Waste of time and money

Over 20 claim leads and NONE are legit. Some don't have a real phone number or email. Others never were interested in any real estate needs. 1 already had a listing agreement with another agent. The leads quickly stop coming in. Most of the leads were under the price homes sell for in the area. Still have 8 months left of this subscription but unless I see REAL leads come in I will never do this again and let everyone know not to do it too. Some claim it's great and they done some deals and may be they have but I rather invest my money into other resources.

I paid for one year of leads with this company. Most are useless and not realistic. Waste of time and energy. In addition, I cancelled the "renewal" of the service by email and spoke with someone by phone one month prior to the "auto renewal" and they STILL charged me for an additional year. It hit my bank account and I tried everything to get them to refund the $1766 amount (ridiculous - I cannot believe I was persuaded to join in the first place). I called, I emailed repeatedly, I sent a dispute to my bank. They refused to respond to me unless I created an APPOINTMENT to speak with one of their specific customer service personnel to cancel. Basically they will do everything they can to keep your money even if they have dishonestly deducted it from your bank account. DO NOT, I repreat, Do Not be fooled into using this service. You will likely regret it.

We reviewed your account and invoice you signed last 6 August 2021. Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docu-signed invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to renewal of the Membership term.

“You hereby authorize SetSchedule to charge the provided credit card for all Purchased Services listed in this Order Form for the membership term and authorize SetSchedule to automatically charge the provided credit card for the annual membership renewal. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to SetSchedule and notifying SetSchedule of any changes to such information. You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at billing@setschedule.com. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date). “

I only signed up for this service because it was the end of my fiscal year and I needed to spend marketing $$ for tax write off purposes. That money would have been better spent on some crappy Zillow leads. This system is HORRIBLE. They promise you tons of leads but the leads are crap. People looking OUTSIDE of my preferred area AND only looking to buy a home for $100K?! It's RIDICULOUS. Some of the "Decent" leads -- decent price point and in my area are not good. They are people who were looking a long time ago and have either bought a home or are looking elsewhere. NOT current, hot or even luke warm leads. Then, you have their app that takes forever to load. And has tons of bugs. And then their so called CRM is also a piece of crap. Doesn't track any emails, texts, calls, etc cant see who "opened" or "clicked" on your message. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I kept receiving emails regarding this lead service to hear a sales pitch. As a younger agent in the business, I always am willing to hear a sales pitch as a salesman myself. 1 small problem though, you have to pay upfront at minimum $1,000 for there lowest priced package, be active on the site every single day to get the "hot" leads and not to mention pay a 20% referral fee for any lead that leads to a transaction. They continue to call me and tell me to work leads that have a 1%-3% conversion rate. If you want there "hot"/ live transfer leads, you have to be active everyday or else you get nothing. Save your money and allocate it elsewhere. You shouldn't have to do 110% of the work to get a good lead. If I could sue to get my money $1,000 back, I would just to spite this company.

First, I did my analytics. More than 75% of the people who picked up said that they are being bombarded by other representatives calling. Which means that SetSchedule LIED to me to get my money, as the only reason I signed on was because they said their leads are theirs and their alone. They buy them from "reputable sources." How do I know 75% of people? Because I'm a data analyst and I like to keep track of my stuff.
Another thing that enticed me was that apparently, there weren't many agents in my area, but plenty of leads and that as soon as I signed on, I'd basically have first dibs on all these "quality leads." Um no. All the leads are over an hour away, and recycled, angry people who have been called dozens of times before me. I haven't had one quality lead, not one!

Their apparent resolve when I complain is to talk to my "agent success consultant" which is a person who talks over me and tells me I need to call the leads until they give in. What the... yeah no, thanks. That's not good practice.

I'd love to cancel this membership, but there's nowhere I could. I have lost so much money because of this shameful shame of a company.

P.S. My radar doesn't even go to my state (Connecticut), it goes to Irvine California.

No one should be desperate enough to fall for this scheme. This company uses young 'men' from Taiwan to pressure you to "sign today" without showing you the actual system. You MUST PAY before you get to see their "system". High pressure, illegal tactics. No opportunity is given to see their actual system. You get that the day AFTER you PAY! I could write pages on this, but trust me, it's a SCAM. The "good/great" reviews on this site are likely paid for &/or a total scam too, since I don't think the people responding positively (Shihash, Robit, Amlan, Shanto, Mehedi, Andro, Rat... etc.) are in real estate in the U.S. One star is way too many.
Nothing they say is true.
What a pathetic way to run a company.

