As a person who has no experience with measuring, using a drill, or using a screwdriver, I found the Select Blinds process easy to navigate, get samples, order blinds and i stall all by myself! There was a bit of a learning curve, but by the third one I had perfected my technique! Looking forward to ordering for the rest of the house.

I ordered 4 black out roller shades from website. It asks you to put down the minimum width of the window as the measures width. But they also deduct 1/4inches from the measurement you provide. So when my blinds arrived all the blinds have a huge gap between the Casette box and the window trim. The new blinds are far worse than the old shutter blinds I had in terms of blocking the light from entering. I was told I can remake 4 blinds total if measurements were wrong when I talked to a rep. But now that I want to remake them they told me I can only do one out of the four blinds and they can only remake one out of per orderfor up to 4 orders. But these are all for the same room with same windows. Also the representative Ariel was very rude. She was very short and condescending. She spoke to me " let me explain the simplest way possible again because you are clearly not understanding". She hung up very shorty at the end as well. I will be suggesting against this company proactively. I wasted about $500 on these blinds.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
