The" chauffeur " left the parcel on the ground level of the block on the common stair case because he couldn't be bothered to go on the 3 floor, and I had to contact everyone to find out after 2 hours where is the parcel, from the photos that the driver made, and lucky the parcel was still there. They have ruined a very special occasion, I will never use them again, wich I regret a bit because the flowers are very nice, but is not enough if they can't deliver them.

Serenata sent me confirmation that they have delivered flowers (but I order gift basket including wine and cheese and some other stuff". My nephew lives in apartment building and there is no porch but Serenata claim that they left the gift on authorized porch! Liers... liers... in my order i asked to deliver it and not to leave it outside... when i ask for evidence they cant provide anything and don't take any responsibility... this site is scam... never use it. I have taken further action to punish this scammers...
I ordered some flowers for a friend who had just moved into a new house, I only looked at the website on Friday evening and was surprised that I could still have them delivered on the Saturday. The flowers arrived promptly and were very well received. I also ordered a card & a vase as I quite correctly guessed she hadn't yet unpacked! All in all a wonderful service.
