I had accidentally completed a subscription via an intrusive pop-up. I forwarded it directly to PayPal as I immediately wanted my money back. Now I have reported it to Segpay, but they only speak well to me. They said I should contact PayPal. Segpay only needs to respond to PayPal with a refund of the purchase amount. They wrote in their email that the subscription would be canceled, but my money is still not back. It has already been 2 weeks. €150 is missing from my account. I get repeated emails, and I'm supposed to evaluate them... Good if you want it that way! 2 stars!
