I was nervous to measure and buy these custom blinds online, but reach out in their chat and was told that if the measurements were wrong, they would send a free replacement. I went with the zebra blinds, which are gorgeous! I did have someone install them for me, took only about three hours for nine full length windows. Chose the motorized blinds for some and I would recommend this option if you can swing it! Overall, communication was great and I feel like the price was fair, especially for the very high-quality I received.

The blind were the color the we picked it was the correct size the correct look the only issues that I have with the time a month and a half, maybe two for one blind to come in it quite a long time to wait. I would understand it if it was a whole house order, I know you guys do a lot better

Select blinds came through! I had no idea they took care of my issue. Turns out they sent the correct sized cornices. 5 star customer service now! Just be patient as the will resolve issues. 🙂

Not the best experience ordering blinds, wishing to return them, having to go through claims, being sent new blinds we do not wish to have, but at least we were helped by someone and got a partial refund.

Solid Blinds with a spot on fit

The blinds I bought look great, are sturdy and fit perfectly. I will be purchasing more from Select Blinds. The only comment I would make, is that the original price on the website increased significantly when I checked out. If it wasn't for that, i'd go 5 stars. A bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

Poor customer service

After searching online for "no screw blinds" I was served an ad for SelectBlinds and clicked through to place an order. By mistake, I ordered bracket-mounted blinds thinking the search ad had sent me to the "no screw" product page. When I received the blinds I contacted customer service to request an exchange and was told they don't do exchanges and they wouldn't sell me the part that would enable me to fit the blinds without screws. The representative was rude and not at all helpful.

Great blinds but missing parts

The valance clips were missing which was the pits! It needed these installed, so hubby had to improvise and use parts from old blinds. These were expensive, so it was disappointing that they did not include all the necessary parts to complete the install. The blinds themselves are great - pull a bit harder than our old cheap ones, but they look a lot classier than the old cheap ones, so can live with it!
