Always a great experience-blind is great, super sturdy and easy to install

I ordered four motorized blinds, and 8 honeycomb cordless blinds. I had a lot of issues getting the motorized blinds to work. I was finally able to connect with a customer service agent that helped me reprogram them so that they now work with the remote control, but I still have not been able to get them connected to the bridge so I can program them to raise and lower at selected times. Two of the motorized roller blinds came an inch too long and it took hours and hours of hold time and back and forth with customer service to get my warranty claim okayed. It has been resolved now, but the process was rough! I'm still waiting for the last two motorized roller shades to arrive.

The material is fantastic. Super easy installation and management. Great stuff!

I have recently purchased blinds for 2 rooms and was extremely satisfied with the quality and timely delivery. You can select samples before purchase if your undecided about what you want or color. I can't say enough about this company and quality blinds. You won't be disappointed.

We have not put up all the blinds we ordered yet because we have ongoing construction. But the 3 we have been able to install met all our hopes and expectations and installation was very straightforward and easy to do. We expect to be just as pleased with the rest of the blinds we ordered and will likely order more in the future, and recommend Select Blinds to family and friends.

It was very easy to purchase my blinds on the web with Select Blinds. There are great instructions for measuring the window and selecting the blinds. There is a very good selection and I got exactly what I wanted.

Completely wrong item was delivered which required a new item to be made. All in will take 2 months to get new blinds

Ordered the cup down light filter shade for kitchen window. This was a replacement for an older style blind with a cord only going up and down

This is the third house where we have used SelectBlinds and every time we get exactly we expected at a good price and installation is a snap.

The installation instructions for the blinds we installed were not at all clear.
The quality of the product is very questionable. Given the price, it is possible that the blinds will fall apart in 2-3 years (assuming minimum height adjustments).

I've shopped for blinds at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Amazon for almost three years. I never pulled the trigger because I wasn't exactly sure what I would be getting. I was so impressed with the sample package I received. I was confident in my order because I had actually touched the material and was able to hold it up to differing sun patterns in my windows. Installation was not a difficult (give it 10 minutes at max for window). Overall, very satisfied!

Placing the order was super quick and easy, as was the install. The best part is the affordability. The blinds work great, and we cannot wait for the other 3 we've since ordered!
