The customer service was AMAZING, 5 Stars are not enough!
I realised that I was getting charged around 5 euro every month from Segpay and I couldn't understand why because some of these months I didn't use this card for any purchase.
I contacted your customer service, I was very rude and angry (Sorryyy for this) and they solve my problem immediately! Apparently, I was subscribed in a site without me knowing it and these 5 euros was my monthly subscription. Not only they found which site is this without me being able to provide most of the information but they also canceled my subscription by themselves!
When I first contacted you I thought it was really a waste of time but I still can't believe how helpful and quick you were! Thank u.

Strange subscription cancelation

I have subscribed to Adultprime for one year, but at the same time, I received a subscription confirmation to another site I have not subscribed to. At my request, the erroneous subscription was rapidly canceled by your customer service. Thank you.

My experience was awful. It's just away to rip off lonely men. You are a disgrace to the human race. Make the small print larger so that people know what they are getting themselves into. So cancel my subscription and if I see it on my card I will file charges of fraud.

This company should be court ordered to pay back every purchase that was made through their merchant payment processing service.

I hope millions of other consumers see the BBB.org - reviews and complaints to avoid this unprofessional company like the plaque.

Furthermore, the Adult website and their merchant payment processing service should be shutdown by the courts and forced to file chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and they will have a hard time getting set up to be a payment processing service again since their business credit will be in the toilet!

NOTE: You messed with the wrong consumer who takes these kinds of issues seriously and I will get the word out across the Internet to avoid your service and website for many months to come posting on social media and YouTube videos exposing you to the world!

I wanted to cancel a membership but it was so long ago I did not have any information the Segpay asked for so I emailed them to ask where I could find the information they needed or if they could help me. I thought I would get a reply back in a day or two. I got a reply in a few hours. Not only did she find the information I needed but she also asked me if she should cancel my membership for me.
So all had to do was say with out going back to the web site and do it she did it for me.
