$10,000+ of commissions in 40 days. I have received 37 leads, had 4 appointments (2 more scheduled) and brought on 3 new clients. I have used several lead services and seniorleads does something very smart. Rather than sending me the lead and having me call the prospect, they provide a personalized booklet (my name, photo, etc) which I send the prospect before I call. This has made all the difference because the prospect knows me when I call. I am not a stranger.
I tried 2 other lead services in the past. Seniorleads is better because:
--it is an entire system. If you just get a lead and call the lead, that kind of lead is close to worthless. With Seniorleads, they have a booklet that you create with your photo and credentials and send before you call. So on every call so far, the prospect knew me and I was not a stranger
--training videos and 30 page guide explains the psychology of how to follow up with the lead -- contents are so much more advanced than anything I have seen before
I registered with Seniorleads in July. I have received 26 leads and have made contact with all but 3 of the prospects. I would rate the overall quality as good. Some of the people had no money but most of them have at least $250,000 available and one guy says he has $3 million liquid. The first couple calls I made I screwed up and then I read the document with the scripts. Once I started using the scripts, the calls went much better. My biggest challenge is not with Seniorleads but getting used to closing sales online without meeting the prospect. I come from a face-to-face sales background. I know it is possible to close business remotely as stockbrokers have been doing that for decades but it is just a new format for me.
The best aspect of the seniorleads system is the booklets they provide.
Having the prospect get that before I call seems to make for a much better
First call and I think makes setting appointments easier. Also, their
Scripting about community service appointments is very good.
I don't know if this is typical but the 3rd lead I got became a new client. That guy has given me a couple referrals which look very good. It's early - just started my account a week ago. I'm a happy camper.
I had tried Facebook advertising on my own and wasted a lot of money and got nowhere. Somehow they make those ads work at Seniorleads as I have been getting a continuous flow of leads, about half from Facebook and half from their other sources. I wanted only long term care leads but their system required that I pick at least 2 lead types. I choose "retirees" as my 2nd lead type. The leads I get specifically for LTC have been right on the money--interested and serious about their concerns. The retiree leads have been more generally focused and I may not be able to steer them to LTC. However, the LTC leads alone are fine as I have closed 2 cases so far and if I only close 2 cases per month, this will be an excellent addition to my business.
They do not fulfill their promises and will most definitely run your credit card up for 10 bogus "leads" a day, plus 179.00 and disappear. Could never get their rep back on the phone after I noticed 600.00 of charges and pending charges on my card. Didn't take long to realize they were crooks so I tried again to reach out via telephone and email to cancel. No response, finally had to contact my credit card company to prevent them from charging further. Considering being a lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit against them. Anyone interested in joking in please free to contact me at *******@aol.com Use Senior Lead in subject title.
I was impressed initially with the salesman who marketed this product. It seemed like an amazing opportunity. I believe it is a scam. You can do this same lead program by picking the addresses in your zip code and doing an email campaign or postcard. It is a cold lead and even with the recommended schedule of mailing and calling by the company, not one lead was good in over 100 leads. They were all the equivalent of cold calls. You sign a contract that locks you in for at least a month and you have no recourse. You will not get help via their ticket inquiry or any real person on the phone. DO NOT BUY!
I started my account on Nov 1. To date, I have received 45 leads, about 1 per day, on average. I have made contact with 32 people and I would say that half will not turn into anything. Of the other half, I have had 3 appointments and all became clients. I have 3 more appointments set. Assuming every 5 weeks I get the same results, I will be very satisfied.
I started at the beginning of February. I have received about 100 leads. I have 6 new c. Lients. These are all managed money clients so I get $1500 - $2500 annually for each account. For my $2,000 investment at Seniorleads, I think the results have been excellent. I am hoping that a few people on the fence will also become new clients and I expect to get more from future leads. Their service team responds very quickly (by email only).
I have enjoyed using this service as everything is well-documented. Unlike other marketing services I have used where details are left out, they supply several videos and a written users manual and an online knowledgbase (which I have not needed to use). It has been 3 weeks and I have a few appointments for rollovers that sound like good business. I won't now until I meet with these prospects but they sound good on the phone. They are not working with an advisor so there is no reason I should not be able to do some business.
I have been unexpectedly surprised. I started using Seniorleads after my state issued a stay-at-home order. I have been relying on skype presentations. Even though the average prospect is age 60+ (I sell LTC insurance), they all know how to use skype, I guess because they have been using it with grandkids. Since people have been sequestered in their homes, they almost welcome our meeting because it's someone new to talk to. More than half have printers so they have been able to print applications and either fax them back or use the mail. One of my insurance carriers has an Internet application so that has been the best. I have been able to continue doing business even under difficult conditions.
Very good experience. Although the leads appear to come from several sources, I have already closed 2 of the facebook leads as new clients, commission over $10k. Even though about 40% of the leads I have not yet reached by phone (got voice mail), I know that if I keep calling, I will get them eventually on the phone. This is the biggest frustration but I can't blame seniorleads. This problem is always there with any prospecting method. I am very satisfied with the service and if my results keep going like this, I could earn over $100k this year from these leads.
This is a really good service. I have received 20 leads and I have 3 appointments. This beats cold calling and compared to the amount I was spending on direct mail, this is less expensive. The script they give you is really good, not something I would have thought of on my own.
I find Seniorleads easy to use because the system is step by step. Everything is provided including scripts to use when contacting prospects. I have had a couple questions and got answers from the clients services each time in under 3 hours. I just ended my first month and have 2 new clients. Now that I have the system down, I think I can average 2-4 clients per month.
I just completed my 4th week using Seniorleads. I have set 5 appointments. Closed 2 new clients. The only thing that can be improved is there is no exact way to set lead quantity. Lead flow is set by selecting a radius and lead types but there is no exact settings like 2 leads per day or 3 leads per day. After the first 2 weeks, that was not an issue but was a problem at first.
I have only been on the service for 2 weeks but I am very satisfied. I have received 14 leads and been able to contact 11. My goal on the initial call was to set a skype session so they could see me and vice versa. I have had 3 such calls and 2 new clients. After the skype calls, I sent one prospect forms in the mail. The other prospect has a printer so I sent forms as pdfs. So even while I cannot meet with people, I am very satisfied that this way of meeting new prospects and getting clients is working.
First week I got 16 prospects and did not get an appointment. Then I watched the training videos and used the script in the prospecting guide. Since then, have talked to 18 prospects, 3 appointments, 2 new clients.
Have had a good experience. More "bad" leads than good leads. As expected. But the good leads are solid. Have had about 8 good leads and set appointments with half. Two sales so far (both annuities). I think that there may be some of the other leads that will make appointments if I stay on top of them. This beats cold calling and waiting for clients to give me referrals. The scripting they give to contact the leads is really good.
I have found Seniorleads to be very organized and very methodical--great
Training videos and follow-up guide. These tools have been invaluable in
Helping me set Zoom meetings which have created some new clients and new
Business. I think the more I use the system, the more leads I can convert
To appointments and clients. Also, the recorded tips and advice from other
Advisors is great. If I had a magic wand, every prospect would answer the
Phone the first time I call.
Answer: You have to pay to talk to someone after the sale.
Answer: Total scam. I am guessing the positive information is coming from them.
Answer: Very good sales promotion, but they do not follow through.
