Knew they could not delivery flowers to hospital in Coventry but accepted order and then told me the hospital would not accept them. Seems pleased to tell me the T&Cs stated that there is no refund for un-deliverable flowers. Flowers for sister-in-law who flew to Coventry to donate a kidney told Serenata this but they did not care and reminded me again that there is no refund. Don't order from them - all I can say to them is KARMA...
This is the first time I've used this site but after receiving two beautiful bouquets of flowers this year as gifts (Valentine's Day and 50th birthday) I had no hesitation in ordering them when I needed flowers to send to my sister after moving into a new home. Apparently flowers were left in the conservatory, there isn't one. Contacted customer services but unfortunately they also dont know where the flowers are. Its a mystery. Takes 48 hours for them to investigate meanly the birthday is over, very disappointed, wil just go to tescos from now on and deliver them myself. Useless. I'd give a 0 out of 5

No phone contact numbers or anyone you can talk to all done by email all directed to sending a photo of your arrangement regardless of the specific problem you may have, resulting in no further action or responsibility on there part. So to sum up my experience i would say order at your peril! If you care about what you want to send to someone & why you may be sending them because this company certainly appears not to.
I have used Serenata before and always found them very good. Unfortunately on this occasion the flowers were delivered a day late for an Aunts 88th Birthday. Although I received an apology from Serenata I did think they may have made a good will gesture to encourage me to use them again... now Im not sure I will as even though they felt a day late wasnt a problem, it was in fact very disappointing on this occasion.
Unfortunately, the Kukrier has left the flowers at the neighbor. My family was therefore at home on the day until 16 clock. Courier was 14.30, did not try to come at the given address. The neighbor did not bring the blooms until the next day. Unfortunately, my surprise did not come. Did not cost a lot and did not run the way I expected. Pity!

We were away for the weekend, staying in a bed & breakfast, so I had to have them delivered to a non home address. I was a little concerned that things might have gone astray, however, tracking them on line was very convenient, and accurate to boot. One rose head was detached and one slightly bruised but hey ho but the display was extremely well received. Would definitely use them again and would certainly have no difficulty in recommending them. Ray

Used for the first time on Saturday. Flowers weren't delivered, and no contact from them. Had to contact them myself. They wern'tt able to handle my order due to some kind of technical issue. Never use them again now. Looked up a local florist online at my mums town, supported UK shopkeepers and got amazing service. May have paid a bit more but my Mother is important to me. I am sure they will reply with some kind of explanation and defence. Basically it depends on how important the person is you are sending flowers too or whether you are just interested in saving a few bucks.
