Blinds came in a timely manner. Nothing was wrong with them. However, they reached out to make sure we received the order and everything was to our expectations.
Very nice order dept - blinds are beautiful & we had them in less time than they estimated. We have these thru our whole house & love them!
1. I measured exactly as instructed. You took an additional 1/2" off each width, leaving large gaps on either side.
2. When shopping and ordering, it wasn't clear that these were without wands. Very cumbersome to close. They hang against the wall below rather than inside and on the sill.
3. I've ordered custom blinds from you in the past and never had fitment issues.
4. Overall, if these were not custom blinds, I would have returned them immediately. You've lost a customer.

We are very pleased with the blinds we ordered. They see a little pricey, but definitely worth it because of the quality. It took a little while before they were delivered because they were custom to fit our windows. I would definitely recommend these blinds.

Ordering was very simple and the blinds look super nice. I noted that the vertical blinds, made with fabric, came from Vietnam and took longer to arrive. They were fairly easy to install and work well. The only thing that bothered me is that they used packing tape on the valance and I had to use nail polish remover to get the sticky residue off. They are packed very well...in fact I think it took longer to unpack them than to hang them!
The company worked with me to get a color that works and helped when my original choice wasn't available.
The overall process has been ok, however the roller shade is being remade after falling down within a week due to an issue. Company has been responsive. Outcome pending on resolution of product issue as of now. I hope it is resolved because I love the look of the roller shade.
