I ordered curtains for my dining room window; You notice I said curtains? Thats what most people buy when buying CURTAINS for a window. Select Blinds says to measure the width and the height and then they ask you if you want to pay extra for tie backs. They did not say you would receive one hugh curtain/ singular; Not two curtains like most people order for a window. I paid for two tie backs but received one 132 Inch wide curtain. Customer service said to find somebody locally and have them cut and redone at my own expense. Unbelieveable!

I bought this blind to replace an old one that was starting to fall apart. Order process was easy enough and the blind was delivered in perfect condition a week or two later. I was hoping the mounting system was the same and I could pop in the new blind with the old hardware, but it was a little different. No big deal, installation of the new hardware was easy and I have my new blind up in about 20 minutes. Fits perfect & looks great. Thanks!

My daughter mismeasured by a slight bit which made her shade header too big for her window. Customer service was very responsive in helping her to solve her problem and send he new hardware ASAP.
This was my third order with Select Blinds. I have had great success finding the exact window coverings I wanted using the free fabric swatches they provide and their guidelines for measuring. They responded quickly to resolve one order I had an issue with several months after receipt. On this third order I received very helpful and welcome support from Joshua in their customer service department.

I ordered blinds that looked cheap and stuck out, they said that they would make me a new set with a different mounting system, I was happy until they later said I had to pay for it! I don't understand how that is a guarantee.
This is absolutely false advertising and I'm sure a lot of people are stuck with products they don't like because they think that they have a guarantee like other companies! Most companies on the Internet will give you a guarantee and a credit towards a replacement. Definitely order from them!
I called about this issue four times as I had three windows done and it was over $400. I was promised all four times that a manager would call me back and no one ever called me back.

We love our SelectBlinds and the Customer Service has been great as well. The problem we've had is with the packaging which resulted in several returns. There were impressions in the cellular shade caused by the way the motorized wand was wrapped against the shade.

Love your products, selection and quality, Easy to install although the brackets were a bit more finicky than the last few times I have ordered. We have these blinds in both our our homes and love them.
Had a blind size problem that was my fault and it was immediately taken care of.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
