The blinds arrived in excellent condition, wrapped well and labeled clearly based on the measurements I entered. Installation of 5 blinds took one person no more than two hours.
These blinds are cute and stylish. A little less substantial than the pricier brands. More see through than I expected. But for the price, they are stylish and work for a kids room or office. They also fit perfectly and were fairly easy to install.
We are delighted with the service provided by SelectBlinds! One of the five Roman shades ordered was faulty -- it wouldn't lift. I notified SelectBlinds with a video of the shade and received a new one within two weeks. Also, we were missing a bracket for the largest shade which was sent to us in a couple of days. Easy to call, gave measurements, ordered and they were shipped. They fit nicely, and were easy to put up once we figured out what to do. The no tools version didn't have the right instructions in the box.
My whole experience was very pleasant. From working with Chris Burns on placing my order. Chris provided great assistance with getting my order place. There was a slight mix up with three of the Roman shades I ordered. But Jessica from customer service reached out and was able to provide customer service support that went above and beyond.
My order took 2 weeks vs 2 days. The cellular shade paper is pretty thin but they work fine.
We had gotten a good set of blinds previously so know how to properly measure, however, this set does not fit well and the material is of very poor quality and does not roll up tightly and does not open roll smoothly

The tracking # showed the carrier was awaiting the pkg. For 2 weeks.When I contacted Select customer service, they said it needed to clear customs and I would receive an email when the pkg actually shipped. No email was received and the pkg was delivered when we were not home.
I have ordered multiple indoor blinds and outdoor roller shades, every one has been easy to order, easy to install and everything I hoped they'd be and customer service is top notch!
We found the website to be really helpful, from ordering many free samples to printing out the guide for measuring our windows. Everything was easy and the quality of our Roman shades is excellent!
The blinds fit the window perfectly, but one of them does not shut evenly.

First time ordering. Easy to order custom blind. However the self adhesive Velcro backing to hang blind was a huge let down. I ended up having to have my daughter so the blind so we could add a rod to it to hang on our metal door.
We have used SelectBlinds to order blinds for two houses now and we've been very satisfied with the experience of ordering and the product we received each time. We have never had an issue with fitment and the measurements are always spot on. I have been pleased with the ease of installation and how well the blinds hold up, we pull them and put them up very frequently in our bedrooms and they have stood up to the test of time so far, 7 years on our first set.
Over all I love the blinds them self could have been a little longer but I went by the way y'all said to measure. And the adhesive on the back of the Velcro is terrible

For some reason, several of the blinds' louver oprating rods are WAY TOO SHORT! The short rods (12" vs. 22") in length appeared random with the blinds. My shortest blind length was 36 inches long. All the blinds are mounted at the same wall height throughout the house. Having 12 inch rods (not broken) with any of these blinds makes reaching the rod far more awkward then the ease of reach with the 22 inch rods.
WHY THE SHORT RODS!
QA issue is my best guess.
I had a challenge trying to contact SelectBlinds to have this discrepancy fixed. Contacting seemed to be handled by a faulty AI tool, making 3 attempts over several days via text (never could contact Support by phone & talk with a person). I paid for the extra warranty coverage as well.
SelectBlinds: Get a much better responsive customer support process in place that WORKS CONSISTENTLY & RESPONSIVELY to address customer needs for your products. I have 1 longer rod being sent as a replacement as of 3 July 24. Not yet received.
I'll see how that works out before any further comments.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
