The ordering process was straight forward and the installation was fairly easy. Having a drill was extremely helpful. I recommend watching their "How to Install" video on Youtube as it was helpful to see how easy it was to install. Of the 9 blinds I ordered, 1 of them ended up being too long as I entered in the incorrect dimension during the ordering process. I contacted support and they were able to send me a replacement with the correct dimension. All I had to do was pay the shipping which was $10. When I asked about how to return the one that was not installed, they recommended that we donate it so there was no cost to return. Overall I was happy with the experience and would not hesitate to purchase blinds from SelectBlinds in the future.

I ordered 2 blinds. One blind was the correct size the other blind was a foot short. I just double checked. What I ordered and what I received are two different things. This screw up is going to take up and entire day of my weekend because the house is 3 hrs away from my house.

Ordered blinds as a DIY project and when I received them a piece was missing. Called to speak to a rep and she said I could go to the hardware store and get this piece easily. Her indifferent and breezy manner despite the mistake no matter how small she said it was really tainted my experience with this company. A supervisor was supposed to call me back and no such call happened.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.
