The webpage GUARANTEES next day delivery which is exceptionally misleading and a flurry of lies followed my complaint. The order was to be delivered Sunday 8th April, which was clearly guaranteed. A notice was sent failed delivery and that an attempt was made. I also asked for the item to be left on the door step as the address is very secure. I checked what the process would be following this and was informed a calling card was left. On checking the recipients were in fact in all day and no calling card had been left, no attempt to deliver had been made. I contacted customer services who said the courier had definitely attempted to deliver. Then I receive a message saying that the delivery company do not deliver on Sundays so how could they guarantee delivery and then say an attempt to deliver was made? Very bad business practice, considering this was my first order it will indeed be my last.

I have ordered several times for flowers to be delivered to friends/family in UK. I live in Australia and it is hard to find a decent florist on line. Serenata tick all the boxes every time. This last time was exceptional! It was my sister's 80th birthday so I ordered flowers for a specific delivery time. The day before delivery date I discovered she would be away for a few days. Panic! I messaged Serenata and problem solved, they have delayed delivery until she is back. You can't ask for better service than that - Thank you Serenata, I will let you know what they are like soon. :)

Worst flowers I have ever ordered, yellow roses where brown, wilted, badly wrapped. Bad presentation, cheap quality. I was asked to remove brown petal as this is normal during transport, but when removed I had hardly any petals left. No phone number to complain, email after email back and fore. The flowers delivered were beautiful and well packaged so they didn't become damaged during the delivery. However, the teddy bear I ordered alongside the flowers wasn't delivered to the recipient but my money was still taken.

I placed my order two days ahead of when I wanted delivery. The flowers were intended for a friend's very special occasion: her art show at a gallery. They arrived FOUR days late, after the show ended, when she very luckily was there packing up paintings into her car. I had been in touch with the service center several times and got no satisfactory answers. I was told I had requested 48 hour delivery--which I had not--but if I had it would have arrived on the requested date anyway. There was no one to talk to about this. It was a totally frustrating experience. I would not use this service again. I am giving 3 stars out of fairness because the flowers were beautiful.
