I ordered a set of blinds on 15JUL2025 from this company and received the blinds on Friday 25JUL2025. This was my fourth set total that I have ordered from this company. Went to install blinds on Saturday 26JUL2025 and found out they are 1/4" too short and that is if you are measuring plastic piece to plastic piece. If measuring actual blinds it is shorter than that. Called the company and the customer service rep barely spoke enough English to understand me and then hung up on me. I called back after getting hung up on and got the same customer service rep. I told him what the measurements are for my window which is the exact measurements of what I ordered yet they made them too short. He then had me send him a picture of with me measuring the blinds to prove that they are much shorter than what I ordered. He then said that he will send the issue to another department and they will get back with me on Sunday 28JUL2025 yet I still have not received a call, email or even the correct size blinds. All I asked for was for them to correct their mistake and send me the blinds in the correct size which is what I put in my order. Since I order blackout blinds and them sending them shorter than what I order makes it so that light still comes in on both sides of the window.
Your blinds are a great find for us, I have been looking at replacing out rv blinds, but the cost kept us from updating them Your company offers great pricing and selection

The customer service is outsourced and they are terrible to work with. The product was just awful and now I'm stuck with them because they won't let me return them. Seriously go to Lowe's because at least then you can see the actual product you're going to get. This was the cheapest ugliest material I've ever seen. Not happy at all

Select Blinds is a five star company! Ordering, delivery and the appearance of the blind after it had been installed were all top notch.
If the blind is as great as the ease of shopping, I will be very pleased.
We jumped into the blind pool after a trip to Hawaii where our condo had an automated solar shade. We got one then a second after we were thouroughly satisfied withe the solar shade. We now have two automated blind and they are great. Highly recommend SelectBlinds

Really wanted light filtering fabric blinds. Found these online. Ordered a few sample colors. Was a bit apprehensive about if they would look "cheap" because the price was so reasonable. They arrived & I love them! Exactly what I was looking for & looks amazing in the same space (open floor plan) as shutters. Not cheap looking at all. Highly recommend. Ordering & installing process simple & fast.

The shades I selected are nice quality and really beautiful. The Roman Shades complete our rooms in a beautiful way.
The blind has only one handle in the middle with a release button. It is very hard to pull the blind down with only one place to pull down.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
