Segpay owes me money.

I had accidentally completed a subscription via an intrusive pop-up. I forwarded it directly to PayPal as I immediately wanted my money back. Now I have reported it to Segpay, but they only speak well to me. They said I should contact PayPal. Segpay only needs to respond to PayPal with a refund of the purchase amount. They wrote in their email that the subscription would be canceled, but my money is still not back. It has already been 2 weeks. €150 is missing from my account. I get repeated emails, and I'm supposed to evaluate them... Good if you want it that way! 2 stars!

Worst experience

It was terrible, not easy to get a response, one response a day which made it hard, my issue has still not been fixed and all i want it my payout for the feet pics i have sold. I will never be working with either company again.

I have been trying to make a purchase using segpay, I have had multiple cards delined and I am being told its my bank from you guys. I contacted my bank was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes and was told it is most certainly not from my banks end.
I sent in yet another ticket and got a generic response and then no further correspondence. Very frustrating and disapointing to say the least!
