I realised that I was getting charged around 5 euro every month from Segpay and I couldn't understand why because some of these months I didn't use this card for any purchase.
I contacted your customer service, I was very rude and angry (Sorryyy for this) and they solve my problem immediately! Apparently, I was subscribed in a site without me knowing it and these 5 euros was my monthly subscription. Not only they found which site is this without me being able to provide most of the information but they also canceled my subscription by themselves!

I wanted to cancel a membership but it was so long ago I did not have any information the Segpay asked for so I emailed them to ask where I could find the information they needed or if they could help me. I thought I would get a reply back in a day or two. I got a reply in a few hours. Not only did she find the information I needed but she also asked me if she should cancel my membership for me.
So all had to do was say with out going back to the web site and do it she did it for me.
The issue was not resolve. My account at cum4k.com is inactive but my card was charged $59.99 on Nov 25th. Please keep the account cancelled and refund the $59.99
I tried to restore access to my account but was not able to and permanently locked out. Customer support was not helpful.
