I was in need of flowers being delivered to a friend in a short space of time the choice was wide and the price good- they were delivered on time and brought a lot of happiness to the received as the smell dvine and the bouquet much appreciated so thank you

Have used three times now. Recipients have always been delighted with flowers. Good email communication on progress of delivery, and always delivered on time. Great choice of flowers and plants. And reasonably priced.

Reading some of the other reviews it looks like there might be delivery problems in some areas, but I've sent to Hampshire and West Sussex with no issues.

This is the first time I have used seranataflowers and I will use them all the time when sending flowers for any occasion. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. We even received a e-mail of them once they had been delivered. They went far beyond my expectations and the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

Very easy to use site with a good selection of flowers, well priced, delivered on time and the person they were sent too was very happy with them. Good communication about the despatch and then final delivery to.

The site was easy to use and flowers reasonably priced. However the flowers which were sent were totally different to what I ordered. If the ones I ordered were out of stock it would have been nice to ask which ones I wanted to send instead. Recipient was happy with the ones she received so no great problem.

Easy to select flowers. Process very easy to follow.
Flowers delivered on time with confirmation email. Only one slight concern the recipient said flowers were wilting a bit but were soon revived after standing in water for a couple of hours

I was a little disappointed when I saw the flowers on Saturday evening that were delivered on Thursday morning, considering what I paid for them

The title says it all really. I think the flowers were okay but why did the courrier not wait until the recipient had come to the door.

I've used Serenata quite a lot to buy flowers for family and friends in the UK. I live in Cyprus so it's good to know that they are a reliable service. The recipients have always complimented the flowers and delivery has always been on time. Also very good value for money. I will continue to use this company.

One was to an 80 year old who was delighted, the other to my wife who received her flowers by being thrown in the door by the delivery man, they had broken stems (no surprise there after the method of delivery), soft headed buds, brown 'bits' on the petals of the roses on a surprise that didn't please her at all.

Never again I'm afraid

The flowers are magnificent, my wife loved them and delivery was right on time. Could not have been better.
