Great service as I ordered very late in the evening and delivered the next day. My friend sent me a photo and they looked lovely. Have had some bad flowers from other providers but these were lovely and fresh.
I ordered flowers for my sister in law who lives right at the top of Scotland and although arrived a day later than they stated- they got there! Its not always easy to get items sent that far and she said they were gorgeous. Would have liked notice that they were going to be late but when I checked with them feedback was very quick.

I live in the US and wanted to send flowers to my niece who lives in the UK and I had encountered difficulties sending flowers overseas before. However, ordering online was so easy and the arrangements were just gorgeous and it was hard to decide on just one. I ordered later in the evening and they were delivered at noon the next day. My niece was delighted and so was I.
Recipient was pleased with flowers, but mentioned that she had never seen black lillies before. I had ordered Purple Callas & White Lillies, so no idea why black flowers were delivered.
Highly recommend Serenata. Excellent service, beautiful flowers, good value for money and extensive choice. I have used this company for a few years and will keep using them.

Beautiful fragranced flowers, lovely selection, but very small. I ordered the largest size (called grandissimo I think). Hard to imagine how it could have been made smaller, so very disappointed in amount of flowers received for £41.
As always the flowers were beautiful and delivered when asked. The only thing I would say negative this time is that I was not notified when they had been delivered, when previously I have been.
I was a tad nervous ordering flowers on Easter Sunday, from New Zealand, to be delivered for a birthday on Easter Tuesday in Reading. However the process was very smooth thanks to the easy to navigate website, plus the immediate order confirmation, along with promises to keep in touch about dispatch and delivery.
The flowers were a lovely surprise, and from the photo the recipient sent, they were exactly as ordered, and beautiful. Thanks so much!

I have not seen the flowers but the recipient says that they were past their best. Was this because it was after a bank holiday? Disappointed.
When Mum finally found the present she was happy with the Orchid. From the images I have seen it looked lovely with plenty of flowers in bloom and some to come into flower.
If only the delivery service hadn't let you down. The plant was for my 77yr old Mum who was absent when the delivery took place. I had clicked on the If no one home to 'leave at the back of the house' instructions which were followed but unfortunately didn't leave a message in the letterbox.If it had been for me contacting my sister (I live in Belgium) the plant would probably have stayed there as with the weather being not so good, Mum would be not be out in the back garden.
Please insist that your delivery people take more care.

This was the second time I had used Serenata to send flowers, on each occasion the flowers were exactly as ordered, and very much appreciated. I love the idea of there being a 'gift' which keeps on giving after the flowers have finished!
I sent a bouquet for my cousin's birthday. They were absolutely beautiful and she was delighted with them. They were a mix of some in flower and some still in bud and arranged superbly well. I received e-mail notification when they were delivered and my cousin contacted my immediately to say they had indeed arrived. Excellent service overall.

Surprise gift spoiled by delivering the flowers to the wrong shop and then apparently asking the people at the shop to deliver it for them. Messed up the whole surprise :(
