On the whole the bunch of flowers my friend received were good, however there were 3 prominent flowers that will only last 1-2 days as they were already discolouring, so I was a bit disappointed. Ive sent feedback to Serenata but am yet to hear back from them.
This was my second time using Serenata and once again, I found them to be good value for money, flowers delivered on time without much notice from me, recipient very happy and Serenata were very communicative without going overboard, which is always appreciated!
We have a concierge in our building. I sent an email to SerenataFlowers asking them to deliver the flowers to the acctual apartment and not leave them with concierge. The flowers were left with concierge desk instead. No surprise knock on the apartment door which would have surprised my wife. Instead she was called down by concierge to pick them up which ruined any possible surprise.

My friend and her husband arranged for flowers to be sent to me using this company on the first anniversary of my wife's death, a very thoughtful thing. However when my friend contacted me to ask if I got the flowers... I said, eh... no... what flowers? I never received them and according to thye company these were delivered to me by the delivery driver... a complete lie. I am home every day and if I am not at home my neighbours are all very good at taking in deliveries. My friend contacted thyis company by email but got absolutely no where with them due to some three day rule for any complaints that they seem to have... absolutely unbelievable that customer satisfaction is not their number 1 priority. In my opinion avoid these charlatans who will take your money but there is no guarantee the goods (flowers) will be delivered.
Needless to say my friend in Ireland is equally upset over this debacle and certainly will not use this company again or recommend them to anyone! Read the reviews... many people have had bad and negative experiences with them. If this was a good company they would be doing their utmost to have happy customers who would come back to them or recommend to others! Just shocking that my friend has paid good money for absolutely zilch, zero nothing!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend's family on the 1st Anniversary of her untimely death. 7 days after the delivery date I was speaking with them and shocked to discover no flowers delivered, after receiving email from serenata saying "yippee flowers delivered." Contacted them by email and was told flowers left at door and card in letter box, this was totally untrue. After emails back and forth, I was told it was 3 days after delivery and therefore no further assistance could be offered to me. There is noone you can talk to only by email. This was very upsetting for me as these flowers were to show my friends I was thinking of them on the day as I was unable to speak to them on the day. I will never recommend this company, no delivery and then very bad customer service, no point in having fancy website and lovely looking flowers if there is no service, I will go back to using Interflora, I should never have changed my choice of florist.

Extremely disappointed with the flowers that I received for my wife's 30th birthday. I'm a regular customer with seranta, however that will be my final order from them. The flowers upon arrival looked lovely apart from the roses in the bouquet, they where dying and stood out.
I ordered them the day before her birthday so I could surprise her on her big day... by the end of her birthday the roses and other flowers had turned a shade of brown. These flowers cost me £50 so My wife decided to email seranta to voice my complaint, we taken the photos of the flowers with the date on and e-mailed the next day. We were told in a very rude manor that complaints needed to be made within 72 hours.
The flowers are now in the bin, 3 days after her birthday. I was a regular customer but We won't be returning and will tell friends and family about our experience
