Received broken product. Made a claim and waited 10 days for any reply, asking for more pictures to show broken parts to approve claims. Went on website support chat, asked for refund, accepted but was not communicated to warranty claims department. Waste of time and money.

While searching the internet for blinds and shades for my new windows in my kitchen remodel, I was impressed with the array of new choices available on the SelectBlinds website. I had ordered blinds from them years ago and they continue to look and perform like new. Because of the detailed and clear instructions provided on the SelectBlinds website, it was easy to measure correctly and easy to order my new window coverings. Detailed instructions included with the blinds and shades make installation easy too.

Very easy to use website. Nice products to choose from. Many different colors and designs. Quick turn around from order time to delivery.
It took a couple weeks to get response from the company. But we did receive a new blind blind for the one we bought that somehow was malfunctioning. The company was great about honoring their warranty.
We are extremely happy with the blinds that we ordered. They were very easy to install, and the color matched our other blinds perfectly.
The wood blinds are beautiful and the fit for the windows was right on. The instructions on measuring were helpful. I also did a chat online regarding the measurement and they were so helpful and quick to respond. Would order from here again.

Overall I was very happy with the ordering experience (orders of magnitude better than big box stores). Blinds shipped quickly and self install was easy. My only complaint is that the blinds weren't quite long enough despite my giving exact measurements. They still work and I will have them for years, will definitely use Select Blinds again.
We have ordered several blinds from select blinds in the past. The ease of their website, installation and quality of product exceeds expectations.
I had a select blind before and after many years it failed. I ordered another one and just snapped the new one into the old brackets. Easy.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