Major Spammers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I AM A FORMER CLIENT & THEY WILL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Multiple requests to be removed from sales calls & texts from random numbers from overseas dialers.
Company continues to make unsolicited calls and texts and refuses to remove my contact info from their entire system even though my number is on the Do Not Call Registry
Conversations with customer service provide no resolution and company missed scheduled call backs to address further to avoid complaint filing prior to completing the complaints.
BBB & FTC complaints filed to get them to stop

This has had to be the worst experience I have ever had working with a company on anything - career-related or not. Forget about the quality of the leads - they're horrible but at least I can chalk that up as 'it was worth a few bucks to try' - the customer service is even worse. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now either through calling in, using the button on the website, or e-mailing someone at customer service. I still have yet to receive confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled. 3 MONTHS! I call in and they say I must schedule an appointment with my Success Agent... okay... he reaches out trying to steer me back as if I have never worked an internet lead in my life, and as if we haven't had this same conversation 5 times already. YOU CANNOT TRAP YOUR CUSTOMERS IN A SUBSCRIPTION LIKE THIS! Even when I was still trying the platform out - their employees would converse with me on the site and tell me they would reach out to discuss or help yet never did. Horrendous experience - absolutely stay clear. Many platforms are beginning to offer a better version of this for free.

*adding after their response because I feel as though it can be a tad misleading - June 16 2022 was my FINAL cancellation request. I had submitted dozens before this without any follow up on their end.

I signed up with SetSchedule over a year ago. After attempting to work the leads for months I finally lost hope. The only good thing they offer is the warm transfers. Well, one was someone looking to lease a property for which there is no monetary compensation to help someone find a new home to lease. I have tried to work the leads and it seems like many of the numbers are bad and many others have already transacted. Not sure if they recycle leads, but I felt like I was wasting my time by trying to jump on their new leads. The worst part is the account auto-renewed on me and now they will not refund my $1,800 for a service I will not use!

This should be ZERO STARS! Tried this service and called to cancel two months later. We were given the run around over and over and got a verbal cancellation without any refund. One year later, no contact at all from SCAMSchedule and they billed our credit card. Trying to get charges reversed now and they are fighting it saying that we agreed to auto renew. This is total scam stay far away from this one if you are a Realtor!

I am writing this hoping that it will help those thinking to use this company as leads provider. Do not do it!
The quality of the leads when you start is poor, very poor. The average answer from the people that you are lucky to actually contact is that they specifically said that they did not want anyone to contact them.
The customer service regarding your operation with the company is a group very well trained to steal your money. Same lines, same excuses. Not a good company. Not good people

Do not use this company. I was told something absolutely different by the sales person. I was told they produced leads for the areas I work in, and the leads were given to me directly, they offered, as part of there service, someone who I could reach out to any time to ask question of or, if I wanted, to get coaching on there system. I was "sold" something they do not provide. They are hard to communicate with to resolve anything, the leads are not given directly to you, you do not have direct access to any one including the "coach" that they say you will have access to. They will not produce and will not refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They hide behind there subscription service agreement to not give refunds or fight reversal of charges. I did not want a CRM system or a place to net work with other agents. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Had a meeting with a *. This guy was rude and did not value time. I am happy I read the reviews and avoided the pain and anguish that so many others have went through. I am already receiving verifiable leads from the companies they stated they were verifying. When it came to the most important part which is price and benefits which he avoided until the end. He tells me I have to pay them almost 2k dollars for leads I am already getting. I respectfully declined and then this guy has the audacity to tell me I was looking for a handout. I wasted an hour of my day. Yet I am glad others posted reviews so that's all they will get from me. I suggest everyone else avoid this company.

I made the mistake of coming to look at the reviews AFTER signing up. Note to self, never do that again. I have not utilized any of the leads yet & just wanted to cancel. No point in learning the system if I can tell by the reviews that there are so many issues. I was told that I will not be able to get a refund (even though I've paid for basically nothing at this point) & that my contract auto renews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will ghost you as soon as you want to cancel. Zero assistance. I've reached out to David Nguyen several times about this with no response. He was very responsive when he was trying to sell me on it, but now is no where to be found, even though I see the read receipts on my emails. JUST DON'T DO IT!

Safety issue

Many of the leads have felony records which could lead to agent safety issues, especially for female agents.

Lots of hang ups and no responses. Out of 120 leads, NOTHING. They will not issue a refund. Do NOT waste your money.

Avoid at ALL costs

Do not sign up for this service. Customer service nonexistent, NO ONE can or will answer my concerns. I have repeatedly called, texted and emailed--to no avail. No response. After signing up for the year, being utterly and entirely disappointed with non existent leads. I am repeatedly ignored. I cancelled service after being held hostage for a year---and WAS CHARGED for another year---even though I did not sign a renewal contract. My bank account was debited and company will not issue credit. I email every day and I am ignored.

Hi Jean,

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. However, as stated in the invoice that you docu-signed last 13 April 2021, cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to termination of the Membership term and must be sent ONLY to billing@setschedule.com.

We have only received your written request to billing regarding cancellation of your membership last 15 April 2022, which is 2 days after your annual anniversary date.

I already transferred your concern to one of our Agent Success Consultants and they should reach out to you as soon as possible.

SCAM

I am so disappointed that I fell for this scam. I paid $1600 for this service in March 2022 and it is not at all what the company promises. Very misleading. They provide "leads", but they are VERY old leads and in most cases the person has already purchased a home and are irritated that I am calling them. Set schedule inundates me with calls stating they have an active lead that they have qualified (not true). No one so far has ever been glad to hear from me. DO NOT PURCHASE this service.
