We have Select Blinds shades and blinds ranging from 9 years old to the one we ordered last week. Always great, size has always been correct to order, easy install and getting samples is very handy.

Impossible for the blinds to full pivot in both directions. Harder to raise and lower the blinds.

We had ordered zebra blinds in the past with Select Blinds and were very pleased with them. We needed another set so ordered more. Very nice quality and easy to install. Would highly recommend them!

I wanted to keep out the sun and some of the heat. My honey combed blinds work very well and also look good.

I ordered the blinds that have the wand to where you can push the raise or lower the blinds. Wanted the ones with remote but could not justify the cost. I will say I am super happy with the ones I got. It's easy to raise and lower and you don't have to worry about losing the remote

Called and spoke with a representative who was very personable and used my order history to place a replacement order. The original order could not be refilled as the length of my blinds is no longer supported (she literally told me I was "SOL") but did guide me to an alternative. I'm pleased the alternative was comparable in price and has improved quality. She place the order as requested and it was reviewed and approved by me. Despite that, one of the tilt positions was not properly reviewed during manufacturing and I was delivered two blinds with the same tilt position, which I did not request. I chose to keep what I received as I can accommodate it and don't wish to create unnecessary waste, but I'm disappointed with the quality checks from the factory.

Replacing an old blind, hopefully this will last another 10 years.

They were exactly as I ordered & easy to install. I had blinds before & needed a white color.

Easy process. Blinds came quickly. They look nice but I wish there was an option for some sort of a decorative cover for the hardware other that a valance or nothing. Something that snaps on to look a little more finished.

We purchased multiple Faux Wood blinds. Measured per their instructions and received the blinds promptly. A couple minor bends on the top metal header piece, but couldn't be seen when up and didn't impact functionality at all. Appeared to be from handling by the shipping company. Could maybe have had a little more cardboard to help protect them.

The ordering process was very straight forward with the level of detail needed to size the solution accurately. It arrived within the expected timeframe and fit like a charm.

Based on a NYT Wirecutter recommendation, I decided to buy from Select Blinds. Ordered two types of blinds - blackout shades for bedrooms and 2-inch wooden blinds for living room. I tracked orders carefully on the website, which ultimately did not match up with actual delivery time. I was lucky to find out 24 hours after the fact that blinds had been delivered before they were supposed to come - before a big rainstorm which would have really hurt the blinds. In addition, black-out shades arrived with several of the shades having an end-piece unattached and loose in the box. Nothing in the box or online instructions explains what the piece is. I was able to figure this out and install the piece, except in one blind where I couldn't get the piece seated and therefore couldn't install the blind. That problem took extended phone calls and online texting time to get through the call-in customer service line and describe the problem several times over. After waiting to hear a resolution - a week later - I was told a replacement would be shipped. That process took from July 11th, when problem was reported and discussed, to July 19th receiving a note that the blind would be replaced, to finally receiving the replacement August 7th. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the black-out shades, which really do darken the room. The only issue with them is that there is no leveling function - which is not a big deal. The wooden shades look really good. Everything fits well, which I was initially nervous about since I did the measuring and installations.

The new ones fit well, different bracket system but easy to reinstall. The opening wands are not as long, are of poor quality and very flimsy. So, I threw them away and now are using the ones that were with my other blinds.

Order was easy, it arrived quickly and it looks great on my bathroom window. Thank you SelectBlinds!
