Cant get rid of them

I agreed to discuss the opportunities the company offers. I decided they were not for me. They keep sending me emails and will not allow me to unsubscribe. Someone in the company set up an account for me without me be aware of it. Somehow I have to go in this account to cancel any notifications. I am glad I decided they were not for me.

Bad leads
October 8, 2020

This is a waste of money. The leads are all cold leads. The buyers and mostly renters aren't looking to speak with a Realtor. The leads also aren't even exclusive. They are given to several Realtors at a time even though they are called exclusive. This is the worst thing you could spend your money on. I have already used 2 different consumer websites and had a much better success rate with them. I am not new to this, these are just terrible leads. The only thing they have going for them is the large volume of terrible leads.

Not an honest operation
December 7, 2021

Extremely poor quality on the leads. I contacted them and explained that I will not continue with the program and to please do not renew my subscription. This was August 7th.
They still hit my account and now they have had 4 different reps calling me that do not know how to defend the fact that my e-mail is on my file and yet they decided to withdraw the renewal from my account. That is stealing. I have proof.

We reviewed your account and invoice you signed last November 30,2020. Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that you may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at billing@setschedule.com. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date).
We already transferred your concern to one of our Agent Success Consultants and they should reach out to you as soon as possible to teach you the best practices, maximizing your membership and different ways in using the app. If you need any other assistance in the meantime, below is a link to our Help Center that takes you step by step on how to do things within the app.

I AM ON HOLD RIGHT NOW WITH NEDA FOR 30 MINUTES AND SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO THE PHONE. SHE SIGNED US UP WITH JAMESON AS THE BACK UP GUY! THIS IS TRULY A SCAM AND WILL BE REPORTED BY US TO BBB! WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED BY THEM!

The leads are worthless. 90% of the numbers are NOT in service. The remaining 10% are low budget rental leads (maybe) or OLD inquiries. AND they have a auto-renewal and WILL not waiver. Total scam company. I have spoke to 100's of Realtors that have had the exact same problem and experiance.

I purchased thier terrible leads, and didn't realize it was an automatic renewal, and I tried to cancel and they charged me. DO NOT BUY THEM. NO LEADS ARE VIABLE THAT I GOT AND CALLED. WASTE OF 1600.

Stole my Money too

Stay Away, Far, Far Away! Its not like I can't get my own listings... but this seemed like a reasonable price for someone to nurture leads for you. HA HA HA HA. Been trying to get my money back. About to Contact Florida Attorney General. I have heard they may be able to help. The contract apparently has no 'OUT' for me and no timeline for them to actually deliver the leads I 'purchased'. Ten for ten were CRAP.

Seschedule is a scam and all they want is your money. They do not deliver quality leads or customer service! You are nothing more than a number. You can not and do not get quality help when you need it. They claim to care and will have personal advisor assist you in every step, Totally not true! Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere, they WILL NOT do anything if you are unhappy.

Don't fall for their lies!

UPDATE: Clearly their response is an automated response. Compare it to every other negative review about them. Not only did they not verify my name and city, I also never received any follow up of any type from them.

Don't fall for their lies! The leads are NOT exclusive. The customer that are actually real (not many) almost always tell me they have received 3-5 phone calls from Realtors in the last 5 minutes. Many other "leads" are people that closed their transactions months earlier. The vast majority are leads that won't qualify for a bicycle, much less a house. I'm in the Denver market and at least 85% of the "leads" that come through are under 150K (cheap condos are over 300K). Set Schedule is selling old, bad, 200K under market and not-exclusive leads. Oh - and you're locked in once you sign. No way to get your money back.

I would not commit to Set Schedule unless we agreed on the following... A.) Asked if referrals were given to one realtor or several in 1st come 1st served fashion. Said I did not want their referrals unless referral went to 1 realtor. He agreed it would only go to me specifically. The phone can be in my hand when referral comes in and always says another agent took it! B.) We agreed on 3 specific zip codes I serve. Have only received other zip codes I do not serve. C.) Was told there was a map where I could map out the area of leads desired. No "helper" knows of its existence. D.) We agreed my partner and I only wanted to receive referrals above $500,000 because we split all comissions. Referrals received from $150K to $400K and always in wrong zip codes.
I immediately complained in writing and in phone conversation that I was not satisfied and wanted a re-fund with reasons why. Rep said someone would call that same day. Call never occurred! F.) Also complained that notices only gave zip codes but not prices so receiver can not see if it is a referral they agreed on prior to paying (TRAP).

Set schedule is a scam, not worth my time, not worth the money, and
I still want my money back! Writing report to FTC.

This is a scam they do not do as promised. They lock you in with a docusign and then you can't get your money back. I canceled the next day and was out of $1776. Please don't wast your time and money with Setschedule!

The entire industry seems to be capitalizing off of the agent's plight. Set Schedule's leads are not real and not in the areas that we wanted. The salesperson pitch was "yes" it is verified- "yes" we have a lot of seller leads-. "yes" you can take leads 500K and above. None of this is true.

Well- the truth is that most leads are buyer leads, almost none of them are verified ( which leads me to believe they are created by Set Schedule to appear like they are garnishing a lot of leads).

The sales agents use phrases like " I am really busy" - calls are not available with them for weeks off. As if a real estate agent is not multitasking. Such a lame experience. And untruthful.

This company is a Scam

I signed up with Calvin Munien for $1766 to receive leads in two zip codes starting in the $300,000 and up category. I received leads $100,000 and less in complete opposite areas. The worst part of the city for buying Real estate. Calvin convinced me to move forward with the class, which was a joke! Throughout the 3 day process of enrollment, I sent in emails and Text to Cancel. After 4 days a link was sent with the long contract that said I could cancel the auto renewal for the following year, beware, it's there! Promised phone calls from supervisors, led only to a call from a man that couldn't pronounce my name, stating they don't cancel. I've filed a fraud charge with my bank, the BBB, the Attorney Generals office. Stay away from this company.

What The?

I gave this company two chances. The second. Was same as the expierence before... they just put a new twist on it.
I got my money refunded with AMEX. For false advertising. Yet. I still get leads texted to my phone. The link goes NOWHERE. Just exactly why I quit.

Then. I get TEXTS daily. Same thing.

When I call to get them to stop. They have me as a CLIENT. Yet they are still texting me.

They are one severally messed up company.

Stay away... take a random stranger to dinner. Buy a VETEREN a lunch. Do anything but this.

Because they DO NOT COMMUNICATE. I am posting this review.

What a total waste of time.

Don't waste your money
September 17, 2020

I was with this company for a year and was not able to close a single deal. Most of the leads had already bought or sold or they weren't interested in doing either. As my contract was coming to an end I told Colton that I didn't want to renew. Instead of giving me instructions (that I had received the year before and forgot about) he told me he'd try to get me something in my area. Most leads are 40+ miles from my home or office. When it renewed I immediately asked them to cancel and refund. They wouldn't. I went to my credit card company and they investigated buy still no refund.
