 19,2018 and purchased their "gold" membership which is supposed to provide me with 8 listing appointments within six months. After three months of calling and emailing SetSchedue to check in as to when I would have appointments scheduled for me, I finally got an appointment that SetSchedule made.
When I called to confirm the appointment, the elderly lady said she was not considering selling her house and was very upset and told me she planned on dying in her home.
I emailed SetSchedule that this was not a viable lead. They NEVER responded to my inquiries about why this elderly women was scheduled to meet me when it was clear she did not set this appointment.
SetSchedule did not meet their contract obligations with me. I signed a contract to be provided a service which did not happen. Each time I called, I was greeted by their call center which is located out of the country. They would listen to my concerns and tell me that it has been escalated and that someone would get back to me.
There is an updated article from Inman News written April 2018 about SetSchedule. I emailed the writer about my experience. He responded back that he receives at least 2 emails a week. I spoke with several other real estate agents that had the same thing happen to them who posted on Yelp.

As per the terms of agreement with agent and associates, the Annual Gold Membership that was purchased thru signed docu-signed invoice dated January 4,2021 calls for a 1 year marketing partnership, which after that period of time either client or SetSchedule may decide to terminate the agreement.
