After taking blind out of box and noticed it did NOT reflect what I ordered. I contacted Select Blinds and spoke to Alicia. She was very helpful asked me to text her some photos of what I received and what I had. She then sent out some samples and a piece of material of what I ordered. When I called back after receiving the samples Christina answered my call and was less than helpful or had any empathy with my problem. She stated that she would send my complaint to production and they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. That did not happen.

The blinds came in the box all good. The process of putting it together as really simple and what I wanted.
I ordered 3 identical blinds and 1 broke in the first week. A couple of pictures and an email later and a new blind was on it's way.

I bought a house with a lot of windows, so I placed a rather large order. One blind of the 14 arrived with the head rail cracked. I submitted a warranty claim, and it was approved and remade within a matter of days. It might've taken a week to arrive. I'm extremely pleased with the product and the customer service.
In my urban house, I realize that black out blinds which would make my bedroom darker might really help improve my sleep. Measuring and installing the blinds was a breeze and they were a fraction of the price, they fit much better than if I had bought a standard size for the big box store. We left our existing blinds in place it on the inside of the trim. We mounted the room darkening blinds on the outside, so we have the option of both and it's the perfect solution for us.

The blinds work as advertised, but they forgot the solar panel and proper hardware. When I asked about receiving spacers and brackets that didn't fit, and I gave them exact dimensions of what I needed, they just sent me another bracket that was the same, that didn't fit, along with the solar panel. Thus, I had to create my own bracket and other hardware. It is a shame, that as expensive as these were, they simply throw hardware over the fence and look the other way. They didn't seem to care or follow up, and lack any QC for the hardware portion...

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
