I have not received my remake order yet please give me the tracking number
I thought this would be a super easy order. Almost all windows are the same size. When I got the order we didn't have immediately time to hang it all up but when we finally were able to install them we found out that only a couple fit and the others are too big. It is not a measurement issue because the one that fits, fits on all the windows. The others are all a bit different, very inconsistent. I did not have time for writing and calling back and forward and make pictures and movies, but I wish I had because 80% of our order is unusable. This is the 6th house we are doing, we are familiar with the products and like the,. Bit this time it was horrible.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

The video that is supposed to show the installation instructions is either completely outdated or for an entirely different product. The written/PDF installation instructions are practically written in another language, they are THAT unhelpful. We installed regular cellular blinds from Select Blinds all over our house and it was easy, so I thought the skylight blinds should be similarly straightforward, but they were impossible. Cannot recommend this product until they revamp all the installation instructions/videos.

I have bought roller shades from you twice before and was very pleased so this time I bought I bought 2 more and a Roman shade.
Both my roller shades do not work won't roll up. And now after send videos of how they don't roll
I'm getting the run around on my refund because now your requesting I pay my handyman to re mount the broken shade instead of holding it.

We were able to put blinds in all of our windows for a reasonable price. We got the blackout ones and they have been great blocking out the sun and letting us sleep a bit better. Overall very happy with our purchase.
If window blinds blow your hair back then you're in the right place. Hopefully they last longer than the old ones TBD
Product is great and fits perfect. I had an issue from a mistake I made. That's when I found out the only way to communicate with customer service is through text messaging. This was a very frustrating experience and took several weeks with multiple reps to finally get the part I needed. In the end Select Blinds did right by me. My only suggestion is do away with only texting for customer service.
My blinds on time and they fit perfectly in my window, the color and quality were superb!

This was my first time ordering a custom blind. It was to finish out a bathroom remodel. It's a beautiful, cordless blind that works wonderfully on our front facing window. There is a nice balance between privacy and allowing light to come through. It completed the new bathroom like icing on a cake. My only issue is that I used the select blinds app to measure the window. We didn't want to outside mount the blind on our antique wood millwork. However, when we received the blind, the mount screws included were for wood mount only. It stated in the enclosed paper that we would need to purchase additional screws, stays, etc to mount in drywall. Hence, since our contractor came to install it, we ended up mounting in woodwork. This made the blind about an inch too long, though width is fine. I did pay the extra for perfect fit, but decided it wasn't worth the hassle. It would have been helpful to provide the information when someone selects outside mount in the select blinds app. We learned on this, so we,'ll be more aware when we do any measuring/ ordering in the future.
Ashlyn assisted in measuring for inside mounts including figuring for window latches and such. She also made sure that our order included the discount that was offered to us. We love our new blinds!

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
