Highly Recommend!

Received my blinds and it was so easy to install. I am a repeat customer and appreciate the quality and the ease of installation. In fact, a professional installer came to do my three front windows and asked who installed the rest of the house and I said it was me. He smiled and said you could have saved a lot of money doing these windows yourself. I totally agreed and didn't do it because I was a little skeptical that the windows were a little more intricate. Next time I'll do it myself! :)

I needed a patio door blind 76 inch in width, and was at minimum 82 inches long. It's not apparent that some material selections cannot meet these dimensions, and you get stuck in a loop which seems to be a user failure rather than a site limitation. I eventually tried a different material when the 64 other attempts failed and figured it out.

The blinds themselves are great- fit perfectly, the two blinds on one rail style in bamboo material looks exactly right in our midcentury home.

I was skeptical at first buying blinds online for my windows that are all different sizes and no standard sizes. I triple measured everything and bought them online. Every blind for each window was a PERFECT FIT and easy to install by myself before my husband got home. They look great and are sturdy. One minor adjustment that could be made: each "project" (window measurement) online allowed you to name it in order to know what room each was going in. However, when the boxes came with each blind in their own box, there was nothing to distinguish between them like the names of the room it's in as I labeled online. This would not be a problem if you have all the same size windows or extremely different sized windows. On the other hand I had two windows with almost an inch difference in size and had to hold them together to see which was a tiny bit shorter to distinguish which room it goes in. Other than that small matter, the overall experience was amazing!

Satisfied customer

Easy, beautiful perfect fit

If you measure correctly then these blinds come fairly fast, are super easy to install and they look great. Order samples beforehand so that you know exactly what your getting. I will order blinds from here again for other rooms.

Better quality than I expected

I was reluctant to replace my old vertical blinds with another vertical blind as they are generally made from cheap material and are prone to failure, especially where the slats connect to the track. I recently installed the my 'Designer Vertical Blinds' and am extremely impressed with the quality, espeially the thickness of the slats which are twice as thick as the average vertical on the market. The website made ordering easy as did the customer service support. They arrived two weeks sooner than anticipated. Very impressed with the entire process and will definitely order again from Select Blinds.

Not impressed with the sizes.

Ordered 2 blackout roller shades for a room as a test before getting the rest of the house. I gave accurate measurements for inside mount but these are smaller than expected and don't look good. Definitely don't block the light.

Very nice but not perfect

Easy to order and fast delivery. Nice quality black out cellular shades. Only complaint: the way the continuous loop cord works, you have to regrip several times to raise/lower the blinds, they only move like 10 inches at a time.

Defective

Arrived on time. Look great, but one of the 4 shutter panels will not stay closed. Contacted Select blinds and after a few text messages they promised to get back via Email, but that was several weeks ago and...

Good option

Was difficult to find a stylish blind that could be hung on a door without drilling. The option I could at Select Blinds was by far the nicest. The customized fit was perfect. The only downside is that it took a while to be delivered. I would order this again.

Poor quality

These shades are very poor quality. They get stuck in the bottom position and I have to struggle to get them to roll back up. The cardboard roll comes completely exposed when I try to get them to roll back up. I do not recommend. I've ordered from select blinds before and loved what I got in the past but these are not good

Excellent Product- semi intuitive website

Great product- many accolades to the company.
2 things would make the experience better:
1. More details about the cassette covers. I needed to know if the cassette had endcaps, and only found the answer by looking at other photos of the products that had nothing to do with the cassettes.
2. The mounting screws supplied need to be a combination slotted and philips head screw, with a deeper slot. The screwdriver kept hopping out of the slot. Also, the pilot hole drill size was too small (adding to the screw driver hopping out of the slot)

Customer service setup is atrocious

Ordered split curtains with tracks, motorization, and a remote. Only received curtains. Customer service cant seem to read OPTIONS: tracking, remote, motorization and realize why we are upset and asking for missing items. All we want or out missing parts or a refund. 2 orders so far and problems with both and I practically uselessly customer service. Use another company cause we are in the future!

These blinds are great, but the holes did not line up with the hanger hardware. I had to drill a holes to correct the issue. One completed and hung, the shade works great, very easy to pull down and up. Stays in position when shade is up does not slip and move down.

Hardware needs to be improved

The blinds are fine. The hardware attachments need to be improved. I have hung a lot of top down bottom up blinds from various manufacturers. The clips that hold the blinds into an inside mount are not well-made and are hard to accept the blind. The plastic tabs that are used to pull down the blinds on the top and bottom are very cheaply made. I would recommend that the hardware be upgraded.

Loving the Blinds

I was a little disappointed when my blinds didn't come in all together at the same time, but after making a call to Customer Service, I received the rest in a couple of days. I love my blinds, and I will need just a couple more to finish my windows. I will order from here.

Great blinds - perfect fit

We replaced some windows recently and needed newer and nicer blinds to match the new window style - easy to measure for inside mount and overall style and colors were well-represented on the webpage. I'll order from them again next time I need blinds.

Sheer Blinds

The 2 representatives of this company were extremely courteous and helpful in making my decision easier. I opted for the 2 inch room darkening shades for the elegance and light adjustability. My only complaint is that the chain mechanism isn't as smooth as it should be.

Zebra shades

Ordered the zebra shades and they look pretty cool! Only thing is that they were a tiny bit short-but we kept them since it only shows up a little when they are on an open (style).
They look just how it was explained and shown.

Lack of response from Customer Service

I've been a long time customer. It is obvious you are outsourcing your customer service over seas and it shows. Nobody can give you a straight answer and people are hard to understand. I've been waiting for a credit for over a month and keep on getting the run around. Very disappointing
