The 2 representatives of this company were extremely courteous and helpful in making my decision easier. I opted for the 2 inch room darkening shades for the elegance and light adjustability. My only complaint is that the chain mechanism isn't as smooth as it should be.
Ordered the zebra shades and they look pretty cool! Only thing is that they were a tiny bit short-but we kept them since it only shows up a little when they are on an open (style).
They look just how it was explained and shown.

I've been a long time customer. It is obvious you are outsourcing your customer service over seas and it shows. Nobody can give you a straight answer and people are hard to understand. I've been waiting for a credit for over a month and keep on getting the run around. Very disappointing
At first, I was apprehensive about measuring and ordering my own blinds, but the process was simple and I added the perfect fit guarantee. When I received my blinds, they were high quality and a perfect fit. I ordered samples because I'm going to order more window dressings now.
My last order was perfect the blinds fit perfectly and look really nice!
Blinds went up quickly. Had to secure a few where the pressure install clips seemed loose.
Little concerned about the housing for the string that pulls your blinds up and down. Fingers crossed they last a long time. A lot of money I just thought it would be a little stronger retractable box.
We ordered two for bedroom windows. Quality is good. Installation instructions were not as clear as I would have liked.
Will buy two more for living room windows.
Ordered 2 Roman shades but when arrived the pull cord on one of the shades was defective. Filled out the warranty form, it was accepted and they started production of the replacement shade. Received it in timely manner and it is perfect
Had an issue with my shade where the lift system wasn't operating. It was an extremely easy and seamless resolution. Really glad I chose to purchase from Select Blinds. I have since purchased more and will definitely use them again in the future!
Repeat customer here I was very happy with the blinds I bought for the living room so wanted some similar to for the bedroom and find them well-made and easy to install as well as attractive. Give a nice finish touch to the room.

I ordered the same type in 2017 so I did not pay attention to the depth of the top of the shade. The depth on my first order was 1 inch. The new shade is 2 inches. My windows are not deep so it sticks out which I don't love. It's my fault for not reading the details more closely. Otherwise it's great.

High quality and compared to other custom blinds these are well priced, and they are always having different sales and deals. Website was very easy to navigate and order the correct size and color. We ordered 8 window covering. One of the best decisions we made was to order them with the no hardware installation brackets. They work flawlessly and are easy. One of the coverings was also ordered with the power option operation. That was a great decision also.
Shades arrived promptly and were fairly easy to install. Cost savings was tremendous over local distributors.
Because this was not my first order I knew the shades were preprogrammed to the remote control. It would be very helpful to clarify that the shades are numbered and you must install them accordingly.
Otherwise I highly recommend ordering from Select Blinds.

I have a white top down bottom up blind (the second one sent, first one was wrong color and wrong size & too wide)...
Firstly, there was a piece of sharp plastic jamed through the box. It looks like it did not damage the blind? Though 7" inches of the bottom honeycomb part was jammed inside the bottom metal bar just after I took it out of the bag.

Also the blind ordered 58 1/4" wide, it is now only 58 1/8" wide, that's only 1/8 of an inch less than what I ordered.
It should have been 57 7/8" or 58" inches wide!? NOTE: It just fits and is a bit tight.
I'm going to install it and see how the honeycomb looks.
It was very hard to put three brackets up and have it all meet up level with putting in the new blind which did not work so I had to take out Center bracket and only have two brackets where the handles are and it looks pretty good.

No real complaints. Everything came as I ordered it, and for three of the four windows, they went on relatively easily and look great. For the fourth window, however, I had to jerry-rig things a bit. It is an old house. It was built by hand in 1930 or so, and the window framing was not the same as what you would find in a more recent build. The fourth window had very thin framing around it, so it was not possible to hang the blinds in a way that did not have the jutting out a bit. That's on me, though, I should have checked that before I placed the order.
We were always skeptical about ordering the blinds online had so many doubts about measuring, installation and the quality but the instructions made is so easy to measure and order. Installation was a breeze and the whole look changed.
I ordered some aluminum blinds and cellular for the bedrooms upstairs. They fit perfectly and look great. Custom blinds do add up in cost but I had my windows replaced and wanted everything to look new and they do!
Select Blinds' staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The only thing I wish Select Blinds' did more of would be to offer more recommendations and suggestions. Although the representative was very helpful, if I had some guidance about the product I purchased, I would have altered my measurements. I'm unhappy with my outcome.
We purchased solar blinds for our sun room to help control the temperature better. Because of the dimensions of the extra large windows, they came motorized to raise and lower them. They work great and we love the fabric!
We are so happy with our existing blinds we came back to complete our house with more.
Ordered blinds based on website saying they would ship in 4 to 5 days. After a week I was notified that they had shipped but they sat in a shipping warehouse for a week before they started moving. A week later I got only 1 of the 3 blinds I ordered. I called customer "service" which was just a foreign call center and was told they would check into it. The remainder of the order came 4 days later.
As for the blinds, they are fine.
Overall frustrating experience, which is unfortunate because I need several more blinds for my new house.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
