I sat through the presentation but when I asked more about how they get their leads and why he thought they have so many bad reviews, he started getting defensive and basically told me that they have lots of happy customers and he can show me some good reviews. He also couldn't explain why, as an aggregator, sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc...would give them better leads than they give their direct paying leads (something he stated to explain the value of their service). He just said that since they pay more money, they are going to get better leads! Sorry, but that's an insult to the leads sites and unfair to the Realtors who are paying directly to support them. This is a third party just trying to collect money by getting in the middle! And they are way too expensive; do fall for the pitch. Not worth it. I told them I wasn't interested and now I'm getting spam email every day from them! Completely unethical company.
Do not let them get your email or contact information! I receive SO MANY emails from * from this company. Over and over and over again I get this email: "Do you have a few minutes to chat? I'm searching for a few quality agents to take on our referral clients at a 20% referral fee and think you may be a good fit." I've unsubscribed dozens of times. I've emailed her back personally many times, saying, PLEASE STOP EMAILING ME. And the emails keep coming! I'm ready to take legal action or in some way bring it to the FTC. That's how bad it is. I would never do business with these people.

The leads are no better than picking up your local yellow pages and cold calling. Dahaman Gill- the manager will tell you the day after you signed up they have no obligation to refund you; and they won't. Even if you try to cancel the next day.

Was quite exited to sign up with them for 6 listing appointments. Paid, and got 6 listing leads over the next 3 months. Two were out of state. One lead yelled at me and told me I was the 6th to contact her in the last 24hrs. Two were no-shows, and I was never able to get in touch with them. Went to their houses and everything. Only 1 of the 6 was an actual person I met with. He wasn't thinking of selling any time soon. They promise to replace your "bad" leads. That just isn't true. You have to sign quite a contract with them to promise to pay THEM, but they won't deliver, and you aren't going to take them to court. Good luck folks! Expensive lesson.

I paid for one year of leads with this company. Most are useless and not realistic. Waste of time and energy. In addition, I cancelled the "renewal" of the service by email and spoke with someone by phone one month prior to the "auto renewal" and they STILL charged me for an additional year. It hit my bank account and I tried everything to get them to refund the $1766 amount (ridiculous - I cannot believe I was persuaded to join in the first place). I called, I emailed repeatedly, I sent a dispute to my bank. They refused to respond to me unless I created an APPOINTMENT to speak with one of their specific customer service personnel to cancel. Basically they will do everything they can to keep your money even if they have dishonestly deducted it from your bank account. DO NOT, I repreat, Do Not be fooled into using this service. You will likely regret it.

“You hereby authorize SetSchedule to charge the provided credit card for all Purchased Services listed in this Order Form for the membership term and authorize SetSchedule to automatically charge the provided credit card for the annual membership renewal. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to SetSchedule and notifying SetSchedule of any changes to such information. You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at billing@setschedule.com. They told me that if a client that I call is not a good client they will replace it with no charge with a new client, they never did that, every client I had called was fraudulent client, the same numbers for deferent addresses, emails and phone numbers are fake, what a waist of my money and time. Shame on you all, you should be out of business and your license should be taking a way from you so you could never do business again. People like you should be put in jail.

I haven't had many problems, when when I have my agent has been friendly and responsive and I have always been satisfied with her solutions. My experience has been very positive and I would gladly rent from Set Schedule again

My husband and I have been spending somewhere around four months looking for our next lead generation strategy, after much hesitation we give this company a shot and I am delighted to say that it was a great decision. I am not going to represent that it is for everybody but I definitely recommend it to agents that are looking to stay in the business and work full-time on online lead generation. Let's face it, online leads require work and I highly recommend you to have a good technology in place before you start to take leads.
Don't sign up with this company, they will send leads, minimum 100 miles away from your office and if you complain, they will call you trying to make you feel guilty for not talking with those leads, when leads not even answer the phone, they charged my credit card on September 12th, 2022 up to today they haven't been able to change the settings to 25 miles radius from my office, and all other leads, the phone is not working, leads don't answer and one that called back treat to sue Set Schedule for selling their information when they never contacted that company

The sales person guaranteed 50 SELLER leads in one year. He also said I can cancel at any point and get a prorated refund. I specifically told him I do not want buyer leads. They took $2K from me and I didn't get a single seller lead. They took zero responsibility for the lying employee and told me that I can't get a refund. Shame on you scammers. I would give zero stars if I could.
Unfortunately I fell victim to their sales tactics, they cold call you and pressure you into signing on with them so you dont have time to research them and see that they are running a scam, they promise you prequalified leads when in reality they are predictive leads with no value. After the fact while I was filing my BBB complaint I saw over 300 similar complaints, and Setschedule responds with the same scripted reply and nothing can be done,

Be careful of what you may be signing up for. They do not give you the full story when talking to you. The free signup is only free if you don't use it. Once you sign up you have to pay a fee to get a lead and then pay a referral fee if it goes to closing. The 20% referral fee upon closing I was aware of and okay with, it's the other fees that I was not aware of and not willing to pay in addition to the referral fee.

I was taken for $6,000.00. I was promise the world and then once they got my money I could never get ahold of anyone to help me. I tried to fight it and get my money back and they have there contracts written in a way that you are stuck. I have a mortgage license and was very clear up front about that. They set my plat form up that if I didn't state I was a real estate agent I could not receive any leads. I explained this was illegal for me to do. They did nothing to help me.

I only signed up for this service because it was the end of my fiscal year and I needed to spend marketing $$ for tax write off purposes. That money would have been better spent on some crappy Zillow leads. This system is HORRIBLE. They promise you tons of leads but the leads are crap. People looking OUTSIDE of my preferred area AND only looking to buy a home for $100K?! It's RIDICULOUS. Some of the "Decent" leads -- decent price point and in my area are not good. They are people who were looking a long time ago and have either bought a home or are looking elsewhere. NOT current, hot or even luke warm leads. Then, you have their app that takes forever to load. And has tons of bugs. And then their so called CRM is also a piece of crap. Doesn't track any emails, texts, calls, etc cant see who "opened" or "clicked" on your message. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I partnered with Setschedule on 02/18/2019 for the southwest Florida area. They are listed under member services as a lead supplier on the Royal Palm Coast Realtor's Association website. This is where I found them so I thought they would be worth something. I was wrong and had that not been listed there I would never considered using them. I have had 1 actual lead in almost a year. They actually scheduled me an appointment with a disconnected phone to an empty lot but showed it as a 3332sq ft, 3bd, 2bth home. I have complained numerous times and tried to get a refund to no avail. I am lobbying the county board to remove them so no one else gets burnt. Save your money or spend it on yourself as you will be throwing it away dealing with this company.
Maybe a Class-Action lawsuit will get their attention. I will be contacting the Attorney General's office in Florida.

Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
Answer: You have to pay upfront and they don't deliver any lead. If you get a lead it's sincerely inexistente fake or very off in what they are looking for. Do not use this service they scammed me and stole my money they delivered zero leads.
