I had cancelled on end of day 1 of of 3 day preview and still had to call 3 more times to get credited for something that was cancelled on time. I had to leave 1 star to do rate my experience.

I'm educated and not a $#*! like 99 percent of your clients so id say free tokens and a brief hold of 1.36 cents for conformation this is a valid bank account why all the lies and misdirection no need people are going to pay for $#*! one way or another u don't need to lie.
My issue was resolved within a matter of hours! I couldn't be happier with the ease and processing time.

I canceled my account but wanted to finish the month because I payed for it. You canceled my membership and didn't let me finish the month or time I paid for! I want my membership turned back on for the time I have remaining
During my using of web site i had some experience and was necessary to get help from Segpay Customer Dep. I infact lost my access personal details that customer desk provided back without any loosing time. It was not simple I guss because it was not clear to which web site I was reffering to but they reply me with right info.
