I had ordered the top down bottom up shades with the pull cords since the shades were difficult to reach behind my kitchen countertop. The order was good but the pull strings came down only half the length of the shade making it still difficult to reach. Customer service was able to get me new, longer pull cords at no extra cost.

I was looking for wood Roman shades for our Class A RV as the windows are very oddly sized compared to house windows. I was a little hesitant to order custom shades, but the measuring process is very simple, and the lead time and shipping was fast. I initially started looking during their Labor Day sale, but wasn't ready to order yet. When I was ready, their prices had gone up, but they were more than happy to honor the sales price and added the additional discount directly to my order. No muss, no fuss, and the shades look spectacular in our RV!

Overall a very good quality product, very easy installation. Only suggestion would be to provide a little shorter screw, cos I could only run half the length of the screw before it hit the window frame inside. So I had to use the older screws provided you for my older shades.
