Hi, I would like to have a few questions answered. How long does shipping take? What is your EXACT return policy? Where do the products ship from - your company or a third party? Lastly, I would like to order a sample kit immediately. I am interested in the sheer shades with the privacy slats. Thank you.

They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.

They don't honor warranty or take care of broken blinds that don't hold a charge.

They continuously delayed my shipment. The last delay meant that my order placed mid July would not be received until October sometime.

No return policy. You have three days to cancel after placing order and then you are locked in no matter how many times they delay shipments.

Took me weeks to get sample kit and I already was in a battle to cancel because of constant delays of shipping. I ordered a national branded product from Home Depot and got delivery in 8 days.
