This is my second time buying these blinds because they're … amazing. The ability to allow light into your home AND grant privacy makes a world of difference. I love the top/down to add just the right amount of privacy. ñ without sacrificing any of the beautiful natural light coming through. The install is amazingly simple and you'll be a pro by your second window. Measuring 5 times over it absolutely worth it as they'll fit your window like a glove. Both times I purchased this window I installed them inside the window frame for a clean and seamless look. The fact that there aren't any cords or strings hanging loose is a great comfort that the kids won't get tangled in them.
My whole experience was great! We received samples as requested and were able to make a choice from them. This was very helpful. Had I ordered what I thought was the correct color for my room, I would have been very disappointed. Since I was able to get samples, I was able to make a better choice. Great quality material and price.

We liked the material and style. I gave Select Blinds my precise measurements. All blinds were 1/2" to 3/4" too narrow, i. E. not wide as ordered. In addition, two of the blinds were too short by at least 3". I'm disappointed with the product and I am considering filing a complaint. I provided exact measurements only to get a product that doesn't suit our needs 100%. So what? I spent over $2200 and I'm more than irritated. We are fixing up a house so I'm not had time to deal with a huge return like this one, 11 blinds.
Overall, I was happy with the blinds I received. They fit nicely and a good at blocking light. The only thing that I'd like to see improved is the default minimum setting. The blinds did not return to their fully closed state after opening.
Easy to navigate and was able to quickly apply a discount code and get the deal I wanted.
I am very satisfied with the blinds. It did take longer than expected to receive them as I was not notified until a month after ordering that my original color was out of stock. However once I chose an in stock color, delivery was quick. Easy to install and working as expected. I ordered two more the same day I installed the first two.
The items came perfect. The installation was simple and though I wish the instructions were a bit more detailed. I figured it out without a problem, but I can see some may struggle. Overall highly satisfied with the customer service rep who called to confirm my order before manufacturing, and the overall ease of ordering, installation and quality of product.
I am in the midst of a weeks-long battle to get resolution on my last order. Nine of twelve Roman shades were made to an incorrect length. I followed all claim procedures, sending 45 photos (as requested). Customer Service is deplorable and seems to be stalling in getting this resolved. I will NEVER order from Select Blinds again!

Origionally ordered a set of Blinds with Select Blinds. I went with them to make sure I had the best customer experience. However, sometimes things go wrong. After discussions with support and being contacted by a consumer advocate from Select Blinds, they rebuilt and delivered a new set of blinds that met my needs. Currently installed and working flawlessly. The no hardware mount blackout roller motorized blind that I ordered fit my exact need. Mounting inside the window against painted Brick, Mounted HIGH out of reach these custom sized blinds nailed it.
I was given an email to save $75.00 off my first order, then of course My order is not eligible.
Ordered 2 blackout roller shades for a room as a test before getting the rest of the house. I gave accurate measurements for inside mount but these are smaller than expected and don't look good. Definitely don't block the light.

I've had success with this company for a few years now. I've been pleased with the various products I've ordered until this last order I placed. The cordless mechanism doesn't work well at all and is of a terrible quality. My shades don't raise easily. I contacted customer service over 3 weeks ago and still no resolution. I definitely do not recommend the cordless canvas Roman shade. It may be fine with a cord but definitely not cordless.

I bought these blinds for a cabin renovation that I am doing in another town so I was not able to install immediately. I just installed them this past weekend and OMG! I can not believe how easy they were to put up. I purchased 3 blackout blinds. All cordless and no drill needed. They popped up in seconds. They are beautiful. I can't wait to order more for the other 2 cabins once they are closer to being finished. I'm thinking about changing out my upstairs bedroom and bathroom windows at the beach now :)
I had a wonderful experience with SelectBlinds! The process of selecting the right size and material was a breeze, and my blinds arrived right on time. The installation was fairly simple, although the instructions could have been a bit clearer. Once installed, the blinds look absolutely beautiful! I'm so happy with how they turned out that I'll definitely be purchasing more for the other rooms in my house. Highly recommend SelectBlinds for both quality and service!
After getting new windows in my house I ordered cellular blinds from Select Blind for my large window. Received the order - opened package - inside part damaged/broken and would not pressure hold the blind. Emailed customer service with my problem - immediate response - please send pictures documenting breakage of inside part. I sent multiple pictures of the plastic broken piece. No response. I re-emailed confirming they received the part. No response. I love the blind and how it looks but with the broken piece it's useless. It's been over 3 days and still not response. Guess I just threw money out the window.

It's my experience that you never really know what you're going to get when you order something online. In this case it worked out very well.
The only issue I had was with the mounting screws which stripped out. May I suggest that you use a star pattern from this point on. The fit and the look of the bamboo shades was better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this product.
Arrived on time. Look great, but one of the 4 shutter panels will not stay closed. Contacted Select blinds and after a few text messages they promised to get back via Email, but that was several weeks ago and...

Easy to install, versatile and most important it's pitch black in my bedroom. Should have ordered sooner, so happy I did order and installed it myself. Now I sleep like a king without any lights or sunlight coming into my bedroom. Be advised, the blackout will make you sleep longer and peaceful.
I'm very happy with my new blinds and absolutely satisfied with the customer service. I had a little issue with one of my blinds and they were able to solve the problem immediately with no hassle at all.
We've purchased select blinds for multiple homes over the years and are always satisfied with the product, customer service and easy instillation. The blinds hold up well year after year, even with 2 active kids in the home.
Our blinds are in a timely manner. We were pleased with the quality and look of them. Installation was fairly easy. We only wish we had paid the $9.99 for the measurement guarantee. Unfortunately one of our windows isn't exactly square so we had to install one blind as an outside mount.
Ordering for the bay window was made easy, color choices were great. They arrived earlier then expected, which was nice. We installed them very quickly and they were perfect fit. My dad is wondering why we did not do these years ago. We do not need any other curtains and sheers; it made the window and room look so nice. Will keep this company in mind for future and to share to others
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
