I messed up- accidentally cut a cord- wanted to buy a replacement blind and was given the choice to send and repair or purchase another blind at a fair cost-did the latter-easy, done, problem solved! I'm a long time customer and customer service never fails-thanks so much Seth!

Moving is stressful. Moving into a house with a lot of windows and no window treatments is incredibly stressful. Living with packing paper taped up on the wall for weeks can drive you insane. Our neighbor recommended selectblinds.com. We ordered online and had some issues with the order but the customer support was helpful and replaced the items. They were responsive. The actual items we got were of very high quality. We had 3blinds.com consultant who came to our house and quoted $1500 for 2 shades! We were able to get the same quality items at a fraction of the cost through selectblinds.com.

PayPal won't back your purchase

I tried to go through proper channels to get a refund on my defective purchase, and was refused by SelectBlinds. I then tried PayPal, who sided with the seller without obtaining any additional information from me. In the end, I found a better product at Home Depot for less money; the defective junk that SelectBlinds sent me will likely end-up in the trash, and I'm out my $42. So be it, I suppose; will never use this company or recommend to anyone I care about in the future.

Roller shade cut improperly and company refused to refund my money, stating I could "place a shim" in the device to make it roll up properly. Unacceptable in terms of quality and customer service.

LOVE these blinds

I have floor to ceiling windows that are odd and large sizes. I wanted light in but also privacy. I purchased the top down bottom up cellular shades. I can lower the top and lift the bottom to let in light but still have privacy. I bought these in 2013 and bought my daughter the same blinds for the new house she bought in 2017. And did I mention they are so affordable!

I worked with Seth in ordering some blinds... I think I asked some dumb questions, his explanations were very understandable and he was very pleasant. The price was good (I benchmarked against other sites) and Seth gave me an additional discount. I will definitely use Seth & SelectBlinds again.

Just Placed my Order!

I have never ordered blinds on-line before, but I found the video on how to measure properly, and talking with Brady helped ease my anxiety about my actual order. I am really looking forward to receiving them! Order the free samples to get the perfect fabric. I just ordered 2 sets for Primer Blackout Roman Shades that are cordless for my kids's rooms- Safari for the car themed room and Indigo for my patriotic eldest boy's room.

I was hesitant to order blinds online, but I'm so glad I did. Thanks to Garrett Mellor for guiding me through and getting me the best deal on some beautiful blinds. Made in America!

Purchased 4 Roman Shades. 3 were made in America! They are well made and beautiful. One was made in Mexico and the difference in quality is quite noticeable, still nice but not as well made. Customer service was good, I think they honestly do their best to help you feel comfortable with your order. I am aver all very satisfied and will order again.

We had a defective shade that was not working correctly. We kept being told it would be replaced but after each promise, the factory wanted us to try another proposed solution before they would replace it as warranteed. Ultimately, I called and was connected to Jordon, one of the CSR's. Jordan was very helpful and understanding when I verbalized my frustration with the ongoing delay tactics. We received a replacement shade and so far, it is working perfectly. I installed the shades myself but if someone had the shades installed by an outside contractor, it would be impossible for them to try all of the solutions that were proposed by the factory.

I had a question about ordering drapes. The first person repeated what was on the website. I decided to ask another person via on-line chat. They were able to answer my questions but then referred me to call my order in since I wanted to order more than one curtain rod. The third person I talked to was able to help with my order. I was a little frustrated at first but by the time I completed my order I was confident that my order was placed accurately. So thank you Tiff and Armando for a great experience!

After calling several blinds manufactures. I was fortunate enough to have Armando take my call at selectblinds.com. After bombarding him with an hour long full of questions I decided to purchase blinds for every window in the house. Not only was he courteous and patient, he provided customer service most places lack. He was very informative and thorough with his answers. I called to purchased a couple of blinds but felt so satisfied with the service That I ended up buying blinds for every window in my home. Helpful and patient

I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Brady. Brady answered my questions and, during the process, requested some pictures of the glass door one of the cellular shades was intended for. He noticed the door handle, which I hadn't considered in the measurements, so he revised the order while we spoke. Brady was knowledgeable and patient during the entire call. Based on that call I felt comfortable with the company and we completed our order for 18 shades at that time.
