Blinds were too big. Had to file two different claims to get them replaced
The rod is much shorter than the original blinds I ordered in 2018. The bracket is wider than the original ones I ordered. The instructions could be clearer and have more pictures for those who install them themselves. They are replacing one that broke.
I kept going to big box stores and they didn't carry the size I needed. I thought a custom blind would be way too expensive. I wish I had done this years ago. Using Select blinds was so easy, the size and color are perfect.

I ordered 4 large cellular shades, all about 6 feet wide. The shipping boxes were very strong and everything arrived in pristine condition. With 3 clips to hold the inside mounted shades, installation was quick and easy. Very reasonable prices.
I called after receiving my custom roman shades because the color seemed more beige then white. The agent agreed the sample picture online was misleading and that the marketing dept would make changes to their website. I explained I needed white not beige or off white. She said they could not give me any type of refund /discount or credit towards a new order. Explained that it was my responsibility to order a color sample before delivery. I am a repeat customer and will never recommend them to friends/family or order from them again.

Too easy to place a custom order customer sized window blind. Thanks for making process and options streamlined. A 10🌟 rating! I would order from here again and again for future needs. Blinds came in fast too and assembly was not complicated (limited to attaching blinds to wood blocking / window frame). I love the easily retractable hardware which only requires you pulling on the blind bottom to close the blinds or pushing it up to move it into open position. Good value, great product. Love bamboo blinds over vinyl and plastic!

Yes I enjoyed these blinds that's why I ordered again for the door. Very durable seem to stay clean. Very easy to use. Unlike metal blinds these are great. And they go all the way up an down unlike shades.
The sales experience was great--I ordered 10 blinds (4 mechanical with Alexa bridge, 3 window blinds and 3 bottom up/top down manual blinds) had good collaboration and follow up with color selection, etc. I mean of course sales is great, you're giving them thousands of dollars. Support is poor. Super poor. One of the mechanical blinds does not work.(see video) Two manual blinds get stuck in the window going up and down so they sit outside of the window area (see photo). Two other mechanical blinds won't connect to their bridge (still unresolved despite three different trys). It's hit or miss with the niceness of the support team. You get passed to another team for the bridge help and that's an especially wretched experience as they assume you just completely stupid and are not following directions so they just keep repeating the same instructions, which do not work. Some of the select blinds chat folks are fine but they really just pass everything off to someone else and can't resolve anything. My original blinds were delayed shipping, which led to their arrival when I was on a 7 week business trip, so my installation was delayed and that just makes it all worse.again, just super super bad if anything doesn't go smoothly. Don't buy here, pay a local business where you have some support, because really, when was the last time you made a home improvement investment when something didn't go wrong?

Very hard to get through, very long wait time on phone. The product finally arrived. Very easy to install. Wish there were end caps to hide "ends" on elevated coastal wovens.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.
