The blinds were good, however the mounting brackets kept coming apart. Some of my blinds are 15 foot from the floor, and when trying to attach them to the mounted bracket, the bracket would come apart, with the little springs flying out. Lost two of the springs, and have never found them.

For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

The blinds are cheaply made, dont compare with the last ones we bought, and were replacing. These are top down, bottom up. They don't go down and stay straight. They also feel flimsy like the cords will break. Going up you have to be careful so they fold right. I would NOT recommend these. And I have bought other blinds in the past and the have been better.

This is the 4th blind we have ordered over the last few years. They look great, & they are high quality. I love the cordless option and it's so easy to order.
Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. Order process easy, delivery quick. Color and quality were excellent and installation was simple.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
