I have found Seniorleads to be very organized and very methodical--great
Training videos and follow-up guide. These tools have been invaluable in
Helping me set Zoom meetings which have created some new clients and new
Business. I think the more I use the system, the more leads I can convert
To appointments and clients. Also, the recorded tips and advice from other
Advisors is great. If I had a magic wand, every prospect would answer the
Phone the first time I call.

I decided to give Senior Leads a try. The only good thing I can say is that they do give you information on what to say to a lead and how to follow up. The problem I found was that the leads were terrible. Every lead I talked to said that they thought they were giving their information about a job posting. No one had any interest in financial services. It seems these leads were tricked on the ads they answered. Senior Leads then passes it onto you saying that they have an interest in financial services which ends up not being true. I would not recommend.

It is unfortunate that professionals will spend their hard-earned money for a method to grow their business and then not follow the instructions. When you call a prospect, believe it or not, your product or services is not a priority for them. They are not sitting by the phone and waiting for you to call. In fact, your call is ALWAYS an interruption. In fact, because they often have other things on their mind, they may not recall making a request for the call 3 days prior. Don't waste your money with these guys!

How about this one. Because their rep (Dennis Wiley) screwed up and signed me up for the wrong program they had to keep giving me credits from zip codes I never requested. Rather than doing that, they simply canceled my membership owing credit and 2 more leads, I never got. BTW, the last one of their leads I just called on, the guy hasn't saved a PENNY for retirement. Point being they don't scrubb these leads one bit. They are just sending names and address (but, not always, sometimes no address)so they can charge your credit card.

Poor quality, customer service is a joke... didn't make any money... just got really frustrated... did exactly what they said. Their booklets are nice... but they really don't help getting annuity sales... bottom line is no return on investment.

Surprised

I started with Seniorleads on May 1 and have picked up 2 new clients. Since everything needed to be done by phone because or Covid, I was surprised that the new accounts came as easily as they did. I think from the leads I have so far, I will get at least one more new client. That would be 3 new clients from 28 leads.

That these leads would work but I trusted him. In the short time, I can
Say that my trust was not misplaced. The leads have been as expected.
Out of 10, there are 2 not good, 2 very good and 6 somewhere in the
Middle. That works for me as just one new client from every 20 leads and I
Will be way ahead. I would say that the 2 I have rated as very good will
Become clients and quite possibly, one or more from those in the middle."

Basically, they give you a cold lead and have you market to them in hopes of you getting a sale. Then they try and bill your CC as many times as possible until you figure out to cancel the service. They will not talk to you after you join unless you pay extra. They do not respond to their only other way to communicate with them. The sales rep totally misrepresented the process that they recommend once they have your non-refundable money. If you get any sale out of this it will be totally due to the work you put into a cold lead. You could probably do as well from the phone book. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Follow the script
September 23, 2020

I wasted 2 weeks because I called the leads and did not use the script the
Company provides. I learned the hard (and expensive) way that the system
Requires that you follow the formula or the leads will just hang up and you
Get nothing. You will think the leads are junk which was my first
Reaction. Once I followed the system (they have a really good guide) on the
Step by step process and used their script, I go 3 "appointments" set for
The next 10 calls. An appointment for me during Covid is a scheduled Zoom
Session and the prospect sends me their financial information prior to that
Zoom meeting. Based on this recent experience, this system looks great.

The Seniorleads program is good in that I do not get a lot of leads. So I do not spend too much time yet I have been able to get 2 new clients in the first month. Since I am not looking for a lot of new business that has been fine for me. The first new client was an older woman who lives just 2 blocks from me, just by coincidence. The timing was perfect because she had an annuity maturing and I exchanged it for a new contract. I only had to meet with her once. The other new client was a guy unhappy with his 401k. I got his agreement and since it allowed for in-service withdrawals, we did a rollover. It took 3 meetings to get the business because the situation was a little more complex.

Initial batch of leads very poor quality. Double-charged my credit card, costing me time to resolve. Agreement calls for SL to send prepaid leads immediately if an agent cancels. I got no leads for 3 weeks, cancelled on July 2, and still have received no leads. Two emails requesting refund were acknowledged but no refund or other response. Had to again dispute the charge with my credit card company and file complaint with BBB. There is NO personal contact; you have to work through email, making it extremely difficult to resolve problems. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! Their failure to respond is indicative of a scam; their willful failure to respond to my request for a refund for failure to deliver per the agreement makes me wonder about fraudulent intent.

The first week, the leads were not good as I had difficulty getting people on the phone. The next week, I hit gold, got 9 of 10 people on the phone, made 4 presentations and got 3 new clients. Now, I am also getting people from the first week to answer the phone. I would recommend that you set your callerid to a local number as maybe that's why people did not answer the first week--my caller id was a toll free number. Now I have it set to a local number.

I started with Seniorleads at the very beginning of 2020, before Covid. Surpisingly, the leads have improved since COVID as the prospects seem to be more serious. I have obtained 1 to 2 new clients each month and there are many prospects that are "in the works" that I need to drip on. On average, I get 20 leads per month and the return on investment is about ten to one.

These are the worst leads in the world. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased. The leads are not qualified. 80% of the leads never requested a booklet. 10 out of 30 were wrong numbers. They claim that they advertise where affluent people frequent websites. REALLY? My leads were people who live in a shelter or work in a soup kitchen, couldn't speak English or were on welfare. Yeah right, they were definitely requesting info on 401K rollovers. I am going to report them to the better business bureau.

Investment so far about $800, Earnings so far $9400.
Was using direct mail which fell to pieces and this has solved my prospecting problem.

I spent over 600 dollars on the leads and a few hundred following their sales tips and marketing strategies in purchasing pamphlets customized these were very tragic leads to say the least. I could go on and on but if someone told me this before I got involved I. Would NEVER EVER HAVE PURCHASED THIS BE WARNED!

Lead Scam
June 28, 2020

Seniorleads.com provide complete garbage leads. I was able to contact 5 of the the 25 leads I received from them and all 5 adamately claimed they never filled out a contact form. The other 20 leads I could never contact at all after many, many attempts. These leads are no more than a list of people, absolute garbage. In addition, they completely screw people out of money with their auto-charge policy. Here is how the scam works: They require one month before you can cancel or pause your account. At that point they start firing garbage leads at you as quickly as they can in the first month to drive up your tab. In addition they charge upfront for ten leads and when they are filled they charge for another 10. They do this so they can keep the extra money when everyone cancels at the end of the first month as they refuse to refund the amount for unused leads. I have been buying financial services leads for over 20 years and this is the bottom of the barrel. There are some solid annuity lead companies out there, Financialize, AdvisorRPM and Advisor World to name a few. Stay away from the Seniorleads.com charlatans.

We welcome all reviews--when they are truthful. Unfortunately, this review has untruths. Here is the proof. This is the agreement signed by every customer" https://seniorleads.com/agreement. Read it. It clearly says that accounts can be canceled the first or third Thursday of the month. There is no "require one month before you can cancel" as stated in this review. We do not lock clients in with contracts. As to the inability to reach his prospects by phone, this is not a common occurrence. Also, we do not "fire leads" at anyone as all we do is place Internet ads and the leads come in as consumers decide to respond to the ads. We have no control over the lead flow as we simply pass along the consumer leads within 5 minutes of the consumer completing the online form. We cannot "force" prospects to fill in the forms and influence the number of consumers that respond (the lead flow is controlled by each advisor/agent who uses our system as disclosed here https :// seniiorleads/com/leadflow So, please, we welcome all honest reviews, but not lies.
