My recent encounter with Set Schedule, a real estate lead generation company, left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. After considering their program for the second time and reluctantly deciding to invest upfront money, I expected a more professional and respectful experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and declined their services, the salesperson I was speaking with displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of understanding my concerns or attempting to address them, the salesperson became defensive and impolite. They even had the audacity to tell me to never reach out or call them again, accusing me of wasting their time. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
It is evident that Set Schedule relies on a one-minute sales pitch, hoping to entice potential customers into signing up without thoroughly considering the program's details. This approach is not only misleading but also disrespectful to customers who seek a genuine understanding of the services provided.

BE CAREFUL WHO YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO! They will renew you after the first year whether you want their service or not, and refuse a refund, no matter what. Even if the leads were good it just isn't worth it to be involved with a company like this! I could go on about my low opinion of their leads but that's almost beside the point. I'm still in shell shock over their business practices!

I've been in a credit card dispute with this company for months now and reported to the better business bureau. This is definitely not a company you want to purchase real estate leads from.
Basically they get your e-signature and payment up front and then proceed to send you leads that are mostly fictitious names, false phone numbers and non-existent emails. The few would-be leads who actually picked up the phone were previously harassed by a 3rd party lead gen call center (LJ Marketing) based out of the Philippines. Set Schedules response to your complaints will always be to throw more bad leads at you and consider that a resolution.
I really hope this review at least helps a few people save a lot of time and headache by avoiding SetSchedule - they are not an ethical business and have honestly made no legitimate effort to resolving any issues with me - even after 3 months of complaint.

After taking the slick salesman's call I looked at reviews. I was silly to believe his pitch that "things have changed", which turns out not to be the case. After months of getting bogus "Verified Leads" for trailer house buyers (Florida Realtors are not allowed by law to sell trailer houses) and people that had no idea why I was calling and had no interest in buying a home, I'm giving up hope of recouping any benefit for my $1,6000 investment. Took money out of my account I did not approve of. Now the phone number for Richard Tate will not work. Brandon Ogren is not answering. I need a refund immediately when I called "setschedule" They can't help me. And first of all they didn't even answer the call. This is a scam company. I want a refund immediately. I CANCELLED THE FIRST DAY I SIGNED UP. WE ALL HAVE THE 3-DAY RULE TO CANCEL CONTRACTS. THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY HAVE THEIR CONTRACT WORDED THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY KEPT MY MONEY WITHOUT ANY SERVICES NOR SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT FOR LEADS. THEY SENT MY DISPUTING CREDIT CARD COMPANY FAKE DOCUMENTS THAT I DIDN'T SIGN - THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY FILLED OUT THEMSELVES. BUYER BEWARE!

This product is a scam, and even auto renewed when I asked them not to. Not one lead was good. They won't refund my money even though they didn't have permission to renew. They are the worst.

I love the features it offers. I love the fact that I'm given a page where I'm able to customize and add important information for my clients to see before booking. I love that it allows me to add coupon codes for my clients to use and let's me have different deposit types for different services. I also love that it has intake forms and offers Instagram and MailChimp integration, and allows me to customize the automatic e-mail confirmation. Its easy to use and makes things run much smoother for myself and clients. I was a die-hard Setmore user, but with all the features I needed and wasn't getting from them, Setscheudle had them all + more. I'm glad I switched.

I am writing to let you know I'm very disappointed with the services I received from your company. I asked to cancel my account, but you didn't get my email and charged me without my permission for an auto-renewal. This is not only unethical but also illegal.
It is unacceptable that your company would behave in such a manner, especially considering that I explicitly requested to cancel my account. Your failure to honor my request indicates that you do not value your customers and are willing to take advantage of them.
Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that you do not offer refunds, even in cases where you have charged customers without their permission. This is completely unacceptable and completely disregards your customers' rights.
I would like you to take immediate action to fix this situation. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge and the time I spent trying to resolve this issue.
In conclusion, no one should do business with SetSchedule because of how you treated me. Your actions are not only unethical but also illegal,

With regards to your auto-renewal, your written cancellation request has already been received last 04/04/2023. On 03/23/2024, your account will be a starter account. Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
