One of the larger shades didn't have enough spring in it, so it wouldn't go up and down. Our renters had to remove it so that was disappointing. It needs to be replaced. Is that something you do?
Select Blinds got the length and width reversed, and when I measured it for the remake realized the measurements on the label and the blind did not even match. They made the remake process difficult and had to pay $15 dollars more for a second one. The blinds are nice but will not order again.

Select blinds was easy and affordable. I received my blinds within a couple of weeks and I ordered the no drill mounting. We were able to install each of the blinds in just a couple of minutes.
The blinds themselves are great and a great price. Measuring was easy. They came very quickly which made me happy. While the installation was easy and didn't take long at all, figuring out how to install was another story. The pictures were very hard to see to figure out how to place the hardware. Also … they raise and lower very easy but I'm using my hand because the handle is very very chintzy. I hate it. Using the handle makes it very awkward and makes the blind pull away from the window. Now I'm afraid the blind might tear if I have to grab the bottom all of the time.
The blinds went up so quickly and make the room look very elegant. They block the sun when needed. Highly recommend.
Not exactly happy with the quality of the blind. Hard to open and raise up on bottom when you open them a lot thinner than I thought they would be. Feel more like store bought blinds then custom.

I'm not happy that this company controls everything through robotics. I needed someone to call or email to explain my order being delayed; nothing.
Then my order appeared.
Some parts -the plastic pulls - are defective, so you sent double sided tape with no explanation.
The order was incorrect by the way. But too much hassle to return and I needed window coverings, as I live in the desert

The entire process was very easy, from order to install. Blinds can be tough to install but these were a breeze. I will certainly use Select blinds again.
Order came as promised and instructions were easy to follow.
First order took a long time but second received very quick. Quality great and install easy. Follow their sizing advice and they fit perfectly. I used in a tiny home. Great. Prob would go for higher quality in a million dollar home :) But fine. I got black black out. Be aware the sun or outside color is white… no biggie. Drpends on your desire. Phone support was excellent :)
The website had good clear instructions on how to properly measure the windows, explained the different types of blinds, and ordering was easy. Blinds arrived quickly and installation was easy. Very happy with our order.
The instructions manual requires the length of my shade to be mounted w/ 4 brackets. I only received 3. I have called customer service twice now for the part. First part sent was incorrect. Still waiting for correct part (unable to get tracking info, after more calls).

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
